Cuidado cuando compras
Si te cancelan una compra y solicitas la devolución a tu cuenta corres el riesgo de que no te hagan la devolución y argumenten que si la realizaron llegando a emails interminables que llegan a ningún sitio. No recomendable adivina si solicitas la devolución del dinero a la aplicación de Wallapop el dinero está disponible instantáneamente para gastar en Wallapop. Lo dicho ha perdido toda mi confianza esta plataforma.

Cansado de los profesionales.
Se ha convertido en milanuncios. Para encontrar el producto que buscas, tienes que pasar por 200 anuncios de profesionales que no tiene nada que ver. Las palabras clave en los anuncios interfieren demasiado en las búsquedas. Se echa de menos poder filtrar entre profesionales y particulares.

Si sabes trabajar con ella es de las mejores aplicaciones compra venta. Aunque se ha subido con los gastos de envío y tiene excluida CEUTA Y MELILLA para los envíos por dentro de Wallapop
Depende de quien venda
Esta aplicación es una buena idea, pero como No filtran a los vendedores, los compradores están desamparados cuando hacen el pago y el vendedor no contesta ni envía…. El comprador tiene q esperar 5 días para poder desbloquear su dinero en caso de inatención por parte del vendedor, así que todo depende de lo responsable y comprometido sea el vendedor.

Lo que más me gusta es el poder dejar reseñas de las personas con las que llegas a acuerdos. También me parece fantástico que te valoren a ti.

La nueva versión es un rollo. En la página principal iba súper bien ver lo que vendían cerca tuyo… ahora te salen búsquedas que has hecho que no sirven para nada

A app em IOS bloqueia constantemente ao escrever mensagem ou pesquisas, já desinstalei, voltei a instalar e nada. Em android funciona uma maravilha

Ventas por Wallapop
Las ventas están resultando sencillas y bien protegidas pero ya me ha ocurrido alguna vez que mi perfil desaparece y tengo que recuperarlo, aparte que una de las veces que se bloqueó, me desaparecieron 30€ de mi monedero de Wallapop y jamás pude recuperarlo.

Si freeza
Sul mio iphone 14 l’app si blocca di continuo, ci sono momenti in cui sto visualizzando una cosa, si blocca, devo chiuderla e riaprirla, poi dopo un po’ si riblocca, devo chiuderla e riaprirla e così via… Se non riuscite a risolvere un problema così semplice mi viene da pensare che i nostri conti correnti e i dati delle nostre transazioni non siano proprio in buonissime mani. Quest’app ha tutte le carte in regola per diventare la migliore sull’usato, a mio avviso mancano 2 cose: le aste online e un sistema in app che prevenga i bug e le falle di sicurezza ad un livello superiore a quello che c’è adesso.
Una total pérdida de tiempo
La app no tiene la culpa, pero el uso que dan los usuarios de ella es agotador. De cada 1.000 mensajes, 1.000 son para perder el tiempo teniendo que leer a gente maleducada haciendo ofertas ridículas. Si tienes todo el tiempo del mundo y una paciencia infinita y, por supuesto, quieres vender tus productos a un precio ridículo, esta es tu app.
Imposible to create an account
One of the most buggy apps/platforms I have ever encountered. It’s literally impossible to create an account either via the app or the desktop version. However oversees this companies IT department needs dropping

Siempre hay mejoras que se le pueden aplicar para una mejor experiencia pero adoro la herramienta.
App simpatica, ma da migliorare parecchio.
L’app di per se potrebbe essere discreta, da migliorare: - sistema di recensioni, tanta gente dopo l’acquisto non spedisce e il sistema non fa rilasciare e non rilascia feedback negativi; - fai acquisti e c’è chi annulla in quanto qualcuno ha offerto di più e non si può rilasciare feedback negativi; - risposta alle recensioni, vengono rilasciate recensioni negative immotivate e la controparte non ha possibilità di difendersi; - commissioni e spedizioni alte rispetto ad altre piattaforme; Dai Wallapop, migliora e sii competitivo con le altre piattaforme.
Devi sapere lo spagnolo!
Da un po di mesi non traduce più in italiano! Anzi più passa il tempo anche le notifiche sono in spagnolo! Quindi se devi comunicare devi perdere un sacco di tempo con il traduttore personale 😡
Better than eBay
I have been using Wallapop for a couple months now and I LOVE it. I am selling my old items and it is so easy. You just upload an image, title and price and wait to sell it. You get a lot of views and it is very easy to sell most items. All the people I have met on the app are very nice and I have sold a couple items now. There are NO fees whatsoever for a seller which is why I think it is better than eBay. The postage is calculated by Wallapop and all it requires you to do is pop down to the local post office and post it or organise a meeting with the buyer. This usually take only 2 mins and doesn’t cost anything. Buying is also very nice and shows a wide range of items. Everyone is a normal person so you can get some amazing deals. I advise anyone reading this to download it. There are no negatives
Uk numbers are not allowed
0 stars as the app couldn’t verify my UK number and therefore did not allow me to create an account. Waste of time!
No shipping options
Love the app only just joined but my items the shipping method is greyed out? When I search for my items on the home page it says my items are only available to pick up in person only🙁 but apart from that great app can anyone help?
iPhone App
Used to be a great reliable app, but now since the last updates I’m sometimes unable to send messages in the chat !! Can’t you fix this guys, I’m having to open Wallapop on my computer to send messages, not very convenient

I don’t know why for me but the app is really slow it’s not responding to me when I press on the screen, I have to press 3-4 times in order for it work and loading takes a long time.

Me encanta la app, la uso casi casa dia pero soy motero y ya hace meses que filtrar por “motocicleta” da error. Los demás filtros funcionan pero el de motos no. Arregladlo por favor.

The app and website are terrible
From the app it’s nearly impossible to search all nearby. There’s no ability to translate text as you can’t copy out of it. The messages system on the web is terrible and on top that their commission to actually buy products is pretty steep very much doubting that protection is actually doing anything for you

Good stuff being sold - but glitching app
For some reason the app stopped showing pictures and then logged me out. Now cannot login again and cannot retrieve my account at all. It is a real shame because I was in the middle of buying something. I love the community and the process. Have bought with them and the QR system is super smart and easy. But the app crashes sooooo often it is really a pain to use. It’s a shame because the concept is brilliant and useful.
Looks great! But I can’t access in UK.
It says I can’t use a UK mobile to verify so it doesn’t let me sign up. It says verification is not supported for this country. If that’s an error - please fix!
