needs more language options
The app really needs more language options. El Corte Inglés is a major international shopping destination visited by millions of tourists, yet the app still does not offer English. Please consider adding English and Arabic language support. Many international and Arabic-speaking customers shop at El Corte Inglés regularly, and having these languages would make the app much easier and more accessible to use. For a company of this size and international presence, multilingual support should be a priority.

Ap is not in english
The App Store makes it look like you would be able to navigate through the store with English direction. That is not true. It is only in Spanish, Spanish Canary Islands and Portuguese
No es eficiente
El app no es amigable, los menus no son obvios, no es fácil encontrar por ejemplo la sección de niños. Todo el tiempo dice que hay un error. Fue muy lento hacer la compra. Gracias

Please can you tell me how I can shop throughout the store in English including groceries? Even the staff at click & collect in puerto banus shop couldn’t sort for me?

Frustrating app
The app is changing my prices all the time the delivery system not very good. I spent a lot of time shopping for clothes that they were available and it turned out they were just in some stores. Quite a waste of time… I think you should improve the app.

Impossible to switch from Spain to Portugal
How do we switch from Spain to Portugal when only regions available are in Spain? Very frustrating. Any assistance is welcome.
Porque no se pueden recoger todos los productos en tienda??
Porque se pueden recoger unos productos en tienda y otros no? Esto no tiene sentido. Vivo a 200 m del Corte Inglés de La Coruña. Unos productos los puedo recoger en la tienda y en otros solo tengo la opción de recogerlos en in Supercor o en Correos por lo que me tengo que desplazar 2 veces. Esto no tiene sentido y es un inconveniente.

Errors only can no longer use the app
Yesterday my app just stopped working. Can no longer use. Try deleting and reloading. Now says I don’t have an account and when I try to re-register it won’t accept my phone number. App is now completely worthless.

Slow and keeps crashing
The app and the website are super slow and kelts crashing. I spent over an hour doing just one order for Christmas. It’s a shame as the shop itself is great and the selection is good for Spain.

Not worth the download
Very few products online, language options limited (The English store is not available to use in English). Crashes and freezes often. More hassle than it’s worth. Deleted!

Normally shop online though Google as it translates to English. Can’t seem to change language on app

Most Spanish shopping apps now give alternative language options as free computer translation is available. Sadly, this app needs to be kept updated by including a language option. .
Good content, too slow
It has everything the website has, but is very slow to navigate particularly images. Instructions for creating account are ver unclear and information marked as optional is in fact mandatory- the app needs to be much better functionally, I’d rather use the website

No option for other languages
Not everyone can speak Portuguese, there are many expats, due to Covid, Brexit, Russian Ukrainian war - all have moved everywhere in Europe, including Portugal. And your app DOES NOT give an option to shop in English. Other apps like for example Zara, mytheresa, netaporter etc all have different languages option, but you won’t even give an option of even 1 international language like English. We could be spending lots of money ordering clothes, household electronics and furniture online… but we can’t… its only in Portuguese!
Clunky
The app is not available in English. It’s impossible to add coupons. It kept rejecting my credit card that I wanted to leave on file.I have three coupons I wanted to use and have spent days trying to figure this out and Adam. I finally just made the purchase to get the school uniforms and bypassed the coupons because I couldn’t get the app or the website to work.
