Schöne App
Schöne App. Zur Verbesserung könnte man noch Apple Widgets erstellen (Flugstatus) und eine KI Flugsuche anbieten. Einfach Bezahlung von Extras via Apple Pay würde den Bezahlvorgang beschleunigen und vereinfachen.

They made this just to steal data, i spent 45 minutes trying to purchase a seat and ran into an error everytime - this app does not function at all

Der Inhalt ist gut und übersichtlich. Nur, das bei einer Aktualisierung der App alle Buchungen neu erfasst werden müssen, ist wohl alles andere als Kundenfreundlich
Poor Functionality
To add your reservation on the app you need to enter the reservation number and date of flight. This is not possible if you are flying on a Saturday because their pop up calendar does not show Saturdays. I have a regular size iPhone no luck. Tried on my wife’s jumbo iPhone and it shows properly. The calendar pop up does not scale correctly for a standard size iPhone and you it does not have the option to type the date in directly. Absolutely no way to load the boarding pass on my phone.

Gut und jede menge Möglichkeiten sich zu verbessern. Empfehlung an den Entwickler: Stellen sie an Ihrem Mobiltelefon die Schrift größer ein. Wenn Sie am ende bestätigen und die einwilligung danach testen sie es bitte geht garnicht

Mit meinem iPhone 11 Max habe ich keine Probleme mit der Performance. App Aufbau ist in Ordnung , die Darstellung nicht ganz optimal auf den Bildschirm ausgelegt . Funktioniert normal
QA needed
App feels half baked prototype — Condor should have someone actually test the app so that the customers would be need to. And if customers are the testers, maybe the should be a “submit issue” button so that issues would end up being fixed.
Wie kommt diese App an 4,4 Sterne?
Unübersichtlich, nicht intuitiv und von all meinen Airline Apps mit Abstand die schlechteste… Nirgends sieht man auf den ersten Blick die nächste Buchung mit allen nötigen Informationen. Am schlimmsten finde ich die verschobenen Zahlen. 2026???? Echt?

Not very useful
Tried to check in, app said you have to scan your passport otherwise you will have to go to the checkin counter at the airport. The problem is, it can't scan the passport. "Verify passport" button just goes to a screen that hangs, never asks for camera access. Settings doesn't show any way to allow camera access to the app. Had to check in at airport manually instead.

Um an Bordkarten zu gelangen mussten die Daten mehrfach eingegeben werden. Anzeige erfolgt dann im Webview. Menüführung für Check-In so, dass man meint alles sei kostenpflichtig - einfach stumpf weiter klicken. Karten dann nur als PDF verfügbar. Übergabe an Wallet scheitert. In der App werden die Bordkarten nicht angezeigt. Workaround: Buchung in der App löschen und nochmal neu eingeben. Dann funktioniert es einwandfrei. Schade, dass es nicht ohne den oben beschriebenen Leidensweg geht.

Love this airline, had better experience than other popular, I feel that all comments here are faker or competitor’s work..
Consistently Wrong
This is the worst of the airline apps that I use. The interface is confusing and archaic, while the data and booking information is constantly incorrect. On my 4 most recent flights it reported the wrong class and seat assignments and I had to request a printed ticket to assure the proper seating. Also, if you choose to upgrade your seat, the cost of any prior upgrades or pre-assignments are not credited. Good luck with this one!
Lacks features
Compared to other airline apps, this one severely lacks functionality. For example, it either doesn’t show scheduled gates, or it hides it well. Condor team, go and check out what other airlines do!
Testet die App auch jemand?
Super wäre, wenn bei mehr als 2 Flügen pro Buchung z. B. auch der 3. und 4. Flug in den Kalender eingetragen werden könnte. Wählt man den Rückflug für den Kalendereintrag aus, wird der Anschlussflug aus dem Hinflugdatum eingetragen. Weiter wird bei einem Aufruf von Webseiten innerhalb der App immer im Kopf angezeigt, ob man nicht die App öffnen möchte (ich bin doch schon in der App!)

Terrible functionality
Very difficult to find your boarding pass in the app, and my gate number was not shown anywhere at all! Also, when my seat changed, it still showed the old seat leading to confusion. The app is buggy- far more than those for other airlines.

The entire process of flying, booking, checking in, getting a boarding pass is terrible. This app does nothing. Can’t even get a boarding pass. Condor IT should go fly a real airline to see how it’s done.
Sehr hilfreich aber...
Die App ist einfach gehalten und übersichtlich aufgebaut. Macht also genau das was sie soll. Aber: Wie in meinem Fall, gab es zwischen Anreise und Abreise ein Update und die App hat mich als unbekannten Nutzer neu begrüßt. Buchungsnummer und alle anderen Daten müssen dann doch noch anders vorliegen um der App wieder auf die Sprünge zu helfen. Das ist ganz ärgerlich. Einmal alles eingepflegt sollten keine Daten verloren gehen!

No communication about flight status or countdown, no images, no information on check in, luggage, looks clunky on i phone, better off to use the web
Füge, verschwinden und Anmeldung fehlt
Flüge, die man in der App hinzugefügt hat, verschwinden nach einer Zeit von alleine… Zusätzlich würde ich es begrüßen, dass man sich in der App auch anmelden kann würde auch einiges erleichtern. Oder ich hab die Funktion noch nicht gefunden.

Have to agree with others. Totally unusable app, how can a modern company be so completely incompetent. Kinda need the app to function when you are traveling. Unbelievable
First time user
Have an odd issue while trying to add the itinerary to my calendar: although I choose the return flight to add, the app keeps opening a new calendar entry for the outgoing flight…
Apps keep crashing
Need to add API 75 hours before flight, but apps keep on crashing when attempting to enter passport expiry date.
No login and buggy
It s doesn’t add the boarding pass to apple wallet. You also have to add the boarding pass manually. Condor could have done better!
Website very difficult
It’s very difficult to book a flight, modify a flight, how many times do I have to put in the same information.
App is a hot mess
Incapable of doing the sole job it is designed for, which is to enable some Joe like me to spend hundreds of dollars in airfare. Some queries dead-end, others can’t tally the total without the request crashing. I guess I have to pull out the Mac and try their website instead, but honestly: It doesn’t speak well of the airline’s core competency and attention to detail when their public-facing app is this bad. Maybe I should just deal with KLM and Lufthansa…
Not Good
App was providing incorrect departure time which cause major concerns on customer end. When I called the customer service telephone line, they stated that the app has errors… yes it does. And on my return flight, purport was showing a 2.5 hour delay but app was still showing original time…. No notification from app on time change. Very poor app for an airline is otherwise great with service. I hope they can spend some time and money on improving this.
Still not useful after one year
While it is now possible to bock a flight through the app, certain necessary features still do not work. Adding your API is impossible. At least for flights originating in USA. Adding birthday and passport expiration is cumbersome since the app changes input dates. I put in 17. 04 and the app records 16. 04. Should be easy to create a workable app since there are plenty out there from other airlines.
Terrible App
The app redirects to the browser requiring you to log in for almost every action, the seat navigation and check-in was the most broken and stressful travel booking selection experience I’ve ever had.
