What they complain about

- Flight status updates are often wrong
Booking is easy and very convenient
I enjoy booking with OneTravel very convenient, easy and reliable!!!
Worst ever🤬
Paid extra to cancel or change. Husband got ill and couldn’t make the trip. They will not refund or anything. I will absolutely never use again.
Wensite difficulty
The process has neen bery agile, however, i want to add a bag but don’t understand how to do it in the website. So, i cannot do it and still need to add a non carryon bag👍
Overcharging
They would offer a lot of stuff this and that. Don’t get fooled. I recommend reaching out to the Airline instead they wanted to charged me 100$ just because the spacing of my name is incorrect. I called the airline and it turns out it’s really like that because of character limit! They just want more money. But it’s true prices for flights are cheap tho. Once you booked your flight that’s it don’t get any add ons its not needed.
Complete fees were not disclosed upon booking
The representative with whom I spoke Sydney did a good job. However, she did not tell me that I would have to pay For seat selection on our flight home. Due to that fact, my fare was raised by hundreds of dollars. That was extremely disappointing!
Flight Reservation
The website was easy to navigate. I downloaded the app to make my travels easy. And got points for downloading the app. I’m very happy with One Travel.
DONT USE THEM, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had booked a flight on accident and was charged for it, I requested a refund and at first was told I’d be refunded my money. I then called and was told that it was a non refundable ticket when in reality I was told I was able to a refund, they don’t even offer air credits of any sort. Horrible customer experience. I do not recommend using this to get flight bookings in the slightest. They just steal your money. 350$ dollars down the drain. Absolute awful company
Excellent service.
I despise comparing flight costs. They are currently comparing flight prices and schedules and have many options. Thanks for your great service. Just have to locate a less expensive flight option. Thanks for your help.

I booked a flight and the got the app but it doesn’t let me add it to my app
Not suitable in Australia 🇦🇺
I booked from their website and it was not the best choice as I was convinced when I asked for a refund. I was charged for extra international transfer twice( booking the ticket and for the refund). I booked another ticket with almost the same long flight and same airlines, and it was cheaper by more than $200( AUD).!
Referral worthy
New to the App and It’s a one stop shop,Travelers dream!
Fees, fees and more fees
They just charged me 3 fees for changing a flight when I bought insurance which was a complete waste of. You’re definitely better off booking directly with the companies rather than dealing with these guys and all of their fees
Flights
I like to change it to CDN currency
Tricky charges, not cheap at all
I purchase Air Canada’s flight from OneTravel and the fare even expensive than Air Canada’s official website. I pay for seat selection but it tells me the seat is not assigned on the next day. I cancel my booking in 10 minutes and it charges me a $50 cancellation fee without any notification. It seems to charge and tricks you all the time and, very unhappy experience would not use it anymore.
Pricing
Easy to book through but price doesn’t convert to AUD until it appears on credit card statement. Cheap flights end up being more expensive because of fees
As plan
So far no complaints
Horrible service
They input my name wrong and I was unable to check in for flights. Said they couldn’t do anything about it.
Cannot update app
App works fine when searching but cannot be updated when you select *Update Now*.
Very mixed results.
Overall look and feel is good. Easy to connect to your bookings and the information is clear. BUT massive fail on the flight status. It's still saying my husband's flight is on time for a 1:37pm departure and the flight is actually currently delayed by bad weather and expected to depart at 4:50pm. This is a major fail. But the rest of the App is genuinely very good.
Easy
Was fast and easy
Quick way to lose money.
Nearly impossible to cancel or change flight if plans change. Book directly with the airline you are flying with.
Need Passbook
The app is great.. But so much information to input to retrieve the ticket... After buying the ticket, Passbook should take the ticket information and display it, avoiding the sign in and inputting the information again.
Ofertas irresistibles
Me encantan sus ofertas
Sketchy
So worried my trip wasn’t booked. Can’t find it on the airlines website
The Best!!!
I LOVE this app!!!!! I can’t say or express an a great regard for this app! When you are a senior citizen with limited vision, this kind of connection or service is brilliant. Cheers!
Over charges
Charges are not expected
Easy to book a flight
The most easiest website to book a flight. 😊
What is this
I don't know what this is. And a charge appeared.
Wonderful app
10/10
No compres aquí te estafan
Compré boletos de ida y vuelta y en el regreso tuve que pagar mis maletas para poderlas traer por qué no estaban en el sistema de la aerolínea pero tengo el comprobante de compra y no quisieron responder.
Going places
This app helps me not to worry and subsides my anxiety !! Thanks for making this app
Terrible experience not as advertised
Had a terrible experience with this booking company and will never use again. Have used other companies with much greater ease and Transparency in the past, but One Travel advertised car rentals in addition to my flight, so I reserved a $51 dollar car rental for 2 days in Orlando through Routes Car Rental. Upon arrival, the shuttle didn’t come for 40 min while i was on hold trying to call for it the entire time, the website advertised would not take my reservation number to call for pick up. Once we arrived the agent seemed helpful at Routes but would not budge on the price and said it would be up to One Travel to cancel the reservation I had made with my debit card. I tried to call one travel and use the chat for help but they just sent me to another number that I waited on hold once again for another 30 min, once I finally talked to an agent he put me on hold for another 45 minutes to call the rental company, finally the agent (who was very hard to understand) came back in the line to say they could not cancel the booking and would charge a fee of $75 which was more than the entire price of the original reservation, saying that the car rental company would not allow them to cancel the reservation, but the agent at Routes tried to say it was One Travel who forced us to keep the reservation or pay the fee. I’m not sure who was ultimately responsible as everyone was passing the buck, but I do know it was a terrible and incredibly misleading experience that took about 31/2 hours of our time and 3x the money we expected to pay. The shuttle service was not quick and I expect that it will be a difficult process for return as well and will require us to leave extra early, taking more time from our trip. Do it use OneTravel and expect lots of additional fees with Routes, without the additional driver it was going to be $153 total with a $500 hold so much higher than the $51 advertised as including all fees and taxes.
