my trip
easy
Artificial Stupidity
Their major goal is to make money through bookings. And that is reasonable. However, the program is unable to process simple information and forgets information during the chat. I was unable to get a 5 day DC visit plan. There are better services.
Super !
Layla d’1 efficacité et rapidité déconcertante !
Cool concept but needs work
I added all of my hotels for my trip and it would not include them. Either it would leave them out altogether and remove stays completely, or it would keep putting in other hotels that I did not book and I’ve never heard of. No matter how many times I told it to update with the correct hotels it would not do it even though it listed them out correctly in the text.
Very helpful for vacation planning
Recommended to me from a friend when planning a trip from washington to atlanta last month. It created a full itinerary and travel plan for me and saved me from a lot of stress and work I normally have throughout this process. I definitely would like to use it again for any vacations I plan to go on in the future and highly recommend it for anyone who is new to traveling and wants to alleviate some stress.

App DOENS’T work. Chat support doesn’t help. Takes days to “work on the bug.” You spend time working on a detailed trip, then it crashes and you lose the chat, itinerary, EVERYTHING!! Such a waste of time!!
Layla Ai App
Leider nur 3 Tage kostenlos, danach bezahlen :/
Work in progress
The concept of this app is pretty cool, and the UI is intuitive. But I tried to put in a slightly more complicated trip request and it really struggled. I had to twice clarify that I wanted to fly from London to Faro and it kept coming up with Lisbon as the destination. If that’s a database limitation then it needs to be expanded.

Layla app is pretty awesome, makes your trips for vacation easier.
Don’t waste your money!
“Layla” is constantly recommending places that are permanently closed, and listed as such on google. Also does not follow directions and will take you places you said not to go.
Ho iniziato ora ad usarla
Sembra ottima
Help me plan
So far the help has been great. I look forward to diving in deep to really solidify my trip details.
Terrible lag
I get to a critical point of trip planning and it seems to freeze and give me the circle of death for hours. Tried open and closing of the app and also tried deleting them reinstalling with no success.very disappointing.
Great app and customer service.
I decided to try the app to plan an international trip between two countries and a return flight home. It was great, I found my flights, hotels, and activities. However, the only negative part was that I made it in a web browser instead of the app. Now that I’ve done that I’m having a hard time connecting my web browser account with my app. Any help from devs would be great. Edited: June 9, after a quick chat with the support team I was able to log in with my email versus Google sign on and that connected my trip to my app!
Ужасно
Это худшее приложение в мире. Еще и деньги за это берут. Программа просто не работает. Я задаю вопрос и получаю в ответ ничего. Она просто молчит.
Very good and useful
Love it

App hat null Mehrwert und will nur das Abo verkaufen. Ideen und Vorschläge oberflächlich
Layla
Planned a trip in America for my family of 6. I answered a few short questions and got amazing recommendations with all the places i could go to with a whole plan and explanation and videos. It was really helpful definitely gonna be using this from now on.
Garbage app with buttons that don’t work
I tried this app. You can only add experiences which is probably more expensive than searching elsewhere. Lots of buttons don’t work like the “book” button for flights. Feels like a vibe coded garbage app
Entire Safari with Family planned
I must say I was always skeptical with AI but Layla helped me plan our entire South Africa safari and it was a joy to plan with all the videos and having it in one place and then their local experts helps us book everything!
Couldn’t get it to give me anything
Got stuck on the screen asking for £50 which I wasn’t going to spend without seeing any results. I can’t see what this does that other ai cant do for free
Best
THE best travel planner . Saves soooo much time !
Pas fou
Obligé de payer pour avoir son planning
Never planned a trip this quickly
Layla made my last vacation planning a breeze, everything ordered and setup exactly how I wanted. I just had to show up. Love this!
Müllapp!!!
Reine abzocke nicht einmal nach meinem budget gefragt… die app denkt auch das ich millionär bin, lächerlich
