Do I get a support to configure through my phone but actual contact number stays in other device? Is it possible to do that. Or we have to configure only in the device we have phone number registered?

She decided by herself to schedule a customer picking up a computer without notifying me. No support line customers hated communicating with here half of them didn’t leave a massage

I thought this service screened calls. I didn’t know it was just an answering service.

$50 a month for a small business is way too much

I have literally canceled my account shut off any call forwarding that I could and I still am not able to receive phone calls after downloading this app. No one can figure it out but the only common denominator is this application. I’ve tried everything. I paused Clara for an entire year so that she couldn’t answer phone calls I canceled my subscription through the app and through Apple and now I receive no phone calls at all

Two things there there’s nowhere on the app where you could cancel and go for your subscription They don’t explain the cost service very good that no one you can talk to live men’s. My account is not active incomplete.

Didn’t work
Didn’t work and is too expensive. The features in the pro plan are included with competitors for less than the regular plan here.
It is not bad
There are still issues of existing contacts not being able to reach me and no ability to auto transfer a call. There should be rules that allows who can get through ..

It does answer calls well but I can’t turn it off and it also record outgoing calls and calls I’ve answered myself……odd
Just what I needs
My Business has picked up and usually I miss a few calls. Clara makes it really easy. I can now respond with a call back and I have all the information to better serve my customers. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME you can’t go wrong with Clara.
No Response No Suport
Iphone would not call forward so I caint use app. I wrote support a week ago no response. If charged before they respond my gank says they can work thru fraud dept to get this done. We will see if they respond.

$129 a month is too expensive for small businesses. Should have 3 tiers of service.
