The app is of no use and ask for unnecessary permission and won’t work.
The app keeps disconnecting and never shows full trip. Moreover the app needs to be open in order to record the log. The app asks for permiss that aren’t even logically needed to be on all the time. Pathetic app worst than yamaha y connect

This app will not connect to any of the 36V e-bike systems even though the interface x is Bluetooth compatible. Updating to allow for interface x compatibility would be a great future upgrade.

1.0.14で以前と同様に自動で走行ログは記録されるようになりました。ご対応ありがとうございます。 個人にはこれだけあれば十分なので、あまり他の機能を追加せず、安定させていただきたいです。

O aplicativo tem umas funcionalidades interessantes, mas, é ruim. Não conecta automaticamente tem, precisa acessar o app para conectar. Seria melhor se conectasse automaticamente e ficasse sempre marcando onde a moto está, mesmo sem estar pareado via bluetooth no celular

It fixes the problem, but I’m hope no more problem, it already happens quite sometime with Yamaha Motor On from the start and its update, please release beta or internal testing before release for public or fix it directly by roll back to previous working version until the next patch for the currently new problem. 5 star because it works fine, thank you.

Awalnya bagus, tetapi skrg setelah update iOS ke versi 26.5.2, koneksi sering putus pada saat riding dan riding log tidak terekam. Refresh berulang kali tetap tidak muncul. Perlu diperbaiki lagi utk bisa merekam riding log dengan benar.

Missing crucial Battery Voltage feature!
Yamaha forced my vehicle (Ray ZR) to migrate from Y-Connect to this new app, but they completely removed the most useful feature—real-time Battery Voltage monitoring! Y-Connect blocked my vehicle pairing, so I am stuck using this app without any way to track battery health. Yamaha team, please bring back the Battery Voltage display in the next update or allow us back on Y-Connect!

There is still a new bug. Before as long as the application is open in the background and the Bluetooth is on, the motorcycle automatically connects to the lighting of the panel now it is done more, sometimes you have to close the application and reopen it first before connecting. Sometimes reopen and close and reopen again before it connects. We have trouble connecting it after this last update. 🤧

Desde a última atualização não conecta mais automaticamente como app rodando em segundo plano. Agora toda vez tem que abrir o app, e muitas vezes é necessário parear a moto novamente. E, mesmo assim, já faz uns 4 dias que não está registrando os riding logs mesmo conectando manualmente antes de sair. Tá fosco.

Versão: 1.0.12 instalada. Atualizou e não registra mais nada. Quando fui conectar pela primeira vez após atualização não encontrava a conexão com a moto. Depois apareceu mensagem pedindo pra “RE” instalar. Fiz e inicialmente pareou mas não registrando nada. Bugada! Tentei por algumas vezes reinstalar novamente e ele agora não encontra a conexão com a moto. Ah! Tudo liberado/autorizado para conexão. Aguardando versão de correção urgente. Vale lembrar que antes da atualização (s) recente (s), conectava e gravava as informações normalmente.

Forced Upgrade, Worse Experience
The latest update has made the app almost unusable. It connects to my vehicle initially but disconnects after a short while, stops logging trips, and repeatedly asks me to remove and re-add the vehicle. I've already done that twice, and it still doesn't work. I was previously using the Yamaha Y-Connect app, which was far more reliable and accurate. After migrating to this new app a few months ago, I lost access to the old app, so there's no way to go back to something that actually worked. Instead of improving the experience, this new app has been a major downgrade. The app no longer performs its most basic functions, making it practically useless. This is extremely frustrating, especially for existing Yamaha customers who were forced to switch. Please prioritize fixing these issu & tead of releasing updates that break core functionality.

The app is clean but it lacks basic functionality as it keeps lagging or worse, doesn’t work. Have to reinstall everytime to use it.
