App getting logout frequently even during rides we take a break and then to restart we need to logon again. Need to resolve the issue on urgent basis Using this app from last two years approx problem os still not resolved.

Good but improvement needed
Using since last 5 months, not that worth like connect mobile phone screen but even in small screen works well, my issue is : when the company is Indian and specially device for motor bike then should show the bike route only, experience many times show the car roads, and in India many highway or express road where bike not allowed So once connect it shows only bike road as google map show.

Tripper Pod Connectivity
I like the tripper pod connectivity and it works very well in my royal enfield classic 350. Need to improve the navigation instruction such as exact direction for circular bridges with multiple way in top always shows same symbol and confusing. Also one suggestion to include estimated time to reach the destination in tripper pod.
Good idea, terrible implementation
Battery drain is severe. The app runs your phone hot the entire ride – screen on, constant processing. The connection drops constantly. Mid-ride, without warning. And when it does, good luck getting back in – the app randomly logs you out and forces you through an emailed verification code to get back in. On a ride. Where you’re on a motorcycle. If you’re in the US, you’re also getting a gutted version of the app. The features RE advertises? Not here. You get routing and not much else. No explanation, no timeline, no acknowledgment. And the latest Tripper dash firmware update removed the blue route line from the display. The one visual confirmation that navigation is actually working – gone. Nobody asked for that. Royal Enfield built a beautiful motorcycle and a capable dash. Then they shipped software that disrespects both. The community has been vocal about these issues for a long time. RE has been silent. Do better.
Just OK
Works as expected in that it can navigate you using the tripper pod. However if you turn the bike on and off it doesn’t re-connect. You have to unlock your phone again. You also can’t change any setting for the tripper pod or update it. Be great to be able to set it to night mode permanently as this colour scheme looks much better against the interceptor dials. It would be great if it all worked properly!

My service history is stuck at yet to be assigned but my service was done in April 2026 since then it has been stuck service centre guys are sayings it updated already i cant book my future services

The connect keeps growing
Just 3 days back , I took delivery of my 4th Enfield. This time it’s Himi 450. As always the connect was there in the heart, and when one went close to and on the bike, it is now further enhanced with the seamless connection through the phone screen too. As with wingman in my new Himi, I can see it and connect with it all the time , any time.
Extremely frustrating app bug
The Royal Enfield app has a really annoying bug: if the phone screen turns off, the app is closed, or you briefly switch to another app, it takes you all the way back to the home screen when you return. For example, I was trying to book a service and was entering my address. I had to switch to Google Maps to check the address, and when I came back to the Royal Enfield app, the entire booking screen was gone and I was back on the app’s home page. I had to start the whole process again. This is incredibly frustrating, especially for something like service booking where you may need to check an address, OTP, location, or other information in another app. Please fix the app’s state/session persistence so it remembers the screen and progress when users temporarily leave the app. This should be basic functionality in a modern app.
Medianamente funcional, pero falta mucho
Vuelvo a escribir lo que mucho se dice pero poco se comenta por este medio y es que;1. El que uno tenga que iniciar sesión cada vez que va a usar la app es sumamente invomodo2. El que no se pueda apagar la pantalla para usarlo me parece absurdo, deberían cambiar el método de comunicación I algo. Adicional, considero que la aplicación funciona sumamente mejor en android que en iPhone, cosa que tienen que corregir pues, las funciones de la música aparentemente solo funcionan en iPhone con la app de música y pues, la app de música más usada es Spotify no apple music.

Pelo amor de Deus, já passou da hora de vocês adicionarem a possibilidade de bloquearmos o device com o mapa espelhado no Tripper Dash, todos sabemos que vocês são capazes. A impressão é que vocês apenas não querem mesmo… é muito frustrante a experiência de ter que deixar o device desbloqueado no bolso com risco de explodir o celular por superaquecimento em viagens na estrada!

Not a great app
You have to keep your phone unlocked. If you lose service and you quit the app or want to make changes to your route it will not let you connect to your bike. They’re also monitoring all your data.
Can’t lock phone when using map
Like others have mentioned the phone cannot be locked when using the map, which really kills the battery and makes accidental touches happen. Otherwise I really like the app and it’s useful for the navigation aspect but definitely not something I will use all the time because the few times I have used it my phone rapidly dies or will randomly disconnect in the middle of a ride because I moved away from the RE app somehow.

I have mostly good experience with the app but my last trip it would not connect to my bike and I had to just use my Apple Maps to tell me where I was going. But normally it works just fine. I don't know what happened this time

Perde frequentemente as configurações. Limitado ao mapas do Google e, iPhone, limitado ao Apple Music. Consome muita bateria quando não está conectado a moto.

Gostaria de saber quando irão corrigir o erro de navegar com o GPS tendo que manter o celular em modo stand by. Muito ruim ficar com o celular assim e não desligado.
Cada atualização fica pior
Toda atualização piora, tenho que fazer o login frequentemente, não da para configurar o perfil, apresenta varios erros! Alem do pós venda e garantia da marca serem horríveis, o app tbm!

Infelizmente o celular não pode ser bloqueado quando está espelhando na moto , fica com alto consumo de bateria do celular , no Android já foi atualizado , quando chegará essa atualização no IOS ?

Great option to navigate
It’s a most for navigation! The options for controlling music and showing maps are great and have been working perfectly well. The only downside is that it has a little of latency so you have to be careful with not surpassing the turns.

The email field can’t be edited, thus we can’t complete the account creation in-app. Downloaded in North America btw.

So far so good this app I am able to navigate easily through the app, can book service appointment via app and i have heard navigation wise this app is not performing, well so far no issue faced. Well designed.

App is not as described
I’ve always been a fan of the Tripper since 2002, but this updated version of the app claims a lot more in the description and picture overview than it actually delivers. At date of download, Dec 2025, it claims to show your profile, the motorcycle you ride, how to videos, location of bike where last parked and service centre booking. None of which are available at time of download in the UK. Although the old app says it is now obsolete, this version is, from what I can see, exactly the same. I’m not saying it’s bad, just that the interface appears to be no different from the version I downloaded in 2022. Not sure why it is showing so many screen shots that are not available. It’s free so can’t complain, but it does appear a little misleading. If these are futures or features not available in the UK I think it should state as much.
RE App Features
I love the app and someone can call it crazy but having an App support was the main reason I bought my bike. But there are scope to improve and I am sure as RE is rising they are also improving. Some improvements needed are native offline data must be made available to riders and removal of 3 months cap. I would like to access my entire bikes history and not just last three months trip’s. RE please if someone is genuinely listening then make these improvements.
Very Poor & Buggy App
This is honestly one of the most useless apps I have used. I have been trying to check my bike’s service history for the last one month, but every time I open the service history, it simply shows “Something went wrong.” What is the point of having a service history feature if it doesn’t even work? I have tried multiple times, but the issue is still the same. Royal Enfield needs to seriously fix this app and its service history feature. Very disappointing experience.

Clunky + Not Considering Details
The app can work, but it’s very clunky. Disconnecting continually. Forced to have screen on? It’s 2025 and we have to have the screen on when using navigation??? A very big oversight for from the dev team. The app does not fully function with the latest IOS, because the bottom of the screen has an unusable icon which is covered up IOS functionality. I have reached out to support and they keep asking me for my VIN number which is extremely annoying. Why does my VIN number matter, it’s your app that has the problem!
Need the app to function more smoothly with the tripper navigation panel
This version of app is seemingly performing better than the previous one. But i have noticed it is also killing the phone battery faster than other apps as the app itself needs to be open after connecting to the bike tripper panel. Can you make the turn by turn route refresh frequency more accurate? I mean more faster ? Because it seems like if there are comparatively more alleys nearby , it sometimes shows me that i am crossing my preferred alley destination , and sometimes it shows that i am not there yet. So, if the refresh frequency for fetch data gets faster it will also be more accurate i guess. Otherwise everything is working better than the previous app.
