Not supporting properly in I phone
My headphones are connected to my phone and working properly but when i was trying to use diagnostic tool in app there is issue witch mic test while check sound no any sound hearing in buds aslo show the battery issue
Not able to pair Nirvana ION
Not able to pair nirvana ION on the boat app, the connection to iPhone Bluetooth is good but unable to search the device inside the boat Hearables app. Please fix. Updated review- I was able to connect to my android phone on same app, upgraded the firmware for the headphones then able to connect to the ios app. This needs to be fixed with the ios version.

This app is very disappointing. My boAt Hearables app is not connecting to my AirPods 111 V2, so I’m unable to use the app properly. Please improve compatibility and add support for these earbuds. A stable connection and proper device detection are really needed. Hope boAt fixes this issue soon.

I can’t connect my nirvana pro iris to the app with the Bluetooth
For some reason I’m trying to connect my airdopes but it keeps on saying “device not found try adding manually”, so I go to the airdopes section and I can’t find my airdopes on it. But I do like the app especially the store with speakers and headphones

App doesnt work
PartyPal 600 connected to Hearables, but the Text customization screen is non-functional. Both Preview and Apply buttons do nothing. App has been reinstalled and device re-paired. Please help me understand, am I doing something wrong here??

app don’t show case charge!
I use Boat flagship TWS Nirvana IVY Pro but this app don’t showing Case charge percentage! As a premium TWS user I am disappointed! And app refreshed instant when I minimise this. Please give an update for IVY Pro case charge and app background working.

I found your 280 anc a good product but there is room to improve the spongy silicon tips please learn from 1+ they create good fit silicon tips with oval shape i had to replace default with those now it’s superb!

Airdopes 111V2 is not recognised & getting connected via Boat Hearables App
I just bought airdopes 111v2 and cannot connect it on the app even though it is seamlessly connecting via bluetooth. On the app it is not getting recognised. Hence cant even get access to different features. Please fix.

Issue with Boat Hearables
Today I bought boat rockerz 255pro +. It is connected to my iPhone seamlessly but the software has failed to recognise the device. I charged up the set fully and tried several times but always it failed to recognise the device even though the I am unable to add the device manually. There is no preset found on listed devices named Rockerz 255 pro +. Please look into it

Unauthorized Bluetooth Connection Issue with boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+
Dear boAt Support Team, I recently purchased a boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ neckband and am facing a serious Bluetooth connectivity issue. While I am connected to my device, nearby users are sometimes able to connect to the neckband automatically without my permission. When this happens, my audio playback stops, and I can hear audio or voice from the other user’s device. This raises concerns regarding both privacy and security. I have also installed the boAt Hearables iOS app, but Rockerz 255 Pro+ does not appear in the list of supported devices, so I am unable to manage any connection or pairing settings through the app. Could you please help me with the following: How can I prevent unauthorized devices from connecting to my neckband? Is there a way to make the device private or require permission before pairing? Is there any firmware update available to resolve this issue? If this is a hardware or firmware defect, what are the available replacement or warranty options? I have already tried resetting and reconnecting the device, but the issue persists. Why the hell my nirvana ion is not getting connected on my 14 pro Bruhhh I’m just frustrated right now I’ve tried the first basic method “The automatically connecting “ Then I also tried the manual option by choosing what product and which model still no change…it’s not catching the signal Justttt pls fix it Asap
