Consistent
I played the tower of winter awhile ago and desperately tried to find games similar. This is the only mobile game that I consistently come back to in my free time. I saw someone complain about micro transactions but I was easily able to enjoy the games contents without purchasing any gems and got lucky enough to get a character as well. Infinite replay ability and super easy for free to play people to still enjoy. I will be spending money on this game but not cause I need to but because I want this company to keep making more of this.
솔까 광고 좀 선넘은거 아님?
평생연금이라도 뽑으려는거? 리롤에다 꾸득꾸득 풀광고 붙이는건 무슨 초식인지…심지어 광고제거는 무한도 아니고 30일? 허 ㅋㅋㅋ 이럴거면 그냥 유료게임으로 내는게 낫지 않겠나

단점이 장점 씹어먹는 게임
장점: - 수려한 일러스트 - 독창적인 로그라이크 - 매력적인 세계관 - 다양한 덱빌딩 및 캐릭터 단점: - 노골적인 과금유도 제목에서 말했듯, 과금유도가 굉장히 심하다 시작할 때마다 10초 광고 템 리롤할 때마다 30초 광고 캐릭터 및 해금요소는 전부 가챠 그런데 그 확률은 0.2% 이게 다른 게임들은 은근히 “이거는 어떠실까요? 개쩌는 일러스트입니다!” 하고 유도를 하는 느낌이면 이 게임은 멍청하게 ”캐릭터? 쓰려면 돈 써. 근데 가챠로 뽑아야 하고 가챠하기 전 무조건 광고 봐야 해“ 하며 과금을 유도하는 느낌이다 보통 로그라이크에서 이런 식이 해금요소를 가챠로 하지 않는 이유가 있는데 그것을 시궁창으로 던져버린 느낌 보통 pvp도 아닌 이런 류의 게임은 ’이 게임이 정말 잘만들어졌구나‘ 하고 후원 겸 결제를 하는 경우가 많은데 하다보면 오히려 반발감이 찾아온다 정말 매력을 느껴 꾸역꾸역 계속 하다가 게임이 너무 역겨워져서 리뷰 남긴다

enjoyable combat heavy text roguelike
much like the previous tower of winter this game is addictive with cool art. lots of content, lots to grind for. thanks for alternate ways to earn gems through playing this time

Great game for text based gamers
Fund game and helps me fall asleep by tiring my eyes. I just wish they allow us to purchase characters and not just stick to the Gacha mechanic
Unbalanced
Game is pretty fun right up until they start throwing enemies at you that paralyze you every other turn, which forces you to use very specific builds or just die. Some of the art is nice, but a lot of the art for non-combat encounters is ai slop.

Much Appreciated Sequel
I really enjoyed the first game tower of winter. It’s not perfect but quite addicting trying to min/max your build. I see many familiar traits and upgrades here with more to offer.

Game’s Gacha is horrible
There are quite a lot of nice things to say about the actual gameplay. However, the actual acquisition of characters are locked behind gacha - it’s paired with a lack of premium currency as well as abyssmal probabilities for getting the characters. No pity, no “removed from the pool” for stuff you got, that you might just never unlock a character. It’s really unfortunate how an otherwise great game with passion put behind it is ruined by greed. Terrible gacha system.

Scamming through odds
At first I was supprimer by the new mechanic compared to your previous games so I decided to show some support by spending money , well the diamonds obtained without spending money gave me 2 characters while the 7000 diamonds that I bought gave me nothing, it’s sad that such a cool concept has to be killed by greed

Game is fun, but not great for free-to-play.
I enjoyed the gameplay and the story a lot, but the way to get cards, the way you earn gems that doesn't involve paying for them, and the fact that removing ads is a monthly charge, stinks of greed. Also had an issue with the Clocktower Wraith, where I was essentially soft locked because the boss couldn’t kill me due to my defense kit, but I couldn’t kill the boss due to my offense relying on counter attacks and the boss healing all the damage I was able to do.

Solid Text RPG
I like storytelling it too much but Al’s not too little. The mechanics are the same it is pretty clear what you should go for with each character and still need to make good decisions. I like the balance so far. Only thing for me is story is mostly same for each character, if you do expansions can you tailor story for each character a bit more? Also one day, I would like these characters to meet if possible. Like the game hope it does not get abandoned.

Needs a better way of unlocking characters
Loving the game play and the ability to unlock cards is a nice touch compared to the last game. However dev went straight greedy on the gems this game. There should be a way to unlock different characters besides a >1% rng daily chance. Also very upset that the ad remove for $8 is only valid for one month. I would never have bought that if I realized it. Thought it was just the double gems that was 30 days but the ad removal was permanent.

가속이 6턴마다 터져야하는데 보스전에서 한번 터지더니 그 다음부터 안 터지네요; 너무 화가 나네요. 스킬들이 지 마음대로 터져요
Ads too much
So far the game play and progression has been really impressive, the story is great and everything, however I gave this a 4 STAR RATING because of one annoying thing. The ad every time you finish/end a play through, I understand it’s how you make your livelihood but that ad makes me want to close the game, especially when it comes on after you lose a pretty good build. I think it would be much better if you could make a workaround for this, but so far, great game.
Very Fun
The game is extremely well thought out and allows for easy immersion as you are in charge of multiple choices that will shape your own story. I am very impressed by its design and the storyline is a lot of fun.
Pay to win?
Only can get diamond once a day is dumb. Now im stuck. The enemy is too strong. I dont know maybe because i dont have enough diamond to pull a card.
Great potential
I’m enjoying it so far, some of the art is really good and I like the gameplay. It’s simple but engaging. However, seeing AI art being used is quite off-putting when put next to the artist done work. The video first played was filled with inconsistency, I hope over time the AI art will be redone by actual artists because the real art is amazing.

I gave this game a few months after not getting past the second land boss. And after a second attempt today it needs a very special build which defeats the purpose of giving players choice. I love the idea of this game, but yet again devs have put up a paywall that only a few get over.
Great text-based rpg!
I’ve played a few text rpgs before and they always seem to lose me somewhere in the dialogue or writing but this game isn’t too complex and detailed in writing, it gets to the point whilst also setting the stage. The art is another thing to boast about, I was skeptical at first but seeing real hand drawn art brought a smile to my face, I will be supporting financially once I complete my first run.
Misleading Reviews
Not sure which of these ads are actually real, but the art in this game is not good, it’s just more AI slop with some decent text and poorly cropped UI. This game would be infinitely better if they just used a little bit of effort and made some real art, even if the art wasn’t as good. Sigh.
