Die Verbindung mit Apple Health und meiner Apple Watch verbessern das Ganze. Zusätzlich meine Körperfettwaage, die evenfalls mit Apple Health arbeitet super! Ein Kritikpunkt, ich kann aktuell keinen Bluttest hochladen, die Pro-Variante nimmt das Dokument, verarbeitet es kurz und ist dann leider wieder beim Anfang ohne dass etwas passiert. Wäre cool wenn das gelöst werden könnte. Vielen Dank!
Nur noch KI Müll, immer die gleichen Phrasen
Am Anfag gab’s wirklich hilfreiche Tipps. Sie wirkten personalisiert. Jetzt kommen nur noch Standardphrasen. Und es widerspricht sich alles. Ich soll nur noch leicht spazieren aber auch mindestens zwei Trainings in Zone zwei starten. Mich aber unbedingt ausruhen indem ich mich 132 min dehnen. So wird das Abo zeitnah gekündigt Update: jetzt klappt nichts mehr. Abo wurde gekündigt

L’application est difficilement utilisable sur un iPhone un peu plus ancien. J’ai des temps de chargement extrêmement long ce qui fait que je ne l’utilise quasiment pas. C’est dommage 😔

SUBPAR GLITCHY APP
SuperAge is poorly conceived and developed, and it lacks responsive support help. Worse yet, the app has multiple glitches. Some glitches are so severe that accurate readings and feedback are constantly incorrect. After using this app for about a month, I have yet to see a single accurate reading. To date, there has been a singular [severe] glitch affecting the apps reliably and accuracy.

È anni che cerco un’app così! Ottima, bella grafica, funzionale. Un po’ scettico sul fatto che l’alimentazione non incida sull’età biologica. Sarebbe bello poter registrare il cibo tramite foto del piatto + AI. Ottima app all-in-one, chiara e facile da capire.
Körperfett Rechnung komplett willkürlich
Mir wurde ein komplett flacher Körperfettanteil berechnet auf Grundlage dessen auch mein biologisches Alter berechnet wird, das macht das ganze Konstrukt hinfällig weil hier wahrscheinlich einfach Größe und Gewicht und Geschlecht hinzugezogen werden. Es gibt Leute die sind 180 groß und top trainiert und wiegen 90kg, und haben einen ganz anderen KFA als jemand der keinen Sport macht und 180 groß ist und 90kg wiegt. Ich finde solang die App das nur schätzen kann sollte es rausgenommen oder zumindest nicht als Grundlage zur Berechnung anderer Werte herangezogen werden.

Kostenlos, aber Bankdaten erforderlich 👎
Ich habe mir die App heute Morgen heruntergeladen und wollte sie aufgrund guter Testberichte gerne ausprobieren - aber am Ende werde ich (egal,ob ich monatlich jährlich oder nur Testversion wähle) zur Eingabe meiner Bankdaten beziehungsweise zur Legitimierung des Kontoeinzuges aufgefordert. Ebenso steht dort "Test kündigen". Das alles scheint mir nicht seriös - von einem wirklichen Test erwarte ich, dass er einen gewissen Zeitraum bietet, in dem ich ohne jegliche finanzielle Verpflichtung und damit auch ohne Angabe meiner Bankverbindung oder Zugriff auf Apple Account mindestens eine Woche völlig unverbindlich testen kann und von selber ausläuft, ohne dass ich von mir aus aktiv kündigen muss !!!Das scheint mir ihr nicht der Fall zu sein. Daher habe ich die App unmittelbar nach der Installation ab sofort wieder gelöscht. Schadet, denn der erste Eindruck war durchaus positiv. Edit: Die Entwickler haben auf meine Kritik offen, informativ und freundlich reagiert - und mir die entsprechenden Zwänge seitens Appel dargelegt, es erscheint mir alles glaubhaft , dennoch ist der Ersteindruck durch dieses Prozedere sicher nicht nur für mich eher abschreckend und ich werde die Sachen (vorläufig) lieber nicht weiter verfolgen.

Wirkt im 1. Moment gut
Wenn dann das biologische Alter innerhalb eines Tages um 5 Jahre schwankt, verliert man doch stark das Vertrauen. Bug oder Unsinn?
Promising but buggy
One hand, body measure, reasonably accurate, reflecting how I feel on the other hand keeps jumping around between 14% and 50% today. What’s causing that? Is that just stabilization?

There are many health tracking apps and for some reason I love this app. The dev has put a lot of work and research into how readings are calculated , and with nice interface has hit the sweet spot. Highly recommended!
Solange die Apple Watch nicht verbunden wird zwei Sterne
Leider funktioniert die Kopplung mit der Apple Watch gar nicht so gehen wertvolle Daten leider verloren und ich kann die eben nicht wirklich voll umfänglich nutzen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Außerdem wird der Schlaf nicht gecheckt beziehungsweise nicht in die SuperAge überspielt. Seit heute (21.11.2025) wurde mein alter Reset und jetzt sehe ich gar nicht den Fortschritt der letzten Wochen…
I LOVE this app
This app is brilliant way to keep an eye on your health metrics so you can make data driven actions towards improving your health. I’ve been using it for over a month now and it’s one of my favorites. It’s constantly updating and improving, future updates are hinting that they will analyze your blood test results. I can’t wait to see what else this app has in store.

This is more like a Beta. Numbers don’t make sense. Needs a lot of work to be able to use properly.

Lebenslange subscription auf einmal weg
Erst Gratis für alle machen und dann den Zugang wieder beenden mit dem nächsten Update. Es lässt sich auch nicht wiederherstellen. Halte die App sowieso für absolut sinnfrei. Deswegen könnt ihr die App auch gerne behalten.

Leider ist mein Premiumstatus nach der Neuinstallation verloren gegangen. In den Einstellungen habe ich hierzu nichts gefunden.
A game changer for health
I really love getting the biological age calculation and having it automatically adjust my workouts. It truly helps me understand my body and prevents me from overtraining.
Unbrauchbar
Muss dauernd neu eingerichtet werden. Berechnung des Alters nicht nachvollziehbar. Schlafdaten wurden manchmal gar nicht erfasst, obwohl in Health verfügbar. Nach kostenloser lebenslanger Kaufoption des Abos wird nun ein erneuter kostenpflichtiger Kauf verlangt.
Vergisst den Kauf
Vergisst mit dem letzten Update leider das man lebenslang premium hatte. Weniger geil (Käufe wiederherstellen funktioniert nicht)
