Game glitched and unable to contact support
My game glitched and it doesn’t resolve even after restarting the game. When i went to the website to contact support the google doc said it was closed and not taking any responses! Being unable to contact support seems very unreasonable. Disappointed.
Fun at first
The app is well designed and challenging. I am at level 206, and the timer is so short that I can only make a few moves before I run out. The puzzles are entertainingly complicated but a puzzler like me gets frustrated when the timer cuts off before I can work it out. Very frustrated.
Cute, but almost clever
Game is half decent, and would be enjoyable without two things: 1. You often have to click through 5-10 event promotion pop ups when first opening the app before you can get to just playing the game. If you don’t care about extra stuff and literally just want to play the game, this is cartoonishly silly and rather annoying. 2. The time limit. The game is is inherently a puzzle, it doesn’t also have to be timed challenge. The time limit adds nothing in my opinion. My general rule of thumb: if the puzzle requires a time limit to be challenging, it’s not a puzzle, it’s a race.

Amazing! but too much coins being spent
Hi! I love this game so much! But when I try to buy more lives or something it’s sooo much coins! It’s 900 coins and I think that’s a bit much. But I love this game so much!

Was great first
Great game, but it becomes increasingly frustrating due to the time constraints. By the time you’re on levels 100+, you need to buy more time, and at that point it’s a pay-for-play game.
Good but ads are unclosable
Good game nothing wrong with it but every level has an ad that makes you hit close 3x and brings you to safari everytime even when you hit close Honestly quicker to play if you quit out and close the app every time you finish a level
Sus “bug fixes”
Why is it that, almost every time the devs release an update, the game starts randomly crashing and then, when it restarts, it sets you back 1-2 levels?!? This is particularly frustrating when it takes awhile to figure out the pattern that gets you past levels that are only Hard or Super Hard because of the insanely low timer. Why is this suspicious? This only tends to happens with levels where power ups may have to be bought, since people would likely get frustrated having to pass a level again that they finally barely passed by the skin of their teeth. Seriously, GET YOUR CODE IN CHECK.

Stress and Ad bait
This isn’t the game for you if you don’t like games with a forced timer or copious amounts of ads. Game starts off with generous time and no ads, then suddenly drops you into nearly no time to do the puzzles and way too many ads. Game had potential. But no thanks.

広告非表示のみ課金、かなり遊んでます。パズルに時間制限あってまったりときたい方向けではないです（時間制限を無くす機能もあるけど有料チケット）。進めていくと何回もチャレンジすること前提だなと感じるステージや初見で解けないギミック（爆弾や固まるやつ）があって、連続クリアするとアイテムをもらえるようなイベントの連勝記録が途切れてしまいます。◯分スタミナ無制限みたいなアイテムを持ってたらその時間で何回もトライして解きます。時間制限が足りなすぎるステージや難易度の表記が実際の難しさと合ってないと感じるところも。その時は手持ちのアイテム使ったり攻略見たりもしますね。 イベントはクリア出来そうなときと割り切って、空いた時間にちょこちょこやる、いざというときはアイテム出し惜しみしない、どうしても無理な時は攻略も参考に、の気持ちで遊んでいます。パズルゲームの爽快感を求めてはじめるとなんか違う…となるかもしれません。猫はかわいいし暇つぶしにはとても向いています。 各ステージ一回しか遊べないのも寂しいですね。アイテムとかでゴリ押ししたけど、後からアイテム無しでクリアできるか試してみたいので、クリア済みステージは何回もチャレンジ出来るようになったら嬉しいです。いつか実装されることを期待してます。
Broken
From the time I downloaded this game a few months ago, until right now, the game has been unplayable. I keep hoping that as time went on, they would fix it, but I guess not. The game crashes and the app closes before it ever gets done loading and connecting to the internet. It has only loaded and worked maybe 3 times since downloading it and enjoyed the game. I have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times, updated the iOS twice, nothing changes. I try to load the game, it flickers, then crashes. Kinda lame.
Paid for ad-free, they just added banner ads.
Game is very fun and engaging. The ads were annoying so I paid for the ad-free version, however now I’m getting banner ads popping in on the bottom of the screen while I’m trying to play. So not sure why I paid extra and then they just added more ads in. Also very hard to get in touch with anyone from support.

This would be so relaxing if there was a mode without time limits.
Timer is Annoying
Has potential. Makes you think. But it drives me crazy that I have a minute to complete each level. You’re not given nearly enough time to use logic. It’s ridiculous, and I have to restart the app every time I fail or finish a level because of ads. Not worth it.
Perfect... if you love Shein
The 1100 levels are fantastic. That said, the timers are tightened after updates, likely synced to the fastest walkthrough time online. E.g. level 532 used to have 3 min 40 sec according to walkthroughs. I'm pretty good at the game, but I only managed to get it after a couple weeks on the level (with multiple breaks to come at it fresh) since they tightened it to 3 min. They assume everyone's using the walkthroughs online, so they make it *just* shy of impossible to solve without powerups. Same problems in many of the super hards in the 1300s. As of 1357, there are only maybe a dozen normal levels in the 1300s, the rest being hard or super hard. Some are solvable only after learning the fastest way on the walkthroughs and then grinding for 20 attempts to hone it down to a science. They've taken away the timer on the "freeze time" powerup, making it impossible to tell how much longer the timer will be frozen. And they seem to LOVE Shein, as the game will mid-level send you to their website (without you touching the banner ad). It is exactly as annoying as it sounds, especially on a tight timer level, since I have never purposely gone to the site nor watched anything that would suggest I want any part of it. Great user interface other than that egregious oversight!

Don’t buy No Ads
I paid the $7.99 for No Ads so I can play in peace. Even when I don’t press for extra coins (which would require to watch an ad), I still get hit with an ad! I want my money back. Thieving game and company
Great game but…
The game is fun and addictive, however it does not restore properly between my iPhone and iPad. I purchased the premium birthday pass on my iPhone, but it does not show up on my iPad.
Deleting this app
This game started out fun but there are SO MANY ads and the levels get to a point where you can’t beat them without using coins to buy boosts or more time. But the only way to get coins is to spend money. If you’re gonna make us watch so many ads to play the next level you may as well let us watch ads for coins but that’s not an option. It’s a ploy to make you spend money to keep playing.
Great game, but not enough play time
I love the concept of this game. Have to use your brain to solve. But the timer comes up way too fast. Not enough time to play, which frustrates me too much!

great puzzles terrible company
The puzzles are so much fun, but they are completely embedded in a ridiculous amount of ads that makes playing this an absolute nightmare. I got pretty high-level but even in coming here to leave this review I can see that they're recommending this game for four and up which just goes to show again the complete lack of morality and low value for human life that this company must have to completely choke such a wonderful game with ads it is a miserable experience and to recommend such an addictively fun game for four year olds.
Great game but the safari ads
Love this game but please stop including ads that pop up in Safari. It will do it over and over in a game without me clicking on any ad banners, it disrupts the game to the point I can barely play. It’s primarily SHEIN.

great game, but…
i like this app a lot, i’ve gotten to level 517 at the time of this review, however i am consistently frustrated by the time limit. i frequently run out of time, and am frequently frustrated by that. it could totally just be user error, me being stupid and not figuring it out fast enough, but i feel the app would be so much more enjoyable if there was no time limit on the levels. yes, it might make it a lot less challenging, but this is just my personal opinion after all.
Fun but too hard with timer
Played and made it to 60s levels just fine. And didn’t seem to be bothered by ads too much. But after level 60 the levels were near impossible with the time limit. Level 62 I’ve played so much I’m giving up I’m out of coins and boosts and I can’t even watch an ad to extend my life like every single other decent game
Fun!! But ruined by greed.
I enjoyed playing this for the first 28 levels. Then it got too darn hard and they don’t give you enough time because they want you to pay for extra time. You can’t even watch an ad, which I’d be willing to do to keep playing. I found myself getting anxious when I played because of the time limit. So I had to delete it.

Too hard on timer

Really fun, but SO many ads
Really fun gameplay, but there’s a super super excessive amount of ads. After every single level you get an ad, including levels that take less than 15 seconds. It honestly makes me want to stop playing the game altogether because so much time is spent watching ads. Some levels also have super short play times. They wouldn’t be hard levels at all but you have a minute to finish some.

This game gets addicting once you get into harder levels. Also,this puzzle game is actually very challenging!!!

The game is entirely set up to have you pay money to play. The game rewards are paltry and do not make sense for the amount of items you must use to play successfully. The more advanced puzzles are designed to drain your money to buy time to complete them. It’s impossible to do it in just one attempt to maintain momentum and get bigger rewards. You’ll spend 3000 coins to complete a puzzle that pays out 200 coins. Skip this game. It looks flashy, but it’s just not worth it.

hi! so ive been very much dedicated to this game for months. i reached level 2561. and i love how fun it is and came all this far. but i believe this game used ai to create the levels. not only that. but while playing the game it kept constantly and constantly popping up the stupid shein ads and taking me to safari to automatically open shein (which is. fast fashion site a very bad one and bad for the environment. along with ai. starting to notice a pattern here...) so it made it very uncomfortable and impossible to play the game now and i realize it has involvement with ai and shein and bad things like that that just make everything seem worse for our environment so please do not. download this game its really not worth it (you kinda also end up wasting hours of your life anyway if you play too much and it does seem to give you extra time and refills often.)

Update: when I first got this game, I loved it: cats, puzzles, what can go wrong? Unfortunately as I kept playing it, I would get so frustrated (one of the biggest gripes I have is that this game isn’t the most user friendly game out there in my opinion…) to the point I would recklessly spend too much money on it. It was also severely souring my mood. And getting rewards is so difficult to do because you’re basically asking players to beat levels on the first try every time to get rewards. In other words, you need to figure out what you’re doing in a certain (usually with too little) time when puzzles typically take several tries to figure out. It’s fine for some, but for others, it’s insanely difficult. I hate to say this, but I don’t recommend this game to people with severe anxiety and/or stress. I tried giving this game so many chances but I realized that trying is only doing me more harm than help…
