Super fast deliver
My food came very fast, and the price is good too. Great app. I highly recommend it. Will definitely be using it.
Very Slow Service
My order that was estimated for 20-30mins ended up taking almost two hours, tried cancelling after an hour of waiting and I was told I couldn’t.

The app is good, but the riders are slow. I suppose it is because this app is new and I hope it gets better with time, but otherwise an amazing app and amazing promos.
Nice food, Great service
It honestly exceeded my expectations. My order was delivered quickly, and I even got free delivery that day. What really impressed me was the follow-up call from their customer support to confirm that I received my order and check if I had any issues. Great service overall.
Horrible, Disappointing
Absolutely horrible experience. Prices may look cheaper than other apps but it’s not worth it unless you’re willing to wait 3+ hours for your food. Never again.
Nice App, Slow Service
The app is great and the food is always nice. I also love the affordable deals and promos they offer regularly. However, the delivery speed definitely needs improvement because orders take quite a while to arrive.
Online payments
I used to love this app when it was still thumo but when things changed to swoop I encountered a lot of changes like I can’t make online payments and it didn’t want to work on iOS at some point please fix this

Ads are misleading
Ads mislead users on deals just to grow users, they do not actually have those deals which is incredibly dubious even if you are just starting out
Verifying phone number
I really like the app, solves a real issue for emaSwati, however I think adding an authentication requirement for the phone number entered when signing in, if a customer accidentally adds the wrong phone number, they may place an order with someone else’s number and not even know if they’re order is coming since the number isn’t theirs, so making sure customers verify their phone number would solve that issue
Slow service.
Service is slow. Food takes more than an hour to arrive when the app gives a 30-40min delivery estimate. & the food comes when it is cold. Fair delivery fees.

I love that the app has a code for every food i order. So there’s no need to be afraid that someone will steal my food by impersonating me. also I loveeee the free discounts.😚

I would have rated it 0 if the option was there. This app and their riders are very frustrating. I don’t want to call them trash. Ordered Food yesterday, app told me it would arrive in 22 minutes but it took almost 2 hours if not more than to get to me. The food was hot when it got here, I’ll give them that. I made sure I kept checking the app the order checklist wasn’t accurate at all, it kept going back to the beginning even when rider got here. As a first time user of the app, I was beyond frustrated. I also ordered 4 portions of food, but what got to me was 2 portions, if not less. I was furious but I later dismissed it, thinking it was because I used a promo code. But other apps I have used promo codes on, they still deliver! Please do better, first time user and I’m not pleased at all.

Can’t even reset my password
Very unprofessional app design and conducting of business. Unable to make any orders after trying the app once, I cant login anymore. I’ve contacted them through email, through WhatsApp and have received zero response since August and I am writing this in December. Seems like they made some money and are now abandoning the app. I would love for the team behind it to prove me wrong.
