I’ve known about Food Court since 2021, and I’m a bit disappointed that they still don’t deliver to my area. For a brand that’s been around for a while, I was hoping for wider delivery coverage by now.

So recently you guys lunched a new update which is affordable for students,too be honest it amazing ,i am not sure if they want to look mainly at students but I love it ,it’s just too good even me that had problems with you guys won’t lie I love the update ,mind blowing and great please keep this up,thank you 🙏😁

You get your food after 3 hours and before you do you keep calling the riders they don’t pick nobody replies everything about them is slow

This was my first time ordering from food court and I must say it was really underwhelming. Payment was confirmed at 2:53pm and food didn’t arrive till almost 2 hours later (4:48pm) What then is the point of getting food if it’ll take that long to deliver? My suggestion, if delivery won’t make it on time, there should be proper communication because even the customer service i texted answered me after 20/30 mins. It’s not good enough.

Great, great food, but expect anywhere from good to down right terrible service on occasion. Unfortunately, this inconsistency mars the quality of their food. I’m really not quite sure how their service standards dropped so suddenly.
They need to improve in Abuja
Don’t bother ordering late with these people in Abuja because they never have rights available at night. Also, if you are unlucky, they might give your order to someone else and give you someone else’s food.

if you are looking to order food and get it 3 hours later. this is the place. CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE AND UNRELIABLE. I ordered my food just for the dispatcher to delivery the wrong food then it was sent back and my food has been on the road for 3 hours I never seen such terrible service in my life . I do NOT RECOMMEND
Bad delivery
The delivery man did not know Lagos at all and was confused about my location which is known by any lagosian. It took him two hours to get to my estate then he called me to tell me that his tire burst so he couldn’t deliver again even as he was within walking distance of my location. It took him an additional 45 minutes to even deliver the food. The food was excellent but the delivery made me so angry and since the main point of this app is the delivery service, I’m giving it 2 stars. It’s a very good website, certainly better than most but the delivery enrage me
Horrible Horrible Service!
A fall from grace from a once efficient service. I ordered food by 8pm, didn’t get delivered till past 10pm after I had slept off. Customer care tells me I have to pay another delivery fee. What a joke. I will be deleting this app forever. It was fun while it lasted.
Bad delivery bad customer service
Food takes almost 2-3 hours to be ready and then another 1 hour to be delivered. Customer service as well takes 20 minutes to respond and very often needs to be texted multiple times before a response is provided.
Food takes forever…
I really like the concept and love the food quality but…the food takes too long to arrive. Never arrives within the estimated time (food arrives cold). I’m talking 2hrs later or more…don’t use this app if you are hungry!!!

Extremely Rude Rider
The rider was extremely rude. Refused to complete doorstep delivery and did not give me all of my food!!! Also cause a scene in front of my estate before rudely dropping off the food

I love foodcourt they are prompt and the food is tasty. Ordered over 40 times now since I discovered the app and yes I’m a big foodie! They haven’t forgotten cutlery before 🤣 you won’t understand. They are good and I wish they all the very best! 😍
