Complicated and difficult to understand the Interface
One in a week its unable to show live location of metro. Need more improvement and being a web designer it needs a lot of enhancement to make user experience more reliable as its interface is much difficult to understand right now.

Complicated UI/UX
Firstly, the interface of the is overly complicated, making it difficult for users to find the information they need quickly. Secondly, crucial real-time information regarding bus arrival and departure times at specific bus stops is absent. “Safar.fyi” website is far better than this app.
