I absolutely love this game I didn’t really understand at first but after I played more and more I understand it and it is so fun to play and very easy and I love to spoil Karin🤍
Taking 3 million years to download
My tablet has good storage, and I haven’t downloaded it yet, but when I check when it downloads it says in 3 hours and 38 minutes, or 4 hours and 18 minutes or somewhere around there, but once it downloads, or if it even does, I will write another review.

Love this game so far, however there’s a few bugs that make it hard to play, such as lagging and story lines repeating. Also sometimes in the middle of the school week he will think it’s the weekend but then still go to school.

I played the original game a few months ago and it was great. As a person who has dealt with mental health and anxiety issues I deeply appreciate the portrayal of panic attacks. . But there’s one bug that won’t let me proceed. So on I think the second day i order pizza but it won’t come and it will not let me feed klaus AT ALL . I looked it up and it said that I probably missed a task so I restarted it . It didn’t work :/ . PLEASE fix this bug or else I can’t play . Thanks!

So far, a disappointment compared to the first.
When I saw this game was being released a few months ago, I was elated at the thought of taking care of Klaus and helping him move past his trauma. And while the overall story and portrayal of Klaus seems to be intact so far, the gameplay itself, glitches, and micro transactions are awful. To be clear, I’m aware the first installment ranged from 3-10 dollars, and I have no issue with the developers trying to fund future endeavors. It’s quite gross to have micro transactions and ADs in a game where the child and its experiences are based off of real people. I would’ve preferred this game to be 10-30 dollars upfront than deal with this new AD system. Whenever the opportunity to watch one pops up for rewards, it takes me out of the immersion of the story. Or, the little story I’ve managed to experience anyway. In order to progress the story in this new installment, after the first three free chapters, you have to wait an entire day before continuing with the main plot. It feels like I was left on a cliffhanger of a TV show, and snapped me out of whatever immersion I had. The whole system makes the “battery recharge” purchase feel malicious as well. A lot of us became attached to our chosen child during the first installment, so to dangle their story over our heads with the promise of more at the cost of a dollar feels like it’s praying on our emotions for a purchase. The ADs aren’t any better, and break the entire point of the gameplay. The first installment was focused on prioritizing your chosen child’s needs and happiness, both of which required money, so you had to make tough decisions during gameplay surrounding your financial responsibilities and your child’s desires. In this new installment, you can basically just double your currency with an add at every opportunity and afford more than you should. It’ll likely make supposed difficult financial decisions a cakewalk later in the story. The ads in the shop are annoying too, if your on a budget and theres only expensive food items in the shop you feel like you have to watch an AD for a chance the store will give you the food you need. The layout of the house is aggravating, and slightly breaks the flow of the game. Instead of clicking the desired icon to move to the desired room, you have to just press these inconvenient arrows until you arrive at the room you want. Which doesn’t seem like a big deal, until you click too fast and the game decides to bug out. Speaking of bugs, phone dialogue from a previous chapter has a chance to repeat, and you have to just sit through it or close the game. The music will occasionally mess up and overlap or repeat a few notes. The game will random have horrible delay and take ages to register any of your actions. And I don’t know if this qualifies as a bug, but your child asks for a backpack despite wearing one to school every single day. As for the gameplay itself, the constant mini games for every action you take feel unnecessary, and the work minigame seems unfair for those who cannot complete it in a timely fashion. Other than that, it’s similar to the original. Compared to its predecessor, it’s not the best, and I have a feeling I’ll experience more issues the longer I play, but none of this is a deal breaker. I want to see how the story unfolds. This just feels like a downgrade compared to the first. I apologize if this review is sloppy, I don’t write these often, but I felt it was necessary.
Problems with the game.
I’m in the early stages of this game. But Every time the child goes to bed or in the middle of something, it freezing alot! and Flashing ads. Please look into this!

Millions of Arabic-speaking players would love to experience this emotional story in their own language. Glitched Out!
I loved the first game. This one? I loved playing it until I encountered a game breaking glitch that forced me to delete the app and try to reinstall. Once I did that, I tried to restore my data considering I was linked to my Apple account. Failed. Well, I thought, I guess I can play back through, and as long as I can restore my purchase I made in order to support the developers, it’ll be okay. I went to the store after playing the tutorial a second time because the first time the app glitched out once again. I attempted to restore my purchase. NOTHING!! The money that I spent on this game!! It says the purchase has been restored but I am not able to receive anything i bought in my past game. I truly did love this first game and I was so excited to try out this one, but it looks like the developers have basically given up. For the first to be so well made and for me to have no problems, to go to this one and have: 1. a game breaking glitch that forced me to uninstall 2. another glitch that would not allow me to access any of my safe data 3. another glitch that broke the tutorial 4. ANOTHER glitch that won’t allow me to restore any purchases -is so disappointing. EDIT: if these issues can somehow be fixed for me, the review will be changed to a FIVE STAR REVIEW!! i loved the game! the game is not the issue!!
I love this game! Just a few bugs
So I started the game a couple of weeks ago, and I’ve had to restart it 3-4 times. I’m now at the part where I’m waiting for the goldfish and I have been for 2-3 days in real life. In the corner when it tells you how much time there is left til you can playa new chapter, it doesn’t say how much time, and the 2 charges are empty. I love these games and I would love to continue playing them, but it’s really buggy for right now at least.
I loved the first game
It keeps crashing randomly,but it saves the progress so I don’t mind to much. I really hate the 24 hour wait between chapters. The last chapter felt like 10 minutes. I wish I could pay to have a full version. So I could play as much as I want when I’m free instead of waiting until the timer to run out and for it to match up with when I’m off/free.

I haven’t really been able to play it because it is in Mandarine and I don’t speak that language which makes it very hard to play I don’t know how to change the language there is no settings option

huge fan of the first game, however this one is mostly unplayable and feels very unfinished. unable to interact with most things and game doesn't tell you what to do it prompt you to do anything, and anything it does prompt you to do (outlined in white or whatever) you can't interact

Very cool update to the game, but i hate how inconsistent with history and timing this series is compared to the first. If it’s 1951 in the original game and only 2-4 years have passed MAXIMUM, then why does it seem like it’s set in the 70s-90s?? what’s up with the lack of canonical content? i hate how brushing or changing the hair takes a while time slot and the story lacks so much in comparison to the first. Also we do not get paid enough after working to buy outfits, food, accessories, furniture, etc. like for 39 papers i get barely anything and it really shoots the game down. i’m at the part where karen asks for a goldfish and i have no clue how to get one when i constantly have to feed her and dont want to watch ads on repeat. it just sucks.

Bug after cutting grass
I really enjoy this game but nothing I can do after cutting the grass… I notice others having the same problem I really hope it gets fixed I would love to actually play it
BRILLIANT game but serious glitches & annoying chapter wait times. GAME STOPPED WORKING
Started playing, couple of display issues like the hair not being aligned properly, weird positions while standing, having multiple legs etc. Some chat issues with messages. More serious issues like purchasing goods and not actually being given them. Updated the game & now it won’t open anymore I am having issues now a bit into the game ther is a part where i am supposed to take her to school and it just won’t let me i’m unable to save the game and i have restarted a few times and yet im still unable to take her to school so im just unable to carry on the gameplay

Manny bugs
Most the bugs have been fixed and I love the game. My only complaint is that I shouldn't be paying 50 dollars for a single sandwich.
I was excited…
I played the first one and absolutely loved it and was so pumped for this one to be released. As expected there are a few bugs like Karin staying in a seated position and hairstyles being buggy as well as some of the furniture being slightly mirrored on the screen. After the recent update I can’t even load in anymore. Please fix asap

Honestly, the other game had way more to do 3.5
I feel like I keep repeating the same chapter. There’s not a lot of decisions to make he saying a lot of the same stuff like what’s going on the other game there was more stuff to do and I’m not saying this game needs to be as sad and depressing as the last one, but I’ve been playing for three days and hours it’s just the same stuff what’s going on? Like dam🤦🏽♂️

i loved the first game and replayed constantly. this new game has so much potential to be just as good but right now theres so many glitches which of course is to be expected with new games but its so frustrating — e.g. the backpack & gold fish not appearing ever, and constant repeating dialogue. i love this game so far and am so excited to see how it turns out.
Good story but doesn’t work
Good story and obviously theres gonna be some bugs as it’s a new game. When the game started it was okay there was some bugs with the hair and sitting glitching but that wasn’t awful. Now, the clothes have all disappeared except from one outfit (which is the ugliest one imo) and i can’t leave the house to go to work. I’m not sure how to fix this so i’ll stop playing for a while, unfortunately, cause i was really looking forward to this game ☹️
