Recording of matches don’t work
What’s the point of paying a monthly $20 subscription when I can’t access full replays of soccer matches I selected to record?
Initially frustrating, ultimately resolved
I originally had a very frustrating experience trying to cancel my FOX One subscription while traveling outside the U.S. I had attempted to cancel before the renewal, but I couldn’t access the app because of the regional restrictions and was subsequently charged. My initial refund request was denied because of the standard non-refundable policy. I left a review explaining the situation, and I was pleasantly surprised when FOX’s Customer Experience team reached out to me directly. They acknowledged that this was more than simply forgetting to cancel and took another look at my case. They ultimately issued a full refund as a courtesy. I still think the cancellation process and access to subscription management could be much clearer, especially when you’re unable to access the app due to regional restrictions. However, I really appreciate that FOX listened to my complaint, followed up, and ultimately made the situation right. Changing my original rating from 1 star to 4 stars because of how they handled the resolution. Thank you to the Customer Experience team for taking the time to help.
New App - Made for ads
Has all the great stuff from fox nation but I don’t pay for fox nation to make me use another app where I have to watch the same amount of ads as if I watched live on TV. Terrible change
App lack features on Apple TV
I can’t switch to previous channel using the remote. Some apps let you press the remote center button to switch back to the previous channel. 2. Lack the ability to rearrange the channels 3. No favorite channel tag. 4. Lack the ability to use the up and down arrow to change channels Please improve the app.
RAF IS A+
I just watched great matches in every weight . How much fun am I allowed? 10 out of 10
Gross
Forced to download this Trump Ad loaded garbage to watch some of my home team games.
Wow
Weeeeeee
Bad
I can’t even watch The Rookie on here it should be on every thing!
Fort Worth Texas 🍓 Miguel NFL 2026-27
Thank you 🙏🏽 For the Strong Effort Bringing This platform to us working class Americans 🇺🇸 The world is Watching….
Commercials
There is far too many commercials for what I am paying. Canceling my subscription. After the move to the new fox one app it’s just commercial after commercial. I counted 13 commercials in a single break. Absolutely ridiculous for the money they are charging.
Live shows
I love FOX One. I know it cost money to keep something like this going day to day but the commercials are a bit overwhelming!
Needs a lot of work
I appreciate I can watch Fox News without buying a cable package. But this app is just bad. It crashes randomly, the fast forward/reverse can be very jittery and when I get to where I want it jumps back to the beginning. I constantly have to restart my Apple TV and is the only app I have to do that. Fix this and it’s a 5 star.
Outrageous pricing & Poor transition from older apps
Bottom line: I do not plan to renew when my FoxNation subscription ends. How does an app go from $70 annually to $35 a month???!!! So, NO. Also, I’m unimpressed with how the transition from the several other apps to this one is going. There are still FNC, FBN, and Fox Sports apps with good functionality. Are they being phased out or what? If not, why would anyone ever want to pay for One if they can get the specialized content they want from the others for free? I could go on…but why pay $35 a month for FoxOne?
Your POS does not work
Fox Nation works but FOX ONE STOPS in middle of show. Fox One stop one show and starts another in the middle of a show. What DA MADE THIS? FOX NATION WORKED FINE, my subscription ends 12/26/2027 but you want me to pay $71 for something I do not need to do.
I pay for faults
Repeated errors on both my phone and the television at home
ONLY FOX NEWS STATES THE REAL AND HONEST TRUTH ABOUT ‘’BIDEN’’ ADMINISTRATION
IT IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE THAT THE TRUTH PRESENTED BY FOX NEWS HAS AND STILL PRESENTS THE FACTS ON ISSUES THAT THE OTHER NEWS ORGANIZATIONS NEVER WILL STATE DUE TO THE FACTS THAT THEY ARE LIBERALS.
Unusable Now
Good luck everyone trying to find an event you want to watch if it’s not featured with the new AI search and complete inability to look up replays or specific sports. All of the recent updates have caused this app to completely lose its main purpose.
Mr
Great but still trying to figure how to (1) Turn it off (2) How to add my subscription from my phone to the TV.
Scammers
They dont broadcast everygame they claim to show
Fox one
Love it
Arizona wildcats
I all about Arizona teams. ASU. Az cardinals. Phoenix sun. Diamondback. Notre Dame. Michigan. NASCAR hockey thought this would be the place to come to, but apparently it is not not any better than Apple. Guess it’s ESPN or Peacock. I will not be staying with you. Sorry for the bad news. I will be leaving you. Bye I’m not staying with you. You don’t have my teams in Arizona. It’s my home state born and raised there truly yours Mrs. Pritchard.
Go cubs
Very cool cubby’s wining 4-2😎👍
Stuck in subscription
It’s impossible to get out of the subscription once you sign up. The app tells me I can only upgrade my subscription from my phone, and I need to login to the TV app to cancel. When I login to the TV app, there’s no place to cancel.
Great But,,.
I cannot view this on my television. I had to sign in on my cell phone, so I want to end it after the three day trial.
