What they complain about
- Nothing works without paying.
- Auto-renews subscription unexpectedly.
- Results vary each time.
- Hard to cancel subscription.
Inaccurate
It measured both my daughter and I the same measurements. I’m 30, she’s 6.
This apo should be PAID not free
You can not do anything without paying, useless unless you willing to pay!
NOTHING IS FREE
MISLEADING NO FREE OPTION. ONLY PAID AVAILABLE. TERRIBLE MISREPRESENTING!!
misleading
*free trial* program will not do anything without payment.
Not free, disguised as free but have to pay to get results
Able to download for free but everything is hidden behind paywall. Useless unless you pay.
Inaccurate Measurements
Each time I try to measure my PD I get a different result. Don’t waste your time or money
SCAM
They try to trick you into signing up for a recurring subscription. PD can be measured but you need a subscription to see the results. No wonder they asked to rate the app during the intro screen, even before you can actually use the app!
Needs subscription for anything
Other apps will actually give you results and only ask for subscriptions if you want to go more in-depth or do anything with them. You can get to the screen that offers a premium subscription and that’s it. It won’t even measure it for you before that.
Annoyed with Apple and the App
All I want to do is unsubscribe ! It's not an option anywhere! So frustrating! Do not charge me a penny!
Use Another App
Truly - completes a task via a monthly subscription that 5+ other apps on the AppStore do for free. I could understand placing ads between measurements… but I can’t imagine a recurring charge for such a simple app.
You need to measure your pupil distance once in your lifetime.
Why would you need a subscription ?
