The best
This is an amazing app, I never thought I would need this , now it helps me stay focus and healthy , glad I came across it
Poor Communication With subscription renewal
Their policy is to not notify you when your subscription is set to renew to make sure you want to use the same payment method or to continue or cancel your subscription. You just get a “surprise” $185 charge to whatever payment you initially used. It’s pretty easy to loose track of how many weeks have passed since your initial purchase or last renewal, and you’re just out of luck if you lose track of the amount of time that has passed and have to pay it anyway.

Please
Disappointed with service
In App and subscriptions are hidden and are simply charged to your credit card! Customer service promised to get back to me on subscription which was never used but has never been in contact! Be VERY careful on using it!

C’est parti … en douceur C’est bien 🙂 À suivre …
It’s great!
I really enjoy the workout! It’s great and easy to follow!
Rip off
This app is a scam, it charges you $15 and then 80 every four weeks - it is not worth the money
Runner’s are you READY!!
Good start thus far! Day 1 done
No sound
Why is there no sound
Be careful, it’s a subscription!!!
I purchased the 4 weeks option and now they’ve charge me £79. It’s not clear at all that is a subscription!! The app itself it’s so basic, I wanted to try it due to being promoted as fascia release and it’s nothing a really basic Pilates app. Not happy at all. I hope they refund me. I have tried to unsubscribe but can’t find how and waiting for customer help. UPDATE: customer service is amazing, they reply really fast and are willing to help
Very fun
The exercises are simple and easy even for someone who has over 100 lbs to lose like me.
Unauthorised charges for 100$ monthly
Please be aware on unauthorized subscription from this merchant!!!! I placed an order for about 20 euro for a 4 week plan, and then has been charged twice for more then 100$ for a “4 week plan subscription” which I have not been aware of. No emails, no charges confirmations! No reply from customer service! Do not try this service!!!!
No sound
It’s hard to follow when there isn’t countdown out loud
No audio for Pilates
The exercises aren’t bad but it’s very hard to concentrate on the exercises while also watching the countdown on the phone since there is no audio to indicate when a movement is complete. For the days that have multiple rounds of the same set of exercises it would be helpful to have a few seconds to change from right to left or to stand up in between exercises. Instead it just moves right from one directly into the other. The concept of this app is good but it needs some work to make it fully functional.
Manque de son
Je trouve les exercices bien mais c’est vraiment très gênant de ne pas avoir de son
Focus on variety and effectiveness
Perfect for home workouts! Review: I’ve been using this app for a little while now, and I’m really impressed with the variety of classes. The sessions, like the core activation and full-body flow, are easy to follow and very effective. It fits perfectly into my daily routinehighly recommend if you're looking for accessible home pilates!
Charge me after canceled trial
I canceled the trial before it ended and they charged me $158. Even though it was their error, they are refusing to refund it.
1st day
As with any new routine, things were a little awkward. I especially did not care for the timing of each workout so what I did was pause each workout and performed it to my own time usually to the count of eight or count of 10 I think I will continue that going forward. Other than that, I enjoyed the routines and the feeling of accomplishment with each session. Thanks.
Good start but needs work
This is just another of the many yoga/Pilates workout apps, the sequences are fine, but the integration in the app is really poor. No instructions on tasks, no sound to let you know when things are ending or the next set is beginning. Better options out there.
They don’t help you by being silent!
Great work outs but the only problem is you end up bending yourself out of shape to more sore you move onto the next movement. Could definitely do with some spoken instructions and some sort of sound or voice to tell you that you are reaching the end of each movement.
Day 1
Easy
Scam
Like other reviews state, there is no audio. I followed the instructions to cancel my subscription by sending an email to request cancellation. I received a response confirming my cancellation. Over a month later I get a call from my credit card company flagging a charge from a company I never heard of. Otherwise known as Nord Pilates. Even after cancellation, they tried to charge my credit card. That was declined so they tried to send another charge through a different name. Luckily credit card companies are smart and flag these.
Day 1 Good gentle start
This was easy to follow even without precious pilates exercise. I didn’t like being set up on a subscription with a coach — without my permission.
Useless app
No voice prompts. How can one follow the routine if one’s eyes have to focused on the screen
Relaxed moves that still fire up muscles
Enjoying the app and the exercises seem to be effective..2 days in. I would like to have sound to guide in moves
Great Streches
So far, so good. I’m only on day 2, but I feel like it’s doing some good things for my body.
Subscription Cancellation
I cancelled my subscription the same day as the pending charge on my cats. I did not remember signing up for their trial. Never used it. They would not refund the $158.xx
Day 1
I have myofascial pain in my legs - tried to get on my knees but too painful. Did adaptation seated.
Decent workouts but misleading billing
The app and workouts are very good. Easy to follow and stick with. However I’d recommend Yoga Works instead for quality and diversity of workouts. The reason for two star review is their very misleading subscription fees. I found out about renewal when my credit company flagged the charge as potential fraud. The app doesn’t list any information about renewal or even payment information to process a renewal. Further the subscription renewal rate at 105$ is an absolute scam. They very heavily push multiple emails a day immediately after signing up for 89$ lifetime access. It feels as if Nord Pilates is set up to do this ghost billing scheme. Again, choose Yoga Works instead, great workouts, customer service and transparent billing.
1st Day
Could do with sound!
Rita’s
Good first workout
Subscription robbery
When I attempted to locate the renewal details, they were difficult to find and not readily accessible. Based on the information presented during the purchase process, I reasonably believed I was signing up for a 4-week trial plan at the advertised price. I expected that, at the end of those four weeks, I would be given the opportunity to choose whether to continue with a monthly or full subscription. Instead, I received no reminder, notification, or confirmation before more than $100 was charged to my account. When I contacted Nords customer support, I was simply told they could “confirm the details of the subscription,” but no meaningful explanation or assistance was provided. My concerns about the lack of transparency were not addressed. In addition to the confusing subscription process, the quality of the program itself fell far short of what I reasonably expected for a service costing more than $100 per month. The workouts provided no audio guidance whatsoever. I was forced to count the intervals myself and repeatedly interrupt my workout to check when I was supposed to change exercises. There were no verbal instructions explaining proper technique, common mistakes to avoid, or how to perform the exercises effectively. These are basic features I would expect from a premium fitness application. Had the renewal terms been clearly disclosed and had the program met the quality one would reasonably expect at this price point, I would not be requesting a refund.
No sound
I’m not getting any sound from my exercise instruction
Sans son!!!!!
Sans son c’est impossible de faire les exercices de manière zen et fluide, on est obligé d,avoir le regard tout le temps sur l’écran. Du coup je regrette vraiment d’avoir payé pour une appli non efficace
Dr
I am not able to access sound. It will be nice if there is voice commands
Day 1
Nice!
Consumer Beware
This app is very basic. I downloaded the app in April apparently with an auto renewal three months later. On July 8th I was billed a little over $158. I reached out to Nord for a refund. They refused “per their policy”. The company does not send notification that your app is going to renew or the amount you are going to be charged. Consumer Beware!
Exercises
Why are the exercises silent . We need him to talk because we cannot exercise and watch the screen
Great exercises, but needs sound
I am enjoying the exercises so far, however, it seems quite difficult to follow when there are no verbal instructions or audible countdown clock. How do you know how long to do each set without being glued to your device, which is virtually impossible while bending, turning, and stretching.
Starting
So far these are exercises I have been doing for years. Not sure what is going to change.
Awesome stretching
I had both shoulders replaced lat year. These are all stretches that challenge me. Day 1
Misleading information
One of the only reasons I decided it was worth subscribing was because there was a “risk-free guarantee.” I was expecting the next charge to go through on the 8th, so I hadn’t cancelled, then I saw charges pending on the 6th and customer service said it was too late to get my money back. Definitely not worth the price. I was pretty consistent with following the plan and didn’t see any results after almost 4 weeks.
Verbal instructions
Just done 1st day of Pilates which is good, however if you are new to Pilates verbal instruction would be better than having to read the movement requirements and try and follow the video.
Very little content
I was expecting something a bit more challenging with my subscription. The Pilates sessions are AI generated with no music, audio timer or oral instructions. You can read a blurb that tells you what to do but that means stopping your exercises. There are only 6 yoga sessions offered so every week you can do the same old thing. The videos are with a real person and commented so better quality than the Pilates. But so little choice. The challenges are as basic as can be. Yes/No to if you ate healthy/drank water etc. Really not worth the money.
Be careful what you sign up for
I didn’t use the app. I signed on the reduced fee and didn’t notice it went to a subscription. I tried to get a refund and was categorically told no. So just watch what you sign up for.
Stretching
Good
Worst Exercise App Ever!
We are all saying the same thing about this dreary and idiotic app! No audio, miniscule and dull visuals, impossibility to move around within the app and no way to recoup the lost $20 for the first month. If you've gotten lured in just make sure you go straight to PayPal to cancel recurring charges!
Pilates
Is there no one speaking to give instructions?!!
Disappointed in customer support
I had thought be deleting my account that the subscription deleted. I was then charged over $160aud for 4 weeks. Contacted support. They were like a robot replying. No care factor. Bad luck. The cancellation process needs to be readily available. It’s deceiving.
No sound??
Don’t know if I’m missing something but it would be nice if there was sound to this app ….
