Missing trip details after booking
Overall, it’s a really good app, and the drivers are consistently polite and professional. I never have to worry about my safety or the drivers’ behavior, which I really appreciate. The biggest issue I face is that the trip details aren’t fully summarized after I request a ride. For example, I can never tell whether I selected cash or credit card because the chosen payment method isn’t shown in the trip summary or anywhere during the ride. This is frustrating because I often end up canceling the request and booking again just to double-check which payment method I selected. It would be very helpful if the trip summary displayed the selected payment method (along with the other key trip details) from the moment the ride is requested until it’s completed.

Amazing experience
Useful app
Bad app
Terrible app experience. Golf carts in Hacienda Bay are always unavailable, and regular rides suffer from wrong GPS pickup locations and late drivers. Charging a 100 LE cancellation fee after making users wait indefinitely is unacceptable. Do not recommend.

Drivers accept and don’t move
Drivers accept the ride and doesn’t move towards me and then they cancel the ride. One of them accepted and didn’t move for 10 minutes and when I called him he didn’t answer then he cancelled the ride after waiting for a while. Very Bad experience.

Weird Booking System
