كل شويه بيغلو الاسعار واستغلال اى حاجه عشان يزود تكلفه مره للدفع كاش fee و fee لل high demand وسعر الرحله اصلا مش رخيص ومفيش اكواد ولا اى مميزات للمستخدمين بشكل مستمر

ارجو تحديث التطبيق لاتاحة شراء باقة جديدة عند نفاد حجز كل رحلات الباقة الحالية بدون الانتظار لانتهاء تلك الرحلات بالفعل مثال حجزت اخر رحلة بالباقة واريد حجز رحلة اخري بباقة جديدة، التطبيق لا يمكنني من ذلك ما لم تنتهي اخر رحلة محجوزة بالباقة الحالية
Very convenient
I used Swvl to book a private car and they were professional and the price is very good.
Worst traveling experience ever
After using this app for more than two months, I can confidently say that this is the worst way to travel. I had a subscription plan that required me to use this app, and I paid in advance. There is literally a 50% chance that the driver doesn’t show up — and when they do, they’re rarely on time. However, if you are even one minute late, they’ll leave you behind and blame you for not being on time. The customer support is absolutely terrible. They do nothing to help. I’ve called them dozens of times, and they’ve never solved my problems or compensated me for the time and money I’ve wasted. Once, when I complained that the driver didn’t show up, they literally told me to order an Uber instead. This is a horrible app that doesn’t care about its customers at all. I strongly advise you to use Uber Shuttle any day — but never give your money to these scammers.
No destination accuracy,
App not allow nearest destination pickup to the passenger. Ask him/her to reach swvl stop although passes through the same route

When I try to sign up it says my number is invalid, can I have one of the support team contact me?

من اسوء الشركات التى تعاملت معها ، السيارات معظمها متهالك تماما و تتعطل على الطرق و السائقين اغلبهم بلطجية و يستخدمون أسلوب الترهيب و الصوت المرتفع مع الراكبين و ادارة الشركة مغيبة ولا تتخذ اى مواقف إيجابية بل على العكس تقوم بالغاء الرحلات و لا تقوم برد مبالغ حجز الرحلات One of the most worst experience I ever seen in my life

A huge room for improvement
I booked a ride from Alexandria to Cairo. The car arrived 10 minutes late at pick up and almost half an hour at point of arrival. The app had a license plate number that is different from the one on the car. The app had a driver that is different from the driver in the car. These issues may raise safety concerns for passengers. The seats are not that comfortable. It’s convenient, though. This would be the only appeal in my opinion.

Been using Swyvl for a while now and to be honest they provide the best busses, well trained drivers, amazing customer service. The service covers almost everywhere you’d like to go, and fares are completely reasonable comparing to what they provide and also other services in the market. Not to mention the complementary promo codes they offer throughout the week and the way it’s easy to apply. Thank you Swyvl and keep up the good work.

Increase in fares and unavailability at potohar station
Service is quite good, just need to reduce the fares as well as make a stop nearby potohar station for the residents of I-8 & I-9.
Choosing Drop off location is so difficult
The service is good and they are punctual in the pickup time but a little bit off at the drop off time. Also, I always find difficulties in choosing the right drop off location on the application itself, for example, I want to be dropped off at Nazlet El Semman, but the application chooses a very faraway location to drop me off (like Nadi el sayed or Cornich el nile !!! This problem forces me to choose different means of travel, like super jet or the train unfortunately. Swvl Egypt must find better web search options !
Regarding my trip to Alexandria
During my trip to Alexandria had to go to aggamy which was a really congested route and literally spent 45 mins and then there was no one to pick up but had to waste almost an hour from my time for literally nothing just because the application gives the driver a route which he had to follow which was really frustrating.

Hi, I have been having issue every time I try to press “book” button the app crashes and closes down. I have tried restarting my phone. I have removed the app and installed it again and didn’t get resolved

Pros and cons
Great idea, I like their choice of lines It’s affordable and convenient. But some drivers have such an unfriendlyor even rude attitude, they need to be chose better. Also I don’t regularly receive a compensation for their coming late, and they are coming late so often, its so frustrating. Hope they work on these issues.

This is a really good and pocket friendly app better than other such apps however it still have some issues. It worked fine for 2-3 days but now as i try to book a ride it says ‘something went wrong’ even though i have a well working internet connection too. Please fix it.

I downloaded the app and I tried entering my number it says already taken so how am I supposed to make an account if someone is using my number
Login attempt
I’m having challenges logging in to the app with my personal number. I’m having to use another number which isn’t mine and communication with the personnel can’t happen directly with me. Making me either to physically look for the ride or miss the ride. Please sort this. Otherwise, the services are awesome.
