Hello prisma 3d team i have a problem, Im on apple product btw! And every time I update prisma 3d, the app kick me out after the prisma 3d intro! This app is not good for animations I have to download stuff just to get a model it might for other but not for me

I love this app since I’ve brung so many ideas to life and I’ve always wanted to animate them, but I don’t necessarily want to rig them since they kinda just warp the limbs together, instead there should be some alternate way of animation where it moves frame by frame somewhat like sticknodes!

New thing for the update
I have a few ideas u should add to the update,first u should add union skins so it will be easier to animate ur models,then u should add fur it might be to much space but i think our models will look better,then u should add adds to pro features like watermarks or pro rendering, then u should allow us to send creations or art to other people and allow callabs, then it might be a reach but i feel like we should add 2D and emojis in it but that’s all for me in hope u read this and consider my ideas:) i hope u have a wonderful day and besides all that great app
Freeze and Crash

When a texture is applied to an asset the texture is stretched, this involves the extrude tool.

Versions Of the Prisma 3D App
I just like the older versions, because they are helpful but when I got the new update the blue bar is just not letting me extend it, and I’m starting to hate the newer versions, if possible could there be a setting to go back to older versions so it would be easier On both Maybe PC and Mobile? And when I mean by Versions I mean the ones before the new update.
I wish you could actually model your own characters
I really wanted to make one of my ocs (Original characters) in 3d but this app doesn’t really seem to have the option to, that’s kind of the only reason I downloaded it- But the app is pretty good if you want to make small animations but eh.. (if the creator of Prisma3d is reading this, can you please add a feature where you can sculpt and make your own characters instead of using the generic models? Please and thank you)
Ragdolls or block explosions and game making and multiplayer
Ragdolls would be good physics basically and block explosions would be awesome by the way this wasn’t added but please make it so you can make an animation can turn into a physical object. Here’s a thing that I would like you to add multiplayer you could put in rigs and make a in app game. There is a menu for the games there are 3 options play report and favorite and you can choose the player model to be a human or a monster or whatever..

massive bugs and stuff
so a lot of bugs on this all first when I put a part like a cube on a ik rig like group it with the hand and I save it in presets it deletes the whole entire thing and there’s nothing and second thing is when I import a zip file it says “failed to load zip!” so please fix those bugs. anyways this is a great app when u don’t have a pc to use blender.

Ik a new update just came out but the point lights are ruined and the lights are buggy and the app in general Is buggy and it’s just not working properly so if you could fix it I would appreciate it

I’m a starter modeler I don’t have a pc so I’m trying to support my game and I can’t export it and sent it to my developer friend so he can put it in the game because I don’t have to pro version, all I’m trying to do is support my community and game so please make it free😞
The rig doesn't work
I tried to make IK rig but every time I reopen the model it just falls apart and it's frustrating.

Okay so here are all the problems. 1 too many ads. 2 I tried rigging my model but it kept saying there were no rigs. 3 it’s not easy at all like it says. 4 when I move each rig it breaks the whole model. 5 my projects have deleted so many times. Do not download. No wonder it’s free and no sign up. It’s a scam.

Update 3.3.3 doesn’t really update anything🥲
Not another review, but this is the only way to get ahold of anyone. (I’m guessing the Bug report feature is automated) Aside from the ability to add videos, this update doesn’t make any improvements, and instead completely DESTROYS the animating side of things. For starters, LOOP ANIMATIONS ALWAYS BREAK! Sometimes, when placing a loop onto the timeline, it doesn’t show up, and instead teleports the model to its original spawn position. And models using the auto rig system break when reopening the project. In addition, the blending between loop animations is much jankier now, making transitions much more forced. Speaking of projects, whenever I try to animate something, the app gradually begins to decrease in framerate. And I KNOW this isn’t a me issue, as it hasn’t done this prior to the update. Sometimes, when reopening a project, animation cuts off at 3 second mark, despite being longer than 3 seconds. And projects made before the update have been completely ruined by this. Lastly, and this feature just feels petty, the timeline panel has been shrunken down to only show what you have selected. All while being extremely small and hard to work with. I now have to go to top menu to select stuff. At this point, you should get someone to test everything to make things work properly before publishing an update. Because every time the app updates, SOMETHING is always broken. I apologize if I come off as rude, it’s just that this has been an ongoing issue.
perfect but....
i LOVE this app i've had it for a while, the only problem is that there isn't a way to draw on the model to make textures, so i'm forced to use the colors 😢 pls add a free feature that makes u able to draw on the model!

stupid I rigged a 3-D model correctly, and it didn’t work when I left that when I lifted the torso of the character, the whole entire rig lift it up with the tors
PERFECT FOR MY BACKROOMS ANIMATION
This is a good app to use to animate, it’s easier than blender, the thing is, the lighting is glitching, I was making my animation and the camera turn and it turn dark, it only happened one time, but it kinda messed up my animation, but that’s all, app is worth it

It’s a pretty good app but I do have one problem while making something then exporting the video. The water mark, I find it disappointing that I have to get a subscription just to get rid of it but either way I do recommend it but please if the creator of this app is seeing this please, PLEASE! Make it free to get rid of the watermark

When I export a project it crashes my game

Deleted 12 of my animations, that's 3 hrs on each one, I saved properly. This is just sad there is no way an app to move things around needs 500 adds and has a 50/50 chance of deleteing random animations I spend time on. Hand and legs will spin and turn and I can't do anything but restart the part of it. Models and camara randomly freezes and then becomes 100x smaller.
Missing one thing
Plsss add ragdolls is great for people fall or deaths or make it funny plz can you add ragdolls but it requires rigs and costumes rig too

Bombarded with ads
Bro, there are too many ads. can y’all just not do that every time I try to import something it’s an ad from a useless scam app waste of time rigging system is broken as hell whenever I import a model.
Problems of the July 2026 update
In the latest version of this app. The lighting and shading is all broken. Shadows don’t appear under anything unless you’re super close to the object. Light now gets blocked by things that are completely transparent. In the older version light would shine through things that have less than 40％ transparency but now there’s shadows appearing from objects that are 100% transparent. Another bug is how you can’t change the range of the “point” lights anymore. Also the “spotlight” lights don’t work at all. Whatever happened to the light system has drastically changed the appearance of some of my animations.
