I tried turning the glasses off while wearing them. It took me sometime to get it, but I got it to turn off during the time wearing them. The glasses función like it supposed to but I only have them for a day. I hadn’t experienced any recording of videos oh yeah that the other thing it doesn’t let you know that you’re in recording mode úneles you’re trying to use another feature and then a message comes out saying your in recording mode. Other than that the glasses are great.

My phone broke the glasses is bound to that and no way to reconnect to new phone .

Veo que mucha gente se queja que no pasa las fotos ni los videos pero si lo hace sin problema, lo que sí háganlo con el 100% de batería por qué la consume toda al pasar los archivos al celular o bien háganlo con las gafas conectadas al cargador, lo que sí la IA que trae es realmente lenta.

Great so far
I purchased a set of these smart glasses off of Amazon. So far they’ve been great, I think the only downside so far has been the fact that the video’s audio can still be heard in the background once you leave the app and the video itself continues to play in background. I would just assume that once you leave the app, whatever video is playing with automatically stop and I wouldn’t hear whatever was playing in the background. Most likely just a bug that needs to be fixed.

Useless app
You enter your email and tap send a code and they never send you a code making my purchase of the glasses a waste of my money. I’m unable to use the glasses.
Questionable Intelligence for an AI
It seems to me that the Hey Cyan app that came associated with my AI glasses is preprogrammed to “ONLY” know what has already been programmed into the software. Cyan doesn’t appear to be capable of learning anything new. Cyan also has problems with remembering past communications even ones that are very recent. Pictures cyan took with the Smart AI glasses were misplaced, and cyan has no idea where the pictures were stored. Cyan documents being instructed to take a picture, but then doesn’t remember doing so, and talks “SUPPOSEDLY” being told to take pictures. This is really bad programming for an AI!!!

Personally, I like the glasses. They have good audio quality for music, the volume is loud enough, and they take decent-quality photos and videos. My only issue is the app. I originally bought these glasses for school, but I decided to test them beforehand, and the experience with the AI was disappointing. The glasses themselves work well, but the AI frequently asks me to retake pictures or says it can’t understand what I’m trying to show it, making it unreliable when I need quick answers. I strongly recommend improving the AI or allowing users to connect the glasses to ChatGPT instead. The hardware is solid, but the app is what will cause many people to overlook an otherwise great product.

These glasses are the best and yes I stated these are the better “metas” they can do everything those $400 pairs can plus more I bought mines on TikTok and just purchased another one today! They’re amazing and the quality is outstanding, but if there’s one thing I would need in the app is an option where you can turn off the led light so no one can see. Other than that these are a steal and I highly recommend them

You should be able to pair more than one pair of glasses to this app I own 3 pairs of glasses Al glasses and I can’t pair all of them them to use the app I can pair to the phone but not the app to use the translation features

Качество видео не плохое , звук хороший , ии работает отлично Из минусов просмотр видео и фото происходит не сразу, то есть синхронизация в приложение появления видео или фото через определённое время и не понятно появится и когда появится .

Eu estou gostando do aparelho porém eu acho que seria bacana se a gente pudesse dentro do aplicativo alterar os botão de ação. Eu uso muito pra fazer vídeo, e na hora de iniciar a gravação de vídeo, acabam fazendo muitas fotos, tento umas cinco vezes e daí começa a gravar o vídeo. Acredito que seria bacana dentro do aplicativo a gente pode desativar ou reconfigurar os botões.

I got the smart glass and I couldn’t register an account on the app, I have tried for several days and they won’t send code to my email to verify account. It’s really frustrating that I can’t get my account sorted .

I don’t know why but this app appears to control the Smart glasses, I can hear audio from my iphone, but despite turning them off and then on again, factory resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling… nothing seems to, reactivate my ability to take pictures or video, sad because I like their light styling and the performance was excellent until perhaps the recent software update? Amy hints from the Devs? I hear the camera click a photo but nothing shows at all that it captured a photo.
Love this app but hope to add facebook support when iOS 27 comes out !

Good glasses but the the features could be better.
Good glasses but the features could be better. For example, the app should have an on screen display for the camera when taking pictures and recording. Also a display for the music that is playing on the glasses.
Out of date
Bought the Keovy smart glasses which are good, however the app is so far out of date. It cannot connect to my local time in the UK even though location settings are turned on. The time is approximately 4 hours out. The AI information is terrible as it has just told me that Rishi Sunak is prime minister even though there has been quite a few since him. Shame there is no alternative app available if support for this is no longer there. It would be great if it was kept up to date. The translation works occasionally which is fine.

Mine are just glasses with Bluetooth. Connects to app but I can’t see anything iv recorded. Ai is unresponsive. I can only listen music
Good for starter Ai glasses
This would be a 5 stars because of the recording it’s so good the quality is good and the fps is decent for a starter Ai glasses but if you want the full experience get the meta Ai glasses but it’s a four star because it overheats fast it will die 30- 1 hour at least for me and if you try to download and use it at the same time it will definitely overheat when you are downloading the recording
Ok glasses, poor app
The app is missing some core features: if it could be updated to allow core settings of the glasses / app.. adjust date/time settings, change units from metric to American Standard, and also would be helpful to reduce the delay from command to executing (taking a pic takes about 3 seconds)
LensCam just stopped connecting to the app.
I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ve been using my glasses and bone conductors for several months now and out of nowhere the app isn’t picking up my bone conductors in the “connect device” start screen like before. Also, the app for my glasses keeps cutting me off in the middle of sentences and questions. Please fix these issues. I was using everything very often when it was working properly.

With the latest update, now the app will not open/ launch.
Need more stable
When select all or select multiple images to save, the app crashed. No response after asking any questions when using “hey cyan” or click to activate the AI. Needs more improvement and bug fixes.

Needs work.
The app with my G3 AI glasses, barely work. I can get the weather, although it gives it to me in Celsius, not Fahrenheit. I can sometimes get it to take a picture most of the times at won’t. It says it can play music from playlist, but I’ve never successfully gotten it to do anything other than asking me what I want the volume at and then never playing anything anything. Also randomly records conversations.

Needs updating
The AI is outdated and only provides information up to 2024. If you ask for today’s news, it cannot fetch results. This makes me think it does not connect to the internet. Other than that it is good.

Was bought these glasses as a Christmas present to take on a trip with me I carnt believe how good they are the picture quality is amazing and they are so easy to use battery lasts for ages and they charge really quickly I am very pleased them

So far app is working fine but I did test the data base from Cyan AI and it would appear that it’s not updated since 2023 when you ask a question. Need to be accurate and updated!!
