I don’t like it. I already login it why I need to re login with my bank acc why u need that I just want to know my phone number verify or not why u need me login with my bank acc it’s like trying to scam acc if u see my review pls fix this place. You need to make some privacy to someone. All reviews I read I feel like npc review it.

Set up Pin always appears after we login even already created one.
Register issues
For everything after login is nice but for the process before login need to process with third party to obtain the account, this process by far are so inconvenience for user to use this platform by need them to register Throughout third parties apps rather then just Google account

Request Dark Mode Feature
Hello Developers, if you don’t mind I request you adding dark mode to the app since most people really prefer dark mode over light mode because it’s good for eyes than light mode cause it’s more brighter, and hopefully you see my request and add dark mode in the future update. Thank you.

Scan driver license issue
I cannot scan my driver license. When camera start it is not detect my qr and when fucus to near qr camera blur. Please check it. I hope it's better soon. Thanks

Why when I connect with bank account already I go back to verify my number but it have I red part and said something went wrong so can’t click on the verify, what wrong? Can you help me?

This app doesn’t have a dark mode option. Imagine looking at it at night btw. Your eyes will hurt af.

This app cannot scan the driver license at all, and I’m on IPhone 15 Pro Max, maybe it requires 17 Pro Max to be able to scan the little card.

Security and Login Concerns for Official MPTC App
As the official digital government platform developed by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPTC), this app has great potential, but the current authentication system has serious issues. Currently, the Google and Apple SSO options are completely broken. Even more concerning is that the app prompts users to authenticate using their bank accounts instead. Financial information is highly confidential and should never be required or used as a standard third-party login method for general public services. Please fix the standard SSO options immediately and prioritize user privacy.
