Impossible levels
This game is fun but I’m not sure how you expect people to finish some of these levels. Makes me want to delete the game. No you’re not going to pressure me to buy anything to help me, make the game playable without having to spend money.
Colorful and Fun
This app has gorgeous artwork and is perfect fun for all ages but especially for 4-10 year olds. I would have loved this game when I was a little girl. The best hello kitty game out there.

I really enjoy this game, however, whenever I try to make a small purchase from the in-game store (for example, $3) it tries to charge me FIFTY DOLLARS which is totally not okay. Hoping the devs can fix this promptly
Fun but wish you can play vertical
It a cute fun game but I really wish I could have the option to play vertically. It’s not comfortable to play horizontally so sadly I deleted the app.

I really love this game! It has the best aspects of match games I’ve played before but with the cuteness of Hello Kitty! The only thing I would change or add would be a way to filter characters by favorites or most used/recently used. I just have so many characters at this point and the filtering options given aren’t enough. Overall great game though! Highly recommend

このタイプのゲームは昔からやってるけど…サンリオ好きだからこれをやり込みたいのにもっと自分で選びたい。ほとんど選ばす設置されちゃうから… あと名前がわからないけどレインボーみたいなアイテム、爆弾で勝手に使われちゃうの改善してほしい。

Patch won’t download and network keeps dropping.
I tried to download the patch, but it never got past 9%. This is cute, but not worth the frustration over the connectivity. Goodbye.
Internet Problems
I like the game, mostly because I find it relaxing and I love Hello Kitty. The only problem is the game works really slowly and the network keeps dropping.
Constantly crashes
While the game is super fun it constantly crashes resulting in resetting your streaks and making you lose certain events. Also trying to watch an ad for rewards will results in the game crashing.
Kinda Fun but too greedy and deceptive
I’ll continue to play til I’m bored, but certainly not pay again. I paid for a friends pass not knowing they expired (thought just rewards would and it would reset next time) as well as it didn’t explain that the +5 turns was for the first round you lose only. I also pulled the premium gacha. The guaranteed gacha after so many pulls resets every update—not anywhere on the page does it say that. Constant pushes to buy this pack or buy that with IRL money.
So cute and relaxing
I am not super far into the game but this is so fun! I love cute things in general so finding games that are just relaxing and adorable it becomes my fav. This is definitely my game I play before bed

Fun but annoying updates
I enjoy playing this game a lot! Gameplay is fun and the characters are cute of course. But two things are annoying: 1) the frequency of forced updates and 2) the way you have a super long intro sequence every time you try to open the game. Even with the skip option it takes a really long time to load
Holy Microtransactions
While it is a fun match 3 game, the micro transactions are insane. $150CAD for a handful of costumes and items is wild. Also you can pay $10CAD to turn off ads… for a month and then you have to pay again. Seems pretty exploitative. I can see this becoming a pay-to-win very soon if it isn’t already
Great game, bad update
They got rid of the options to watch ads for diamonds, hammers and gloves!! Without being able to get those everyday it makes me not want to play because I am not getting through those hard levels. And generally making the game less fun and more frustrating. Before update I was playing multiple times a day but now I barely reach for it since they took those away.

스토어 후기 보고 에이 과장이겠지 했는데 정말 과금 유도밖에 없는 가치없는 휴지조각 같은 게임입니다. 절대 하지마세요. 이걸 플레이 할 시간에 다른 유사 쓰리매치 게임 플레이를 추천합니다. 가챠 캐릭터는 죄다 복붙인 걸 감안하고 뽑아봤자 귀여워 할 수 있는 콘텐츠 같은 것도 없어서 돈값도 못하는 수준에, 스테이지 클리어는 아이템 없으면 깰 수 없게 만들어놔서 무조건 아이템 과금 아니면 플레이 흐름 다 끊겨서 못합니다. 아니면 무한 체력 아이템 사서 블럭이 깰 수 있는 상태일 때까지 나갔다 시작했다 새로고침 플레이하거나요. 개발할때부터 인게임 플레이 요소로 과금할 작정으로 난이도 이따위로 만들어놓은 게 눈에 보이는 게임이라 플레이중에 기분이 너무 나빠서 리뷰 같은 거 어지간한 나쁜 게임에도 잘 안 쓰는데 이건 써야겠네요. 이런 게임 플레이해주지 맙시다.

I love the game and the cute little details and characters and the maps too but a few things I’m not liking about it is that on level 85 the game has had to reset like three times because it didn’t give a good hand of moves. Another thing is that the amount of moves I have is too little for the amount of things I have to brake through to get to the end(basically to get like the shoes in the shoe boxes or the chocolate under the frost and like 3 layers or ice) it’s hard and difficult to get through without having to waist 9 diamonds on a floor. Idk if I’m just bad at the game or if the game isn’t really accurate to the amount of moves you need to pass a level. But so far I love the game but the struggle is what gets me and makes me not like it so much…anyway I hope y’all can check it out or just tell me I’m bad at the game and prove that I have enough moves cuz then I think I’m crazy.

長く遊びたいゲームだからこそ改善して欲しい
昨日たまたまこのゲーム見かけてインストールしてプレイ日数1日の新米プレイヤーですが、元々サンリオ好きでもあり、ゲームがとても面白くてどんどん拍子ずっと遊び続けていました。そして今後も長く遊びたいなと思うようなゲームでした。 だからこそ改善してほしい点をあえて詳しく書きたいと思います。 ----- ① 一時停止の機能が欲しい ▪️ゲームを遊んでる途中、何度か電話やLINEが入って一時的対応しなければいけなかった場面がありました。対応し終わってゲームに戻ったら大体スタート画面に戻されます(すごく稀にまだゲーム画面のままの時もありますが)。そしたら途中までプレイしてたゲームは失敗とカウントされ、連続クリア記録も0になってしまい、もどかしい気持ちでいっぱいでした。ゲームの途中で一時停止のボタンをタップすればゲームから離脱して、戻ってまたゲームを続けるようにして欲しいです。 ② アプリが落ちた時ノーカウントにして欲しい ▪️このゲームを10分〜20分以上連続で遊び続けたら、高い確率でアプリが急に落ちる事態が起こります。ゲームを再起動したら途中までプレイしてたゲームが失敗とカウントされて、連続クリアの記録もまたパーになります。アプリが絶対に途中で落ちない確証がなかったら、アプリが落ちたことによるゲーム中断はクリアできないことにカウントされないことにできませんか？ハートなどは確かに途中まで使ったので消費されたとカウントするのも理解できますが、ゲーム失敗は別じゃないかなと思います。 ③ 時間制限のアイテムは自動発動しないで欲しい ▪️一定のレベルアップや初心者ミッションクリアで1日で結構の無限ハートアイテムがもらえたんですが、ほとんどがもらってすぐ自動的に発動されちゃうため、一時期2時間半以上無限ハートになったことがありました。しかしアプリ落ちや他に離脱することもあるので、2時間以上連続でゲームプレイすることは難しいです。結果、ほとんどの無限ハートアイテムは無駄になってしまいました。せめてアイテムもらった後、いつ使うかユーザーに決めてほしいです。 ④ おすすめコスチューム機能が欲しい ▪️コスチュームごとスキルが違うため、同じコスチュームで全ステージ適用じゃない場合が多いと思います。ゲーム開始前は「スキル使用不可」の提示が出ますが、それと同時にワンタップでそのステージで使えるおすすめコスチューム機能も欲しいです。そしたら毎回コスチューム一個一個合わせて確認することもなくなり、より快適に遊べるかと思います。 ⑤ ゲームのメイン画面に推しキャラ置けるようにして欲しい ▪️このゲームのコンセプトや物語はハローキティを中心に展開しているのはわかりますが、ハローキティ推しではないユーザーにもよりゲームに夢中できるよう、物語進行やゲーム中以外の時間、少しだけでもユーザー自分の推しをゲームのメイン画面に置けて眺められるようにできたら嬉しいです。欲を言えば推しキャラがユーザーに声掛けるなどちょっとした触れ合い？やりとり？ができればなお嬉しいことです。 ----- 以上、まだプレイ日数1日しか経ってないんですが長く遊び続けたいために長文を書かせていただきました。ご参考頂き、改善していただければ嬉しいです。
when Match-3 game meet gacha:an relatively poor game which completely could't rescued even by Sanrio
I download this game because I was attracted by sanrio characters of course, since so many Match-3 games in app store and no one would download this game if without Sanrio.At first the scenary and the visual style is great.But the game doesn't efficiently construct the relationship between the main story and the game level, raising a problem that almost NO need to go on any main story if you just want to play those levels. The second problem, and the fatal problem of the game level, is the game just getting harder and harder. This seems normal as a level-oriented 3-Match game it have to introduce some mechanism to make levels become challenging, each mechanism in individual is ok and not very op, but how about combining 2-3 of them？So that the game difficulty is madly,exponentially increase and those tags describing how hard a level is just like a amateur designer just mixing random stuffs and realized his works are totally messed and he said"ok im fxxked up with it and can't repair cuz over 1000+ levels are waiting me so let's put a tag as a disclaimer". If you resisting using those "helpful" items or skills of those gacha characters, you would be unable to pass a specific level sooner or later, you know, there are "much too" levels need items' assist or you shall not pass. If you can't pass a hard level, you are done, the game is over and you would be unable to play other level unless you passed it. The third, is gacha-level up mechanism, this game itself just a casual game, why i have to spend so many money to gacha them, even gacha duplicates to level up them?Just for passing those suck levels for the negligible effect?Just for love to one of these sanrio characters? That's nonsense. You don't carefully consider what to do with gacha and characters, you just thinking it can make lots money so you introduce it. In short, this game itself is a relatively poor work with lots of unreasonable designs, freshman would enjoy at first, but almost all of them would leave eventually because these designs.
楽しく遊んでいたのに
先日まで楽しく遊んでいたのですが、アップデートしたあとから1日5回まで広告を見れば無料で5回分追加で動かせるのがあったのがなくなり、石ばかり使うようになって課金するしかなくなってしまった。そして急にレベルが難しくなってなかなかクリアできなくなり、飛行機がとんでもない所を消したりしてゲームオーバーになったりするしで課金してる人は順調に楽しめるんだろうなと思う。 そしてコインばかり貯まっていきキャラクターを育てるだけでは使い切れないくらい貯まって他に使い道ないのが残念すぎるし、課金すれば育てるキャラクターも増えるんだろうけど無課金勢にはあまり優しくないから、やり込まないで適当にやる方がいいのかも

I've been obsessed with this game for a WHILE. It's genuinely so much I never get bored of it. The events and rewards are endless and the Sanrio characters and the story is so cute!!! 10/10 game right here 🩷
Aggravating
Every time the game pauses, or you have to watch an advertisement for the last two weeks, it freezes on the advertisement and you can never get back to the game. So you could be winning the game but then you watch an advertisement and you have to close it in order just to start it over again so you lose all of those points. It’s so infuriating.. If that wasn’t happening before, but it’s happening now.

Too Many Glitches
Love the cuteness of this game and the gameplay itself. My problem is the unacceptable amount of times the game will crash in the middle of a level or after playing an ad to revive/using diamonds to revive, I’ve given it many chances over a couple months but it is still an ongoing issue. Hate using diamonds I’ve saved just for the game to crash and take those plus my hearts.
