- QR codes won't generate without cell service
Excellent service
Proper gym I never see on the locations on South Africa
No sign up option
No option to make an account - only to log in with existing account
It's always freezing!
I love the new QR code sign in but can the app not freeze everytime?
Mr
I love it ❤️🏋🏾♂️
Vitality scanning not working
App doesn’t scan the Vitality doesn’t open at all
Apple Watch
Make it Apple Watch compatible
Unnecessary bloat.
They had perfectly good system at their gyms but decided to have members download and use an app under the guise of having more control over our memberships. Well the issue is, our gym doesn’t have cell service so you need to step outside the building to be able generate the login QR code, useless and wanted.
Vitality scanner
Continuous issue with vitality scanner when it doesn’t open sometimes and all settings are correct, camera enabled, software up to date, app up to date and no one can assist me on a solution. Also says I have exited when I am scanning in and had exited the day before.
Inconvenient
make the app generate access code offline.
Vitality registration doesn’t work
Can’t take a picture to register for vitality, can’t turn camera around
