Slow and terrible for multi gym members
The gyms are great but this app sucks. It’s slow to load especially when you want to use the app to gain access to a club. For viewing classes at multiple clubs it’s hard to navigate and saved multiple club searches /fillers have just disappeared.

Needs work
This app could be a lot better. Please consider the following: - giving us a notification when we leave a waitlist and are part of a class, so that we don’t miss it. Allow us to keep track of our spot on the waitlist. - give the option of adding bookings to various calendars eg google calendar. Can currently only add to apple calendar - make it easier to see at a glance what days/times we have bookings. Having to scroll through each day/along the bottom isn’t great. - because the rewards I’m offered don’t appeal to me, I select to keep my points. However I can’t see my points balance and have no idea who I’ll ever be able to spend them
Breaks down once per month
Would be an amazing app if it didn't stop working once a month. Suddenly it logs you out, and the staff at the gym says the app is down. Every single month... When it does work, it's a great experience to check-in, redeem Kauai vouchers, track my progress, etc.

I updated to the latest version of the app and now my app is not working. It has not worked all day, my other family members are experiencing the same
Membership
One must be able to change everything in the app down grade/upgrade or make a call through it, can’t be holding a call for over 10min.

The app keeps getting worse
I really don’t know what happened to the app. The “notifications” pop up as push notifications, but if you go into your app you can’t read them again. Plus there was a mass glitch the other day where many people were logged out. And you couldn’t then reset your password via their website as they say; you need to do it in person. It’s very frustrating waiting in queues to do this.
Yoga
Renelle’s yoga class was fantastic. Such a skilled teacher. Beautiful energy. However the class is only 45minutes. It is too short. Please bring back the 1 hour class. Thank you.

Virgin Active moedig my aan om te gaan oefen. Die belonings is lekker, maar dit is ook lekker om te voel dat die maatskappy vir my welwees omgee. Centurion tak is vriendelik, wens my sowaar op my verjaarsdag by die hekkie geluk! My soort mense.
App doesn’t open
App doesn’t open when connected to WiFi, recurrently logs me out and then it takes 3 or 4 attempts before I am logged back in. Once in the app, it is extremely slow and recurrently freezes. Please update the app and fix all the bugs!

Extremely slow app after update
The appreciate the new features of the app. However, the new app is EXTREMELY slow to open. It can take anything between 20 seconds to over a minute to open even on WiFi which is insane. Especially if you want to use the “seamless” digital card when entering and exiting the gym.

Latest update is horrible
With the latest update; the app doesn’t work anymore. Can’t access the QR code to enter the gym, can’t book classes, can’t view rewards. At this rate I’m about to lose my existing reward. Please fix the app, quickly!
Digital membership card?
I absolutely love this app. Great layout and well thought out. I had no problem creating an account and signing into my existing membership, thanks for making it so convenient. My only hope is that in Virgin Active will give the option to allow me to not only have access to a digital membership card but to also allow me to add it to the Apple Wallet app to streamline and increase the convenience of accessing the gym as nowadays everyone has their phone on hand. Please consider this, Virgin Active.

Maintenance issues
The air conditioning in the training room for cardio classes, step, kick and others doesn’t work you get tired from the heat in the class … its draining and suffocating. Its a horrible feeling. Please do better with you maintenance

Love the app! Very simple and easy to use! Only feedback would be that once you have made a spinning booking, I can't seem to see which bike I have booked! Perhaps that is something which could be added to help us forgetful folk 👍🏼

You get suspended for 7 days it’s too much. And cycling classes all instructors have long standing or sitting intervals, no focus on breathing technicals, and the core.

Limited functionality
The option to add the class to the calendar does not work on iPhone! Before you could see it but you could see not add it as there is no button at add it or save or even exit that screen! Please do carry out more testing before rolling out the new version. The comments no where we could rate the instructor has also disappeared from the app!
