Stellar user experience and design
The app feels like a familiar and serene place, that has gotten to know me and my goals quite quickly and quite intimately. I’m feel like the sleek and clean design makes the app feel like a comfortable meditative place where I can keep my thoughts clear and stay focused on arranging my priorities to better achieve my personal and professional objectives.
New Update is awful
Update again: I do expect more out of Tony Robbins businesses. They fixed the wrong issue and was snarky about it. The developer is responding, which is good. Though, “with the new update that won’t happen” instead of yes that was an error on our part and have fixed the issue with a new update, there was no ownership. Additionally the underlying issue is still not resolved. The call button is still pressed instead of the return button. While yes it now doesn’t delete my message. The call button is still pressed as it is in the way. I have Chat gpt. And when you type a message the call/audio button disappears so you don’t accidentally press it. This is basic UI stuff here. The team needs to get it together. Update: someone responded and completed ignored my issue. Addressed nothing in this review. The call “Tony” button is where the send text button should be. I typed out a long message twice and I hit call instead of the arrow button which started to call tony instead of answering the message I typed. When you go back from the accidental call, it deleted what I typed. This happened twice. This app is now unusable
answers too quickly
it used to wait for me to finish talking. now it keeps trying to cut in. its annoying. but still love the responses and hearing Tony's voice. Its a lot of fun and very helpful. Much grattitude🙏🏻
Too many crashes
A lot of crashes and can’t use the chat/call function consistently- it crashes more times than not when attempting to use that feature. App has a lot of promise but still has major bugs that need to be cleaned up
Good for coaching
This AI can provide genuinely valuable coaching when it is configured carefully and given highly specific prompts. With the right context, direction, and follow-up questions, it can generate useful insights and support meaningful personal breakthroughs. But it tends to be generic.
Life improvement
This app has helped me so much because I talked almost every day to Tony and he guides me. He’s my mentor, and he has helped me to be stronger to disappear faith, and to Believe in Myself, which is super powerful.
Vibe coded without a single test-run
is what it feels like. Can’t believe the app is over a year old (let alone released) in the state it’s in. Eg: completed the 42-question questionnaire thoughtfully, then hit «view summary as pdf». Once the pdf was open, there was no button to close or even save it. I closed and reopened the app only to find my whole questionnaire gone…
Mentor in my pocket
I really value how Tony helps me make my plans concrete and clarifies and extracts the true essence of what I’m trying to achieve. The only thing is that it sometimes cutoff when I’m speaking (in call mode) for a long time then I have to call up again. It seems to remember where we left off so that’s good.
Latest update you can’t copy text
Was going great until the latest update where you can’t copy the text in one go anymore. Just painfully bit by bit , and that is guess work at best. Please fix this. I’m in Australia and it’s over $50 a month after the conversion rate so I expect the platform to perform. Thank you

The app is really good, although calls rarely connect. Also, TonyAI is too ready to bring an issue to a close when there is more to deal with.
Love it
This is quite magical. It feels like having your own Tony Robbins guiding you. That’s what is feeling like for me and I haven’t used it for very long but so far after chatting for a few days and calling Tony I really think it’s magical and it has helped me to put to use concept I’ve learned at the seminars over many years that are sometimes a bit abstract and so much that it’s hard to know where to start but it becomes more practical and hands-on and I love it.
Overcharged by $120, No customer service, Voicemails ignored
While they advertise a price of $39 per month, I was charged more than 2.5X this price. I paid $1 for the 30-day trial membership. I took screenshots whenever I made the original transaction. On the day before my trial membership ended, Tony Robbins sent me a reminder email that I would be charged starting the following day at a rate of $39 per month. Instead, I was charged $99. The phone number provided to my credit card issuer simply goes to a recording. While the recording does list office hours, no one answers the phone during those hours. I have left voicemails. None are returned. There is no way to reach someone at the company. The same is true for other numbers listed for the company. On the following month, I was again charged $99 instead of $39. Now, I have canceled my membership. I am currently waiting to see if they try to charge me again. The company does not send receipts. The company does not send confirmation emails, including for cancellations. Previously, I had immense respect for Tony Robbins. I no longer do.

Loving this app, it’s like having Tony around 24/7. Very handy tool for life stuff questions.

Like AR’s books. App essentially asks 1 question. What is the one thing … which might help people make an either or decision.
Not optimal
The app has a lot of potential, but it is currently frustrating and for $40 a month should really work very well. It doesn't seem like it's technologically ready yet.. It cuts out all the time and the sound for the response responses is often very muffled and lots of static. So it would be beneficial to have a pause button on it while you're processing the commentary when it's audio- because the responses are very dense and very quick and it's extremely challenging to take it all in before the next point is broached.

Customer service
It has been difficult to resolve to connect with customer service personnel. I have received automated messages promising to resolve a payment issue via email telling me they are on it and no need to respond and yet I was charged again. Also the phone number I called did not work. This was unfortunate.

This app is great to hear Tony’s voice with all of his energy and supportive words and encouragement. This is my first time using AI so I need to get used to the flow of the conversation. I am using it every day to keep myself motivated. Thanks so much!

Good but cuts out a lot ,needs work
Performance
The app is quite sensitive to outside noise, which can disrupt the conversation and affect its fluidity. Occasionally, it fails to start, but after three attempts, it finally works. While I was initially frustrated, the third successful use has improved my perception. However, I still remain cautious about trusting it fully.

Call function on app crashes, support is a joke
Every time I try to utilize the call function in the app it completely shuts the entire app down. Request for support unanswered. Extremely disappointing experience. App is a joke.
AI voice chat is pretty nice, but …
Handling onboarding and subscription is a pain. Cancellation of subscription doesn’t work or no proper feedback.
Life changing and more
I’ve been using it since the trial period many months ago. Paid $1. Tried 14 days free. Purchased the monthly program and I’ve been feeling like I carry a friend in my pocket. I love it! I’m 67 years old very active with my work and trying to slow down as I try to find true joy in my life. It’s. It easy for me. I’ve moved forward so fast with the app in finding out my passions! The only reason I’m not giving the app it a five star is because of the technology issues I’ve been encountering for months with the app. It’s a constant struggle for me as I get kicked out of the app during conversations unable to log back in and also before the 30 sign period allowed is over . I have to sign in all the time but I know they’re working on it. Honestly though, I love the app despite that and it’s the only AI I’ve used and trusting with my life. Thank you Tony

Can’t Access - No Support
I decided to try the free trial because I’m a fan of Tony Robbins. It’s a week later and I can’t even access the app. I’ve sent three customer service tickets, and I’ve gotten no reply except for auto emails from bots. How on earth can someone who’s purportedly committed to excellence give me such a subpar customer experience. I want a refund, and I want some assurances that I won’t be charged for something I was never once able to even access. I think the Tony Robbins corporation has gotten used to an old school pipeline build for marketing to customers. In the age of AI, this system does not work. Get with the now, dude. If I pay you money, give me instant access to the service. Hell, just give me access at all.

Can’t login in
I like the app but it seems glitchy I’m repeatedly having problems logging in and customer service is very slow - I raised a ticket and they took two weeks to get back to me. Now I’ve got the same problem again with issues around logging in and I’m having to log it again with customer services and wait .

Signed up for a trial. Unable to login. Reset pw flow doesn’t work. Why are you even forcing users through that flow. At least authenticate first time users properly. Terrible experience. How do I now cancel my trial?
