Two minute freaking ads you guys can go pound sand that’s just plain stupid what the heck are you guys thinking I only gave 5 starts so you guys don’t just make it disappear to the bottom this is just a ad generator now shame on you guys taking a good game and turning into another ad based game 😡😡😡😡😡 of course if you just give them more money you might be able to play
Until the sound issue get fixed
The most important feature for the developer on these free games are the ads… but the sound will disappear every time you watch an ads, you have to restart the game for the sound effect to work again… very annoying… destroy all the fun
Good but tiring
I enjoy the game a lot but it’s so tiring with all the sub-menus and advertisements trying to making you spend money. Why not make a good game and pay once? Takes me ten minutes just to click through everything to collect what I need and be confronted with all of the “pay for more” buttons…
AI Cheating
The game used to be fair. Now the AI just straight up cheats during the events. Been playing for quite some time and investing. If cheating happens, I’m glad to spend my money elsewhere.
Game great / soaked with Ads
The game play is fun ..but is soaked with long ads that make it cumbersome to play .
Fun & Offline
This game is awesome because you can play offline without any lag. What makes it different is that some levels actually challenge you — you can get stuck and really have to work to beat them. Plus, there are no annoying pop-up ads, which is amazing. It’s super exciting to unlock new weapons and finally clear a tough level.

Your ads are almost 3min long. Totally ridiculous!!! If I could give you no stars, I definitely would.

The ads seem longer than others or play twice. As far as cost goes if some of the bundles were cheaper I would buy them
Great and meh at same time
I actually like the game...but it's basically impossible to do things without spending money. You cannot get the full/cool rewards from the first 7 days without spending money. It's literally impossible. I've gotten to level 15 normal and level 10 elite. Not close to beating either, so all I can do is watch video rewards to try and get more lacking resources to upgrade the towers. You can't do anything without spending money or watching videos. Which is sad. Ruins the playability of what could have been an awesome game.
Iffy
I’ve played this game well over a year now? The current event really has me annoyed, I am a pattern recognition person. The patterns on the energy extraction are undeniably incorrect. There was a solid 3 times where it would go one extra ding and slot so I wouldn’t get the 1,2,3,or 4% of the gyms. Very agitating to say the least. Games okay but it seems like it pay to play in my opinion,
Fun but too RNG focused
Some combos require a level 3 and level 2 tower, yet without paying for no ads it’s extremely rare that it could happen. I’d suggest increasing the odds of a double draw or adding a triple draw in the future. I.e. the guardian charge… it doesn’t make sense to have an entire skill tree dedicated to guardian upgrades yet I rarely see the charge abilities within the game. Just make it dmg, fire rate, crit, and attribute based instead of hopefully getting the charge ability then having to invest in upgrading that in game by ignoring upgrades for the other towers. The grinding system is fun, but there are combos that I haven’t even been able to see in action because it’s so hard to obtain which is a shame because they have interesting effects. It feels as though the full content is locked behind a paywall.

Я большой любитель игр подобного жанра. Но то, как реализована конкретно эта - просто ужас. Не представляю как мало надо разбираться в том, что ты делаешь, чтобы в каждом аспекте умудриться выбрать максимально нелепое, неудобное и бесполезное решение. В этой игре от игрока не зависит ровным счетом ничего, игрок может просто тыкать кнопки наугад и все равно либо победит, если подкрученный в худшую сторону рандом в этот раз на стороне игрока, либо проиграет несмотря на все свои попытки строить стратегии и обдумывать каждое улучшение. 1 звезду накинул за понравившийся визуал. Но в остальном это даже не игра - это интерактивное кино с иллюзией участия посредством не влияющего ни на что выбора

Game is fun mostly
Game is fun for the most part. Alllll except Project Ember Vanguard. So many players use cheats to make themselves invisible. Even if you’re double their power, you won’t win. Other than that, the game is fun. If playing against other players was more even, this game would be 5 stars.
Fun but impossible.
Progressing in this game without paying is kinda impossible. Not even a glimpse of hope.
VERY Fun but VERY Infuriating
This game has an incredible gameplay loop and is absolutely a blast to play. BUT; there are multiple HUGE issues that impact my enjoyment heavily. First, it’s entirely luck-based. I paid $70 in in-app purchases just to speed up my progress, but the only thing that actually gets me through a hard level is when the game randomly gives me a boost. NOT when I watch an ad, NOT when I pay money, NOT when I do something special. Also, WHY ARE WE STILL USING ENERGY?!?!? Why can’t I just play the game? Why do you feel the need to limit how much of your game I can play at a time? It’s so predatory and evil, forcing me to spend money just to play a game I own. It’s despicable, greedy, and disgusting. All in all, the game itself is amazing. But the luck, the pay to win, and then not even winning when you pay, gets me so absolutely angry I have to walk away from the game for a day before I have an aneurism.
I likes this game but it got repetitive
This game is cool and fun but I find it repetitive after a few days of playing. But over all I enjoy the game and it’s good to play when bored or have nothing else to play. For me it’s a last attempt of keeping me entertained. :)
Too Much RNG
The game has too much randomness to be fun. Once you get to the higher levels, you will need specific weapons or specific upgrades to have a chance at winning. Unfortunately, the game’s weapon and upgrade selection is based on random cards each game. Therefore, you will waste time playing games you have no chance of winning just hoping for a chance to get the card you need.
Potential to be great
This game is very much so P2W and expensive if you do plan on spending money. Still a fun game though.
Painfully slow without spending
There isn’t what I would say as strategy in the game, but rather luck. And then slow experience, slow cards and upgrades, and face defeats 90% of the time or more. Lose, get a few things, get a tiny bit better, upgrade, lose and upgrade a tiny bit and try to win levels. I am on stage 12 after maybe 6 hours of playing. Deleting this. Was fun for a minute.
Extremely Grindy
Be prepared to lose a level 50+ times in a row. Improvements are infrequent and so miniscule they will not sway your luck in battle. RNG played a huge role in your potential success as well. If you draw a few wrong cards early on your run is doomed. Would be much better with more meaningful upgrades. But then I guess you wouldn’t have to spend money constantly to win. It looks great and in the rare moments when you feel a bit powerful it feels pretty good too.
I love this
I play mobile games when I find them on ads and this one is really fun. Even though it didn't play like the add i actually prefer the actual game instead of the ad's version.

Totally fraudulent game nothing like advertisement. Bait and switch. Pay to win game to microbtransact you te death. Doesn’t save progress and opens cars for other games that makes it unable to continue original game
Ads way to long
Love the game, it’s very addicting, but the ads are obnoxiously long. Most simply repeat 15 second ads multiple times. I do t mind watching the short ones but multiple 2 minute ads for a game that lasts 5 minutes is ridiculous
Pay to play
Good luck grinding in this game. Pay to play but the pay options are crazy expensive. Good game but game play will last maybe a few days before you give up. Grinding is not an option since rewards from each round win or loose are small. Wish they would rebalance rewards and pay options. The long Ads are painful…
Frustrating
Honestly fun game but like others have pointed out, very frustrating not getting the cards want and specifically, the ones that you need. It’s just really annoying when you know you can beat the level but the game decides when it wants you to win and if you get a bad card draw, you have to watch a minute long ad if you want another chance for probably equally as bad cards. Game also feels pay to win at times

Terrible devs.
Want no ads? That will be 50$. And that’s just for no ads. Now tack on multiple battle passes for more money. They have consistently done the opposite of what players want. Not just once or twice. The new update nerfed so much that old players are leaving. Avoid this game and anything else by these devs like the plague.

Updates are killing player trust
The most recent update of 0.19 introduced multiple nerfs to builds that players had spent their time and money pursuing over multiple months. This is not be first time this has happened in this game. This is primarily a PvE game that does NOT require the type of “competitive balance” PvP games require. These nerfs seem to emulate a PvP style. Instead of expanding player choice by buffing other builds, there only nerfing of exiting builds. This feels like predatory business practices given this greater context. Warning to any new players that are considering spending considerable money on this game. There is a continued pattern of pushing out updates that reverse player progress gained through purchased means in the name of “optimizations” with little context for the “why” it’s needed or how it is “optimized now”. Community messaging on platforms like discord have shown very little transparency from the developers, reenforcing the feeling of predatory business practices.

This game is actually really great but there are layers of game passes for each individual event ranging from 15$ to 129$. Even purchasing the option to permanently remove ads is close to 80$. Otherwise a great and well made game with many options for customizing your build.
Great game until level 15
Just like the title says, at level 15 it turns into a pay to win game.
I tried to give you a review within the game
I like all the extras you’ve added, but none of them seem to make a single difference within the game. This is basically space invaders recreated.. at least make a path to victory. Nobody wants to continually lose.

Do Not Get This Game!!!
Game is pure cash grab. Do not fall for it. I purchased the svip and spent a lot since a year. It’s fun game at times but It’s not worth playing this. Requires too much. {Developers do not care about you}. And if they do show that, It’s only a “show” to get more from your pockets! They have to make it look like it’s real but it’s actually a low rewarding game. It’s extremely extremely p2w and they also nerf things so u have to spend more for progression.
Excellent game, incredibly ad heavy
The gameplay is great but be prepared to watch a lot of ads, you can skip the ads for big $$$ though. I’ve stopped playing because of so many ads.
Game doesn’t allow max rewards
The game NEVER allows you to hit the max reward. I like the game, but I’m noticing that unless the max reward is the only option after hitting every option until it’s the only option to get a “chance at the max reward”. Even still the game is designed to give you the worst possible reward after grinding.
Good but Impossible
I am a big Roguelike player. I play every one I can get my hands on, to at least try it out. I actually REALLY enjoy/like this game. It’s a great Roguelike/Roguelite. HOWEVER (& this is a MAJOR deal), I am STUCK. Once I reached regular Level 10 & Elite Level 5-6…? The game becomes P2W, & is just IMPOSSIBLE to beat. I mean, I have never SEEN a game jump this far, between levels. Uninstalling bc I refuse to put a lot of money into this game, as I just simply do not spend any real amount of money on any MOBILE games. I have GamePass on XBox with plenty of Rogues, on there to play. I don’t NEED this Game like that. Man, fix this difficulty issue or you’ll never get anyone to truly stick it out, in this game. I got to this point fairly quickly, in about 2-3 days of playing. But, over now been at a complete standstill & stuck for a WEEK. I just canNOT get any further in this game. So, it now does in the trash & I’ll never look back. Do not get this game, if you don’t plan on spending at LEAST $30-40 just to be able of truly play it. NO mobile game is worth that. Not a single one.

Almost a Five Star
Would love to see an update with two things: 1. A way to see the current turret statistics based on active cards selected. Would make selecting new cards more strategic. 2. An option to dim (or even turn off) the onscreen enemy damage counter. When attacking large groups of enemies, the numbers take over the screen and hide the action. I would rather see the battle effects instead of the damage counters, especially since I don’t know how much health the enemies even have to begin with. Otherwise, a solid four stars! Great game.

Locked paywalls and RNG based gameplay
This game is fun, however I’ve been stuck on level 10 for days. It’s definitely luck based and you have to just hope you get the upgrade you want. I can easily clean level 9 with no damage but the hard jump to level 10 seems intentional and hard on purpose to pay for upgrades. Good bit of content locked behind paywalls.
