What people like
- Game visuals look very nice
What they complain about
- In-game purchases often fail
- App crashes constantly on start
- Refining costs are too high
Great game
Its a very nice game… however i cant purchase diamonds.. im from 🇦🇺.
Too Greedy and Punishing
Refining and SE level upgrading have become absurdly expensive and punishing. The game pushes players into spending just to keep up, and the success rates feel intentionally designed to fail. It’s no longer fun when progression is locked behind aggressive monetisation.
Can't Purchase in App (Australia)
Trying to purchase diamonds via Rune Bank ingame? but it says "item missing". How to top up?
Diamond top up problem
I’ve tried purchasing the top up but it’s not working. I’m in Australia, and the message says it can’t find the item then closes. How can I top up?
iPad always crashes
Please fix this issue. It always crash when doing kvm or mvp hunting
Can’t Purchase in APP
Trying to purchase the diamonds but it wont let me says “item missing”
Mage class useless in this game, game biased on Archer class
My favorite job class - Wizard-High Wizard, has heen nerfed down in this game, and this game has too much bias on Archer classes. Ragnarok M: Eternal Love does better than this as everybody’s equal. I do not recommend to waste your time and money in this gamr - do not play this game at all and wait for better future Ragnarok releases

Can you support controller?
Apple account log-in
Hi I have been playing this game on my iPhone and I chose to use Apple account to log in at the beginning. And now I want to play it on my PC, will there be apple account log in on PC as well?
Can't Top up the diamond
Try many time to top up the diamond through the game，but always show ‘cant find the item，please try again later.’ Shouldn‘t release in Australian App Store if cant let us top up in game.
Crashing
Crashing
Refine system
The refine system is a scam. No one wants to spend money to go backwards in progress. Surely you guys should realise that.
