Ads crash game
4th time in a row an ad crashed my game mid play. It’s been happening for 2 weeks. This used to be my favorite game—but it’s time to delete it now.

Fun but too many glitches with ads!
I love playing this game but lately the ads have pop ups that link to the advertised game’s App Store, and you can’t get back to the game. Pretty lame! I’ve lost progress on hard levels. I hope they fix this soon.

SUCKS WITH ALL THE ADS
Thought this game would be challenging….well, IT IS….IT IS A CHALLENGE TO COMPLETE EVERY LEVEL JUST TO WATCH AN AD. No reason for it but guess the company puts PROFIT before the game and players. Don’t waste your time on this game….IT SUCKS LIKE A HOOVER…THEN BLOWS. Take it from Bart, it is very possible to both suck and blow at the same time….HEXDOM PROVES IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keeps repeating same impossible levels

Glitches!!!
As the leader of the number 2 team in the world I get to complain! Let me start by saying once you learn this game it’s very fun because it’s challenging. BUT there are so many glitches! Support used to be very helpful but just disappeared! So many trophies you don’t get points for. Some of my teammates can’t watch ads to earn rewards. People have lost all of their points. If I wasn’t the leader I would quit.

Enjoy but…
I wish I knew what Al the symbols mean. There is one that looks like a shield with a circle in it that I have no clue what it is and what it does.
Used to be good
Used to be fun even when you had to watch ads to get extra assists. Now you are limited to 3 per day which makes some levels unbeatable unless you buy more assists. I used to play this game hours on end now may place once every few weeks.
Started off good
It started off wonderful but then the levels got more and more complex and each round takes 15+ minutes and there’s so much more work to do.
Adds are long and annoying
Fun game but you get held hostage by adds for long periods of time.
Keeps freezing up
I paid for no ads. I’ve paid to add coins and power ups and there’s an obvious glitch unless it’s scamming to take people’s money. I’ve lost coins and power ups several times because the game freezes up in the middle of a puzzle. When it quits freezing and taking my power ups I’ll rate it differently.

Ich spiele das Spiel gern, leider wird der Spielzug wenn das Spiel als verloren gilt nicht ausgespielt, das System mit den willkürlichen Plättchen habe ich bis heute nicht verstanden, Werbung für Spieloptionen läuft sehr lange
Disappointed Again
Usual rip off. They illegally (false advertising) flood the consumer with ads promising no ads, then proceed to make playing the game impossible to proceed without paying for assists. Then they say no ads when there are plenty of ads with the same false advertising.
Fun game, but…
It’s a fun game! But I’ve made several purchases that were “confirmed” and then not received the items/coins I purchased. I’d steer clear, unless you just like losing money or waiting for lives to renew.

広告少なめなのは確かですし、こういう六角形マージパズル系にありがちなスマホが高熱になることもなく、かなり高評価です。ただしLv230がアイテム使っても絶対にクリアできません、、、もう1週間くらいやってる、、、このLvだけ難易度おかしいので調整してもらえませんか？
How do I beat this leave
I’ve cleared the board on 701 and the sheep still has not moved. Seriously. Fix it. I’ve been stuck for a while now. No support in the game 🙄
Too many ads
Once you get to a certain point you can’t play without watching multiple ads during the game. Deleted it after about 2 weeks. It’s a shame because the game itself is fun but it’s unplayable due to the number of ads.

Bad
The game freezes during commercials Which are very frequent if you don’t want to spend money to finish a level. It gets so it is impossible to finish a level without spending money or watching multiple commercials then having to start over because the commercial froze and and you have to restart the app. Sucks!

広告は、置く場所2ヶ所を使えるようにしたい時と、負けてフォローを受けたい時だけ。他の無理ゲームのように終わるたびに出てきたりしないのが良いです。 ただ、私が目が悪いせいか、下の方のブロックの色（特に赤・茶色・橙）の区別がつきにくいです。結果、熟考が何の意味も無くなります（笑）。そのためゲームを楽しめなくなったので消します。 しばらく楽しませていただきありがとうございました。
It’s Fun but so many disadvantages
The game is fun and addicting but the problem with the game was that you hav to pay money for objects if you need them badly for a difficult level, too many ads, and you have to wait every more than 20 minutes to earn a extra life to play again.

Got to the top of the tower and it won’t give 3k coins. Stuck stating already claimed but just won it. Can’t fix in my own. Please assist. Also, way too many ads. Fun, after learning curve.

The game is fun but the adds auto-open websites, or you can’t skip past the adds. Adds open if you switch screens mid-game.

Problem Freezing
You really need to fix the freezing that occurs when you’re almost done with a puzzle. The screen either freezes and you can’t select the tile to finish it out. So then you have no choice but to abort and start a new puzzle. You need to fix the intermittent freezing, especially because it seems to occur just when you’re about to complete a hard puzzle. So until you do, I’m barely playing in lieu of deleting the app altogether. Keep avoiding the fixes and that’s where you’ll end up. We tolerate the lengthy ads, some of which are good… But we cannot tolerate a faulty game. Fix it and then I can change this rating.
Many Bugs
Was really enjoying the game. But now it’s stuck forever on Level 39. I reach the goal but it doesn’t end and turn into the next game. I’ve replayed it about five times now. Ok now it’s progressing but I often have to go above the end goal. So if the goal is 280 I have to play maybe 10 more rounds before it’ll let me win.
No support
In many ways this is a great game. Unfortunately there seems to be no way to get any support from the developers. There are way too many glitches and bugs and numerous parts of the game without any explanation of how it works. On top of which you either have to watch massive amounts of ads or pay.
Fun but…
Seems like we’re set up for failure so we spend more money.
Review low score
Every time I get asked to submit a review, the game bounces to advertisement after every board. The advertisements are too long, too much of the same, and just caused me to delete the game.
Started off fun, but…
Went downhill after 80 or so levels. At first, there weren’t many ads, but now they pop up annoyingly, and you reach a certain point and the levels are literally impossible without boosters or unlocking space via watching ads. Deleting.

○広告は当然出るけど、日本だと「見せあい」が売り文句のいかがわしいアプリの広告まで出る。対象年齢が4歳以上ならここは対処するべき。消そうとして✗タップする時に位置が少しでもズレてるとアプリDLのポップアップを呼んでしまい、イライラさせられる。 ○ゲーム自体は2種類の難易度が登場し、レベルが上がるごとにギミックも増え、じっくり時間をかけて楽しむ風になっていくので、クリアした時の達成感もどんどん増して楽しい。ただ、自分の頭の悪さもあるだろうけど、最初に振り分けられる3つのピースによっても難易度が変わるので連勝目指すとなるとちょっと運ゲーっぽいところもある。これでハート浪費して広告に導かれているのではとすら思う笑 そしてハートの回復時間が絶妙なんだから上手い。

Level become hard very early that you can’t complete without paying. Stopped playing within a week
Hard is really hard
I appreciate that difficult levels are tough, but most of the tough levels cannot get passed unless you are spending rl money. I guess I could wait a few weeks until the magic round to pass, but it is frustrating.
Level 113 glitch
I can't passed the level because it says 2 wooden hex to break but there is only one in the game. I have played for an hour but can't get pass. Please fix it.
