Υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα στο coding που, ενώ αποθηκεύονται όλα τα απαραίτητα στοιχεία του χρήστη, ΔΕΝ αποθηκεύεται η υπηκοότητα και κάθε φορά μπλοκάρει την κράτηση.

Pet option unavailable
I have downloaded the app and signed up only to realise there is no filter for travelling with pets. All results have a “no lets allowed” icon. Useless for our family.
Very good ux and ui
The app has a very good UI and UX experience and the feature I liked a lot is that it gives free cancellation policy very close to the departure date. Also I like a lot that the trips were automatically added in my bookings. Although it was not so easy for me to find where I can redeem the discount code. Also there was a bug when adding a discount code although it was successfully added when I went to pay it showed that to me the original amount to pay without the discount code. Finally I was charged with the amount taken into account the discount but the UI was very misleading.

Can’t book anything!
The app won’t search for departure or arrival ports, so I can’t book a thing! Luckily using the web page works so will book through that.

Fine until you need help
The support chat reads like a person, but it is a bot, and nothing tells you so. You end up explaining your problem at length to software that was never going to solve it. After a long wait a real agent finally appeared, only to say there was nothing they could do. The same ticket could have been rebooked directly with the ferry company in minutes. That is the whole problem. An intermediary that cannot act on your booking when it matters is worse than no intermediary at all. Book direct with the operator: it remains the safest bet for a smooth journey.
Recht gute App.
Guter Service beim Check-in. Übersichtlich in der Darstellung. Was mir fehlte, war ein Anfahrtsplan zum jeweiligen Hafen/Terminal. Wäre eine feine Ergänzung.

App no longer works, it force closes when choosing the second port.
Worry free booking
I paid a little extra so I was sent my tickets for the return journey. It took the stress out of the journey

Deleted within 10 frustrating minutes after downloading. Complete waste of time and energy. Take it down! Thanks to the developer for the response below but I don’t wish to waste further time on this. I recommend to try making a booking on an iphone using your app if you want to see what’s so frustrating about it.

Κατά την γνώμη μου θα μπορούσε να βγάζει κατευθείαν τα εισιτήρια και να μην χρειάζεται να βάλω στοιχεία γίνεται πιο άμεσο και βολικό για τον πελάτη. Και ακόμα θα μπορούσαν να φαίνονται τα μίλια (πόντοι) και το προνόμια έχει ο πελάτης αυτά μέχρι στιγμής που έχω χρησιμοποιήσει λίγο την εφαρμογή!!

They just upload you actual journey but incase of changes happen due to any reason like weather condition and cancellation they never update you on app dash board.
Mostly easy to use
All in all very easy to compare and book Ferries. A bonus was that the App didn't time me out, as I kept leaving it to check traveller satisfaction reviews for the ferry companies, on the internet. The facility to book multiple journeys in one go, was really helpful. Although once you have entered how many journeys your require and started selecting ferries, you cannot add and extra journey without returning to the beginning. This was a little frustrating.

Crashes after selecting destination
App opens and I add the starting port. As soon as I select a destination, the app just crashes. This is on an iPhone 16.

Honestly, I was pretty skeptical when I first tried to use the app. All the info didn’t seem to be in front of me for my booking, like how much the journey would cost for everything. But I jumped in anyway. It was pretty easy to use, whenever was done all the information presented clearly and I when I got to the port the booking showed all the important data. Definitely my default now for crossings
Unimpressed
App slow and unresponsive Bookings shown as “not recognised”. Impossible to download e-tickets or invoice from app. In short, didn’t work.
