Aura makes Christianity approachable
Because of the AI model within very sound theology, Aura is a trustworthy source for my Bible study. Aura can interact with my questions in ways commentaries can’t.
HTTP Error 422
I hate it when apps ask force you to create an account online in order to use their app. This one is no different. What’s even worse is that it’s impossible to succeed in creating an account after entering one's email address and receiving the confirmation six digit code and entering it. You end up with an HTTP 422 error every time you try.It is impossible to create an account and use this app. Shame on the developers.
Audio Guide - Night Mode Please
I love the audio guide and content I feel it is almost like human. I just with there is Night Mode option so I can read it at night without so much hurting my eyes.
Good app but needs playback controls
Good content and easy to navigate, but there are no playback controls on the audio. There is a pause button, but when you press it, it starts the devotion all over. Frustrating if you miss something or need to pause for any reason.
Great but not great!
What I really love about the app are the visuals. They are beautiful and almost look like paintings. Even though they are AI, it still brings a real life image of the scriptures. The skin complexion could be a little bit more accurate, but still, I love the visual work. My biggest issue with the app is that you have to pay to actually use the app. I have to pay to write out my prayers. If I miss a devotional, I have to pay. I do like how you get to ask three questions a day for free or use the exegesis for free. That doesn’t bother me, it’s the two most important items of your walk with God: daily devotional and prayer. It doesn’t make sure for me to pay for the premium when those things should also be free with limitations. Maybe suggest creating one prayer a day or something like. If this app is designed to help others on their walk then it should be designed to do so. I shouldn’t have to pay for the premium just to read my created prayer out loud. I’m not a huge fan of this app.
I love this app!
This app is free, and helped me get closer to god, and i stopped my lust little by little, i recommend this app for anyone thinking they’re falling behind due to lust, anyone who wants to get closer to jesus, and anyone who wants to get out of horrible habits🙏 amen, brother and have a giid day further on!.
Payment
Why is a payment needed for an app? Salvation is free! Reading the Bible is free! Accepting the lord Jesus Christ into your heart is free!
Audio option is great
Love that I can listen to my daily devotion when I’m not able to read in the morning I can listen to it on my drive to work. I wish the app allowed you go back and listen / read previous devotions
It won't let me open the app.
I downloaded it and did one prayer and when I signed up for the yearly renewal, every time I press the app it kicks me out .
The prayer
Wow just opened the app and poured my heart out in the what do you want to pray about section. Then it formulated a prayer that literally brought the presence of God!
Waste of money
Your aura thing discredits every single spiritual experience mentioned. Literally the chat triggers my PTSD every time I try to use it to help me. Waste of money. There’s bibles everywhere, many free Bible apps. There’s many many many Bible plans and devotionals on youversion. There’s also a free app that lets you practice the memorizing of verses the same way on this app, it’s called Bible memory. YouTube and Spotify has many meditations with scripture. This app is designed around the creators beliefs. False teaching.
Bugs in the verse memory portion
I appreciate this app. It’s everything people need for daily devotional. I particularly enjoy the verse practices except if there’s a “ in the verse, you don’t type the first letter but the “. BUT if the “ is in the middle of the sentence, then that doesn’t work either.
Not that great
I'm not enjoying it as much anymore. I wish the devotion would remain on the app. Everything disappears after a day.
Great app
Great and fantastic
Obtrusive data collection
This app is a bit creepy, and too “new age” feeling for me. It requires you to provide too much demographic/personally identifiable information, and it’s clear that this is for data collection purposes so that they can sell your information to advertisers. My age, gender, etc. is none of their business, and shouldn’t be required for a scripture reading and “devotional” app; all scripture is profitable for personal study & devotional purposes, regardless of your demographics, so the only real reason that they want this kind of information is to sell it; I can’t recommend this app for anyone
Best app by far
The go to app for sure
Living Water
The Aura app reminds me of the importance of partaking in the living water of the Word of God every day to strengthen our weary bones and face of broken world with grace and the love of Christ.
Personalized prayer
I love the prayer that was created for me today, first time using the app and it was totally awesome
Aura
It has helped me in the first day. I love it and I’m only twelve: you should try it!
Rick friend of GOD
Rick friend of GOD
Insightful and user friendly
This App has several features that make it leading edge and biblically based! I find it really easy to navigate; the platform makes it easy to customize Bible search for deeper study. And the theological basis is objectively rock-solid!
