Exceptional
Excellent application for anyone would like to process documents report studies and get exactly what you want from the document and organize it in the way that you feel more convenient
Never buy subscription and delete the app ASAP
Does not let you chat, the customer service is bad, you can’t open the app when you need it and it doesn't not let you chat or do something more. Very useless it's better to text to speech on a doc than this. The transcript it bad. I want my money back. Very useless app.
just only got the app
so far so good, the notes are great and helpful and help me to understand more clearly👍
The app is not working properly
The app does not work properly right now. I initially it transcribed my lectures well but now I cant trust it to work because it would be after the lecture I would get an error message that it did not transcribe. Not good for video transcription as well and I had subscribed for a year.
Can’t stop recording
Easy to navigate, but I can’t stop the recording. I tapped the stop button a bunch and held it but nothing worked
very nice
love it
Recording
Recordings stopping mid way through lecture and not saving properly
❤️❤️❤️
So nice
never works
halfway through a recording it will just stop and rarely does it recover the recording, you must pay to enjoy the app’s only purpose, now the app just refuses to open which is just a waste of time, the “notes” the app compiles from a recording is just a crude transcript, got this app on a free trial and will not use again
A COLLEGE LIFESAVER!!
Literally the best app for college students since it saves me so much time by pulling out all the most important info, so I don’t have to sit through long videos with irrelevant information. You can even ask follow up questions to clarify anything or get a deeper understanding of the concepts. Highly recommend!!
DONT BUY
The ai is incredibly bad.
Be careful
if you are experimenting with the free trial, be very careful. me and a friend got it to try and forgot to unsubscribe as it gave us no warning, and we got charged over $100!! also the notes it gives are very disorganized from the lecture you record.
Lies abt subscription
I was told I would be notified 2 days prior to my free trail ending, and never got that notification. I was charged YEARLY when I was never told it would charge me yearly and assumed it would be a monthly charge. I had to pay 100 dollars for an app that honestly is very unorganized and did not help me with my courses if u r a college student dont even bother u will go broke
Think Twice Before Subscribing
It has been over three months since I submitted my refund request, and I have yet to receive a resolution. The level of customer service I’ve experienced has been deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before subscribing, based on my experience.
Rubbish
Absolute rubbish app doesn’t do what it’s supposed to and worst thing of all they don’t even let you unsubscribe through the app so you have to then go on your apple account to get rid otherwise they’ll just charge you.
