The very very best tool
We use this amazing tool in our ministry. It’s the best because not only does it do everything promised, it does it seamlessly. The sharing option is priceless. Lastly- customer service is fast, and there is a real person (not a bot) who looks into your request and actually assists with your problem. IMAGINE THAT! A real human being helps you. I’ll just leave that as the final thought.
App cannot transcribe a video
I can’t input a video from my gallery and have a transcribed so it sucks Donkey balls.
My personal experience
Love this! I can’t even without it. The voice note is super helpful but sometimes agrees with me a little more than I’d like. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Too soon to tell….
I don’t like pressured reviews when I haven’t had the chance to even really use the product at all yet. Again, I’ve barely got a chance to use it before the survey popped-up. I like being able to upload documents and get an idea of a long pdf or epub. I also suggested there be a way to help people with ADHD to be able to financially access this app.

This app is exactly how it advertises. It is a perfect app for you to study and take notes on! 🥳✌🏾
App is bad
So if you have any lecture that’s over an hour and your college student this app will be useless to you. This app doesn’t register about 45% of my lecture by that I mean it’ll say the recording is 65-70 minutes when it’s probably 130 minutes and the audio keep playing after the 65 minute mark, but good luck, pausing or fast fowarding or skipping after you pass whatever amount that the app thinks thinks how long it was and also the AI note generator, which is the literal point of this app will only write the notes on the 60 minutes and not the entire other half. App sucks!
Coconote review
Well great concept. Love the setup and the folders but on all of the adds I saw there were many cool games but on the app there is one game that is not the same as the adds. But otherwise, love it, would definitely recommend.
So helpful for college
I have been using this app for 3 years now and it has helped me stay on top of my college notetaking.
Cancelled free trial, now 6 months later charged $100!
First off, this app does not work as advertised, so I cancelled before the end of the free trial. I was charged, told it was actually a shorter trial than advertised (was in the fine print but said 7 days on the banner 😡. Now 6 months later I was charged $100 out of the blue. I’m not showing any active subscription and NEITHER of my emails or my Apple ID work, so I know I don’t have an account.
Great! When it works…
I paid for the full version of this app because with my free trial I found it was so extremely helpful! I love that once your lecture or whatever you’re taking notes on is recorded, you can create quizzes, flash cards, and even a podcast to study from. You can also set reminders to study the material. I find this app super helpful because I’ve always struggled with filtering the content I actually need vs what is filler information. This app does that for you! My only annoyance with this app is sometimes it just decides to erase all of the information that you had previously recorded, which then fails to upload my content into a note and I’ve lost all my lecture. Hopefully this bug is fixed soon, since I paid so much money for it to work!
It’s good but..
I’m currently on the free trial, and I absolutely love it. It’s been incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted all my recording notes about 15ish, and I wish there was a way to recover them. I’m not sure how to do it now, i wish there was a 30-day trial period to get them back.
Convenient
There has been many times when I am too tired, don’t understand, and I’m not available to take notes in many of my graduate classes. This app has allowed me to relax a lot more because of the recording and transcription from my lectures. The notes taken taking feature is amazing. I couldn’t pass all my graduate level classes without the help of this app.
Barely can use free
Amazing app but you can barely use it for free. I mean I took maybe two notes with Coconote and after that it stopped working and it started forcing me to pay so amazing app if you want to put down some money and it is really a good app it really did help me and it made me really well just the fact that you can never use it if you don’t wanna pay it’s kind of sad
Absolutely love this app but it lags and can be a bit slow.
First the app does freeze a lot so it might just be a bug. Other than that this is absolutely 100 percent worth paying for. I literally just recommended it to my entire class. My teacher doesn’t speak good English (it’s his 3rd language) and somehow the app caught all of what he says. No one in my classroom are ever able to take good notes since we can bairly understand him. So I thought it would take a miracle for the app to work. Coconote is that miracle app. If thy can fix the lagging and freezing it would be a 5 star app! Also the scanning the text feature does not work at all for me!
Good but not totally free
ok so i am looking for some apps to study for my exams and this one is good i like it so much it’s better than others but it has that problem that if your in trial you can’t study more it has like a limit and you have to obligatorily pay for the anual planner and that’s kinda annoying, because normally my exams are like last minute and i download the app and it doesn’t let me study more like i stayed halfway 🫠
$$$
Coconote is worth every penny keep up the good work your updates make an even better 100%
Math missprint
Whenever it transcribes math, it won’t use the symbols for like calculus like integration symbols, and it won’t put like a fraction one above the other vertically it is prints out very weird
…..
It’s actually good but it’s odd that I’m paying but have limited time to talk per day
What happened
Worked prefect till it logged me out and when I tried to log back in, but it gave me a new account, I’m not sure where my previous notes went and I’m confused with my account.
Why does the podcast tweak out…
I’m listening to the proadcast feature but every 2 minutes it tweaks out and starts saying gibberish… weirdddd! The app overall is good, but there are definitely better competitors! The flash cards are the best part tho!
Question
I’m interested on this app will it aloud me to upload my teacher PowerPoint and will it ai tutor
excelente app
muy efectiva
Actually love the features
I really wasn’t sure about the price but I took the gamble so far so good, I think I’d like to see them start making flowcharts or at least letting us add pictures and diagrams.
Was good until it wasn’t
At first it was amazing and probably my most used app, then after my first note it was no longer free. Now I can’t use the app anymore because I don’t want to pay.
Bien
Me encanta q pueda grabar las clases
Terrible service.
I paid in full for year subscription - I cancelled my subscription because I didn’t want to forget to cancel in the future. It claims my account will remain active until Dec. 12 but conveniently it doesn’t recognize me and customer service will not respond to my email.
Overall
I downloaded this app at the beginning of September, when they offered the sale… it’s a quite pricy app, but it was $112 with the sale. The app so far has helped me so much with organization of my notes, and has taken away so much worries regarding missing a note from the lecture. It has a lot of great benefits, although i will say it does take a little while for things to load/upload - which is a little inconvenient but not really that bad. definitely recommend to buy on the back to school sale!
Red flags
I was curious to see what this app might be able to do as I am neurodivergent. I would like to have readable notes since my handwriting is terrible. However, you were required to set up an account with them and must agree to a seven day trial without any disclosure of what you will be charged for any kind of subscription which is a huge red flag for me. I would not recommend this app because it fails to disclose what it will charge you right at the very beginning so you cannot make an informed choice about what you're getting.
Game changer
One of the greatest apps to help you through school. I use it for all my college courses. Even the ones I can pass in my sleep. Never miss a thing and the onboard assistant parses through the recording and gives decent notes. Plus you can input a YouTube or web link and get recipes and just the important info instead of wasting your time.
You’re better apps out there
They change everything all the time..so it gets harder to work with like right now I cannot upload more than one file to make notes and there is stupid rewriting note option right on top of the text box if accidentally pressed it, It will take 20 minutes to load. And the AI is not smart enough makes mistakes and it’s not accurate. Answers conflict with each other.
Best way to study at your own pace with different study methods
well thought
ChatGPT
Just use ChatGPT , it’s much easier to use
Not what I thought
It doesn’t have the ability to look at documents and summarize them or look at a textbook and summarize it has to be a URL address or YouTube addres..
A MUST for college
Coconote is a MUST if your I college. Every re order lecture is turned into an easy to follow note outline to help make studying easier.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD
I’m leaving this app a one star not because it’s inherently bad but because after subscribing for the free trial, i didn’t worry about cancelling it because i didn’t know my fathers card was linked to my phone. lt charged my fathers card $203.39 for a year long subscription that i didn’t want nor do i have the funds for. I texted the developer through the settings screen in the app even leaving my email to ensure they could reach me and after waiting over a week, I’ve been left with no response. In summary, coconotes has HORRIBLE customer service and is a SCAM.
Love it
Currently on my free trial and it’s amazing. I wish we had a free version so that I can continue with this app.

INCREIBLE

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS AI !!!
Worse Ai I’ve used so far and they have no free trials. So I looked up some reviews and they were good, so I bought the yearly membership. Worse decision of my life. File uploading is bad, can’t upload multiple files, pdf file upload look horrible and you can’t really see much. The flash cards generated are so superficial and doesn’t really help for studying (bio). Service is very expensive. Definitely a lot of better ai out there. I canceled my subscription and got an email from the cocoNUT dev team asking for feedback. I GAVE THEM POSITIVE /constructive FEEDBACK and they asked me some stuff, which I went out of my way to answer. Then I asked for a refund, they said maybe, tell us how much you used it, for what purposes and what other ai am I using. I answered them…. NO RESPONSE. I got GHOSTED by the team after they got the info they wanted. PLS PLS PLS, DO NOT USE THIS APP/ AI !!!!. It’s horrible for the price. THEY USE FAKE REVIEWS !!! There is no way it’s this high. The dev will probably lie to you about the refund. Don’t listen
A neurodivergent learner’s lifesaver
I’m so glad I found this resource. I’m the last person to ever review an app on here, but I felt that other people need to know how great it is. I’ve noticed in the short few weeks that I’ve had it that there had been consistent updates to improve this app. I really dislike stagnant app, that’s not occurring here. I would really love to see if I could use all the notes I’ve cumulated in one folder to make like an exam study guide. As a student, this would be really useful, opposed to going through each class. Still happy to use this resource!
It won't let me share the family plan
I bought the family plan a couple of weeks ago and it won't let me share it. I already sent an email but they still haven't answered me.
Nevermind
Look, while the app is good for students. Having the pdf conversion to notes behind a paywall isn’t good. Just 1 try and we have to pay then???? Im sorry i dont have the money to pay for it, and it’s disappointing that even the pdf feature is a pay to use thing. PLEASE, at least make the pdf conversion into notes a free feature, or make the trials more than 1. Thanks.
