Great App
I love this app. Keeps me in the game for winning auctions without having to stay up all night waiting on them to finish. A++++
Expensive
12.99 for an eBay sniper is ridiculous
Winning
I’ve only lost a bid bid once with bidnapper but overall you can sit back and relax knowing bidnapper gon win the item damn this glazing at max level but yh 100% would recommend
Unable to use
App would never let me create an account. Process would just hang up with the app spinning its wheel. Garbage removed
Brilliant when it works
Brilliant when it works, but you have to delete the app, log out, change your password, reset everything etc to get it to work. Such a shame
Bidnapper ftw!!!
Solid!!!!
No longer working - not finding auction number
No longer working - not finding auction number
Good but can definitely use improvements
It’s slow and clunky at times and I don’t like having to log back in at every session. But it works for what it’s intended for, no complaints there.
If you needed the item bid yourself
Handy if you’re not particularly bothered about loosing an item . I set it for a 4 second bid - everything happens in the last 10 seconds, and it put a bid on more than a minute before hand . I could have been out bid on that item or had the price bid up , so not particularly quick , expensive for being slow.
Three things;
It wasn’t clear in setting up the account User and Pass that those should or could be the same as mine on eBay. I emailed Customer Support/Contact Us two times on different questions and did not hear back, at least not on the site. The time remaining lagged that of the eBay site and I wasn’t confident that my bid would be placed in time, eventually the site page showing time caught up but if I were to refresh it wasn’t clear how or if I needed to and the standard refresh icon in the top bar did not show it worked. deanlest
Super Easy
Works very well! Won the auction I wanted with no problems.
Can’t even create an account
How can I go through all the hoops and it fails every time. Buggy without even working
It works
I just won my first bid using this sniper app. Works very well, it isn’t a replacement app for the ebay app, you’d use it along side it. The interface is a bit old looking and there are some long intrusive ads. Even with the issues above, it’s well worth using.
Mind the ads
Signing up, there is a Google ad that looks integrated to the process, don’t go down that rabbit-hole with Mediatek
Awesome Update
I can’t believe this app received an update. I honestly thought it was abandoned. I was able to get the old app to work but this new update is making my life a lot easier. I’ve been using this service for years and love it.
I’d this app even active?
It wouldn’t even let me create an account it just kept circling. Tried several times.
Took a while to register
Was a little buggy to register, but once up and running it seems to work really well.
The Original, Still The Best!!!
I love BIDNAPPER because it was the first effective way to snipe auctions, and it’s still the simplest, no-frills way to win online auctions - in short, it’s the BEST!! No more sitting by the computer counting down the minutes and seconds, hoping to get your bid entered at just the right moment, only to have someone else beat you to the punch or fat-fingering the keys on the keyboard and losing out because of your own ineptitude! Yes, there are other options, but trust me, BIDNAPPER is the OG in the world of sniping!!!
Bidnapper - who thought a ransom note logo was a good idea?
Bidnapper might be a great iphone app if you could get past the login registration screen error/failure to recognize inputs. I found it kind of hilarious their website asks asks to contact them before leaving reviews. I also found the name and log of this app “Bindnapper” with a kidnapper ransom logo both super creepy and a huge stretch to have “bidnapper related to eBay bids. “BidJacker” would have been better because the underlying reference of self-pleasure is far better than referencing kidnappings as as kidnapping and ransom notes.
Kinda tricky to use but it worked!
I had a hard time figuring out the ins and outs at first. I wasn’t able to import my watchlist so I had to add the items by the item number. It was a little tedious. But it worked! I won my first auction with a last second bid!
Wow really free!
Update: this app and dev are the GOAT. PERIOD. Thanks! Why would anyone use any other service than bidnapper? All of The others make you keep the app open so it can bid from your device. This is not the deal here. Bidnapper is is an eBay service, authorized on your account to bid by proxy for you from their servers. I was a regular customer for a while 10 years ago and it Blows me away it’s free now. Free as in free. I’ve scored several things on my want list already for almost embarrassing low prices. Now I Get to be the guy from completed/sold items that you’re like “wow guy for a deal.” So yeah thanks five stars A+++ deal with this (app) seller.
Only work on small amounts
Any bigger small amounts lot if time says some glitch happen and you didn’t win
App fails at login, no way to recover
**Edit** Reinstalled the app, reset my password and it works. Updated review to 4 stars Every time I open the app it immediately says failed to login and fails to give me a chance to verify login info (iphone8). It worked for about 5 minutes until I switched to another app and came back, then just freezes on a white screen.
It no longer works!
This used to be a great app but it hasn’t worked for a LONG TIME. I’ve tried to send messages but haven’t had any luck. Is this app still working or not!?! Please let me know so I can remove it from my phone.
Can’t create a new account
Don’t bother downloading this app because it won’t let you create a new account in order to use it. I tried to create an account 6 times.
Won my first auction
Won my first auction in the last 2 seconds, and could see other last 5-10 second bids from other nappers that I JUST beat. Only losing a star for the app being glitchy and needing to reinstall because it was completely blank after a failed login.
Great product for winning bids
Enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for an eBay item and this App will enter your bid in the last 3 seconds of the auction, helping save you a lot of time and unnecessary expense by avoiding bidding wars. I’ve found this app works as well as similar apps, but is less complicated to use and also has the lowest usage fees. I used this product successfully but then suddenly has a bid rejected by eBay on an item I really wanted. I responded with a blisteringly mean and angry email to support at the app developer, who very calmly helped me understand that the reason for the rejection was that I had changed my password on eBay without also updating access on the app, so it wasn’t able to login and complete my bid. So then I felt like a total jerk and decided to make up for that by leaving this nice post to recommend the app. Seriously people, if you do a lot of eBay bids as I do, the $18.99 fee every 3 months is a bargain, seeing as how competitive apps charge a percentage for bids won that can easily exceed this amount for a single auction win. Have a peaceful auction day!
WORTHLESS
This app failed to even place my snipe bid for me. I’d have won the auction had my bid been placed. Do not use this sniping app if you expect your snipe bids to actually be placed. This app had one job, and FAILED me on 4/26/20.
Miller Brothers blades
This app made sure that I got the item that I needed to have. I am very impressed and happy and will use us again.
Uh, hello?
Yoo-hoo, anyone in there? I don’t think so because both apps are nonfunctional, at least they have been for the last couple days. Can’t even register or log in the whirligig just spins and spins and never loads the next page. So, yoo-hoo can someone please send for maintenance? Wouldn’t mind using what I downloaded...
Love it
I’ve used this for years and snipped a dozen auctions with it. Paid for itself many times over.
Login fail
What a waste of time. Did all the info stuff and now when I try to login, it just keeps saying login failed and gives me a white screen
