Good service!
Great app! Get bids in under the wire!
Let down
Today was the 3rd time Gixen failed me over the year which ends May 28. I generally buy coins. Not sure what happened but neither the primary or backup worked. For $10 it works, but the app needs much help. Today was one of those days where if I’d known Gixen was down I’d logged in to bid. So the fail rate is likely 1.5%. I likely bought 200 items at auction in the last year and 3 of those I’d be high bidder if everything worked.
Awesome App
I love the fact I can place my maximum bid and not have to watch eBay closely. I bought the mirror version for $11.99 a year that gives me no ads and unlimited bids. Well worth it!
Over 24 hours trying to sign up
Tried signing up and app kept buffering. Tried on 4G same issue. Tried leaving for hours and returning to it, same issue- repeatedly. Finally had the idea of trying to sign up via browser instead. Finally saw error message that special characters were not permitted, which I fixed. However, notification that I’m not signed up yet- I need to wait for verification email. Waited in vain- nothing. Checked spam- nothing. Tried to go back to app but login failed. Noticed there isn’t even a forgotten password option on this so anyone forgetting their password is completely stuck. Feels like I’ve wasted too much time on this app that appears to have a bug at every turn. I have never had so much trouble just signing up to ANYTHING!
Never let me down
Used this app for years, there maybe better ones out there but life’s too short, it works for me. Thanks
Excellent
Has worked flawlessly for me.
App won’t open
Downloaded the app opened it and signed in. Nothing, stuck on a blank page.
Best auction snipe
I’ve been using AuctionSniper previously, but they started piling up all kind of difficulties. I find Gixen friendly, fee free and effective.

Fast, works!
It’s great, you only need 6 seconds.
Love it!
This is the best app out there! I just love how I can put my very best offer out and forget about til after the auction, if you the price goes higher, so be it. Otherwise at the last minute you come in and swoop it up!
Amazing
Worked perfectly my first time using it, I won my bid!
Simply
Simply the best app of all.
1st Auction Sniped
After getting sniped with 1 sec left on an auction for a 1968 Mickey Mantle, I immediately looked into how that was possible and learned about Gixen. Less than 14 hrs later, I used it myself to secure a rare card way under value. Never gonna play my hand early again. This is the way. 10/10 recommend.
Great snipe
Won the auction with seconds to go
