What people like
- Summaries save you writing time
- Handles accents surprisingly well
- Very easy to use
What they complain about
- Processing fails and loses your recordings
- Does not identify multiple speakers
- Support is unhelpful and rude
Impressed!
I wasn’t expecting the accuracy. It may be worth the annual subscription!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I was paying $9.99 a week and I lost probably 5-8 notes from important meetings - negative experience as it impacted my customer relationships.
Copy of another app
This is a replica of another AI app. Was totally copied. Cheap initiation.
Glitchy. Lost recordings
I tried using this today at a conference. Three sessions under 30 minutes. 2 of the 3 errored during transcribing and lost the recording. Why would the recording be lost? It should at least allow for reprocessing.
Productive
Very productive and it simplifies the key concepts discussed. Highly recommend for users taking courses, as it simplifies it, making it easier to review and make your own notes. Thank you to the app creator!!
Ehhh
When it works works great but I spend minutes dictating a long note and it’s a roll of the dice if it does not error out causing your note to be lost and if you try it again, same potential hazard. Unfortunately have to let this one go. Causes too many delays in my work.

Hard to cancel
Don’t sign up. Horrible experience.
Doctor
Wonderful, I don’t have to use the keyboard anymore
Waste of time
Terrible — barely functioning app.

App keeps crashing
This app keeps showing me an error whenever I finish recording. And support is not helpful...at all.
I love this app
This app changed my life by making it simple. Thank you!!!
Does not work. DO NOT PURCHASE
Do not waste your money on this app. I purchased it a little over a week ago and it worked for about a day. It stopped processing my recordings. Also you are not able to use it on your iPad. I have contacted their customer service and to get my money back. The processing time was long at first, but at least I got summaries and transcriptions that I could use. Now it just spins and spins and spins. And never produces the transcription. I just recorded a 15 minute meeting and it said that it could not process. And like I said, for some reason, Apple will not give me my money back. I do not know why this is not eligible for a refund. It’s horrible! Do not it’s a waste of money
Good app
Very impressive app with amazing capabilities to accurately translate voice to text even with accents and gives a pretty good analysis
Transcribed voice recorded to wrong language
Around 1/4 of the conversation was transcribed into a language that I couldn't recognize (not English). Worse app
Wonderful!
Very easy to use & very time efficient
No speaker identification
If there are multiple speakers on the Call, this app does not identify the different speakers. It doesn’t even create paragraphs for the different speakers. This creates a mess when you’re trying to review a conversation that had multiple speakers
weeek
Why each record need review. Stop that.
2 hour meeting
It’s been 36 hours and it still wont translate the meeting
My reading buddy
As a book lover I read alot and using this app I get instant summary of the chapters which is a very nice thing. No need to take pen paper and write summary of chapters by yourself. 😉😉
Would give 0 stars if I could
The worst app I’ve ever used
