I love this game most of the time. To be honest, with the name of the game being “Shapes,” I really don’t like the challenges with right angles in them. Please stay with the types of games you had this week or weekly and daily… leave the square angles for the original Flow Free game.

Hi Flow Free Shapes developers, I love all of the levels in your app, but I feel like you should make some more packs and levels because I love the packs that are made. Some of my favorites are the circles, ovals, and stars. But I also love the Party Pack. You guys made super creative and cool shapes for the Party Pack levels, which is why I really want you to make some cool packs with those creative shapes from the Party Pack, like some like “Brick Wall Pack”, I played through some levels of the Party Pack with brick wall shapes, like level 50, and I love connecting the circles by making paths on a brick wall board. Or like level 92, which is a diamond star. Or level 118, which has 2 saw blades attached to each other. There are so many cool shapes on the Party Pack levels, that I have some ideas for you guys if you wanted to make some more packs👇 Brick Wall Pack Diamond Star Pack Saw Blade Pack Pentagon Pack Triangle Pack Number Pack(Basically number shaped boards) Jumbo Star Jumbo Star 2 Cube Pack 3 Circle Pack 3 You don’t have to create all of them if you think that will take a while, they are just ideas😀. But I really do want to see at least one of my pack ideas made, okay? No pressure, just saying☺️

Blatantly Fake Long Adverts
I have played this game for years. I understand the developers rely on adverts. Until recently I would say the number, length and ethics/morals of the adverts have been fair exchange to play a game for free. Now there are clearly fake, lengthy adverts. eg the ‘weight loss patches’ supposedly from big brand shops, the shoes that cure everything from fallen arches to Achilles tendinitis etc, again, supposedly from well know high street stores Why are you allowing these AI manipulated rip-off ads on your platform???

Not for iPhone with small screens
I really enjoy playing the flow free games but this game sucks if you have an iPhone with a small screen or a person with big fingers. I wrote to the developer and he said his girls could play them. Maybe there should be a message warning that unless you have slim fingers, avoid this game. I would have been okay if I could open it on my iPad, and continue the game there since the devices are under the same Apple ID but unfortunately you can only recover your purchases not your progress, so you can’t say out of 10 games play 6 on the phone and 4 on your iPad. Also, you can’t blow up the screen or turn it horizontal to expand the game surface area. Developers, please fix this.

The best GAME EVER
Rotation stopped working
Tired of broken updates. Worked fine, then today is lock rotated in the wrong direction. Deleted reloaded tried everything no fix.
Excellent game
Another cracker of a game with a nice of variety of shapes to play in. My only gripe is that some of the game boards are quite small. I’m thankful I’m blessed with the hands of my mum, but if I’d had my dads “sausage fingers”, I’d really be struggling to get to grips with it

Why the beige? You can hardly tell what colours your matching too and it looks like a sad version of what it was before the update
Ads do not show a way to close them
Always loved these games and I understand the needs for ads but while I am playing and an ad comes up there is no close button no matter how long I wait.

The puzzles were enjoyable but one day I got an animated ad with sound. The sound startled me; unexpected sound is not appreciated. Therefore I deleted the app.

Great Light Hearted Nonstop Gaming
I’ve lived this game since Free Flow — played it everyday for 8 years.
Great New Addition
Great addition to the flow free family. I’m only giving it 2 stars because it’s not consistent with the other games in the family. On this one, restart level is on the right and not in the middle like the others. It’s like they want you to accidentally use your hints by placing that in the middle. Consistency is key and you’ve failed here!
Major flaw
The puzzles are challenging and enjoyable but the [obviously purposeful] swap of the reset and hint buttons are incredibly off putting. To make a change that gamers have been used to in the other Flow games for years seems to prioritise the commercial rather than the customer. I tried the game over the holiday period but I don’t know if I’ll stick with it beyond that.

Enjoy that there is a new pack but I wished the buttons on the bottom matched the other flow free packs. As someone who wants to complete them perfect, I kept clicking the hint button instead of the reset one as I’m used to it being in the center.

Early days for this app, but why design this with controls at the bottom of the screen which are totally different from the four other games. They all have the same controls in the same spots. Guys, go back and change this and make this app consistent with the others.

Unfortunate money grab
I have been very fond of the previous 4 ‘flow’ games and I was happy to pay for the removal of ads and full unlock on the original game that at the time stated it was a one off purchase and would work across all of the games in this series. Unfortunately when I downloaded this instalment of the game series, I was met with a request to pay another £4.99 to remove ads and a full unlock, after contacting support I was told the same and now since I don’t have the funds for the additional payment I have had to delete this game and any others that come out in the future may be downloaded and deleted if this is the same outcome. A very enjoyable game spoiled by the want of extra money from devoted players.
Mostly good, slightly annoying
I’ve been playing various Flow Free games for as long as I’ve had an iPhone, and have a daily streak of over 2,600 days for the original, Bridges, and Hex. I was instantly hooked on this new version and mostly love it, but there is one flaw and unfortunately it’s a big one. For all the other games the control buttons (undo, previous, reset, next, hint) are all in the same place & in the same order. For some reason Shapes has changed that order and placement, and this means it’s very easy to tap on hint when I’m trying to reset. This lack of consistency is the only issue I can find with this otherwise excellent game.
Ridiculous amount of ads
I have been playing Flow Hexes for 2785 days streak (7.5 years)!! That’s EVERYDAY without fail. So when I saw Flow Shapes be released I was so excited for a new challenge however.. the ads on that game are RIDICULOUS. As a loyal player I refuse to pay $8 for no ads. You’ve lost me there. I deleted the game immediately and will continue to play Hexes for free.

Cynical UI design
What a horribly cynical design choice by the dev to swap the location of the ‘restart’ button and the ‘hint’ button from where they’ve been for the last 4 games for many years. It's such an obvious anti-pattern it must be deliberate and it forces regular players to constantly waste hints (and therefore watch ads), as muscle memory will click the hint every time they want to restart - which is common when seeking perfect finishes. This is where communities and gamers need to ensure that such behaviour is called out and challenged, by not supporting the game.

It’s as nice as its predecessor. Only thing I would change is put the restart button at the center instead of the hints button. Since I’m used to play flow free, I almost used the hints

Always like to try something for 39 minutes or so to find out whether it’s worth buying. The pop up adverts on this are so obtrusive I’m close to deleting it rather than buy a copy
