Cannot use on a plane. What’s the point? Really dislike the bridge and rope feature.
Why does this need cell service to work. And 5g isn’t good enough. Downloaded for a flight and impossible to use. It needs strong WiFi or LTE cell. For a game? And the commercials are phobia inducing. Deleted. Don’t waste your time.

Ad spam
Honestly I think this game is super fun but recently it has been spamming ads. After ever single level no matter if you win or lose or if it’s only a minute boom add. It’s horrible honestly and it’s worse because you can’t just shut off your wifi and it costs $10 to shut them off. That’s just ridiculous. I’m really considering just deleting it.
Please make the timer optional
I like this game, a lot actually. Sometimes though, I’d like to just sit and relax and play a puzzle game, but it hard with all the levels being timed. I wish the timer was optional, sometimes I like the challenge, other times it’s infuriating and I end up deleting the game.
PLEASE MOVE THE MAGNET BUTTON
Please move the magnet button to a different part of the screen. It is way too easy to accidentally hit it where it is now. The place that it is on the preview screen in the App Store looks great.
Bait & Switch
This game has nothing to do with finding people blending in with the environment. I'm fed up with the bait & switch ads where the game has nothing to do with their ad. They outlawed kids' commercials that did similar ads. It's time to outlaw these ads!
Fun game- wish it had a reset option
I like the game a lot but I wish there was a way to reset your progress. My kids played a few levels and I really want to go back and work through them myself and now I can’t. I tried deleting the game and redownloading it but nothing works.
Great concept but…
This is a good puzzle game and I’m usually pretty good with this types of games however I find that the timer for these are just a little too short and the frequency for hard and very hard puzzles are too much. Especially when they’re back to back. If you slip up once or twice or the piece does not move immediately (sometimes it took 2 or 3 attempts to move a piece) it’ll cost you way too much time. With five lives, you can be done with a hard level in 5 minutes and then have to wait 2 hours to regain 5 lives unless you want to sit and watch ads after try or like others have said, buy things. Trying to string a number of wins is nearly impossible.
Fun, but they sure want you to spend money!
The game is fun, but like every third level is insanely hard to pass without the tools that you have to pay for. So I go days without playing bc I’m stuck on an impossible level that they CLEARLY want me to pay money to pass.

Enough with sequential very hard levels
This can be a fun game but it becomes more frustrating than fun after multiple sequential Hard or Very Hard levels. The frequency of an “easy” level is about 10% and easy is a relative term.
Levels don’t give enough time
It’s basically a good game. But many times levels are way too Hard and it’s so expensive to buy powers and too difficult to earn extra powers!!! I’ve almost quit many times so it’s just on the edge of a game I’d recommend to play!

Disappointed
Like the game and just made the purchase to take away ads. There is a timer on this game and when you get to level 33. It’s impossible to win level without making more purchases: (more time, extra lives, more coins, etc…) I’m requesting a REFUND $8.65 for the removal purchase of ads and reported the problem to APPLE. I miss the good ol’ days when you could purchase a game & it was yours to keep forever. Another fun but DISAPPOINTING GAME. I deleted the game.

They want money, I will pay for awhile, but it’s continuous and the timer becomes not human capable. Don’t bother unless you just want 20 levels.
Impossible tournament scores ruin the fun 😠
I really enjoy the actual puzzle gameplay of Drop Away, but the Champion's Tournament feels completely rigged. In less than 24 hours after the tournament started, the top spot was taken by a generic name with a score of 995 trophies. To get that many trophies so fast is physically impossible for a real human player. The exact same generic player name is always in first place every single time. It is very obvious that the game uses unfair computer bots to keep real players from ever winning the top rewards. Please fix the matchmaking so real players actually have a fair chance to compete and win. Until the fake accounts are removed, I cannot give this game a higher rating.

I know you can watch videos after you complete a level for double rewards but it forces you to watch one either way. you guys should make it to where you can watch up to 5 videos for 40 coins every 24 hours. I’m on level 1428. It took me a week to get past one of the previous levels. my highest streak is like 400 wins in a row. it’s a great game and it keeps me coming back. but being stuck on the same level for a week. Burning 30-50 lives in a week is a little infuriating. Update. I wasn’t looking for free boosters or trying to say the time limit thing sucks. Honestly some of the time limits are very fair and I do like the challenge I just wanted to give the idea of I made it to the champions leveled the past 3 updates before the button a pillar update but those really had me stumped. I just would really like the ability to watch up to 5 videos fevers 24 hours because you still have to come back and watch them. And run through all your lives to possibly pass it. Before you get to an assist point in about 5 days. 1000 coins for just the freeze and then another 3 days for the magnet. I really think the 200 coins for 5 ads a day would be a great addition. It will boost revenue ontop of keeping people coming back. I just can’t quit this game. I’m way to invested now LOL

Game freezes you don’t get your lost time back and support doesn’t respond. I like the game a lot, but I’m over it.

I love the game but..
I love this game, but we're just buying the stuff is so expensive. I wish it was a little more affordable to actually enjoy playing games with being able to buy the different things to help get to the next level.
Terrible customer service
I paid $11.99 for a no ad bundle and never received the items I purchased. I contact support via chat submitted a screenshot of the purchase and and have not heard back. It has been several days. I have left several messages on chat. I have restarted my phone and the app. I have sent an email and still no one has responded back to my emails. I have not experienced this with a game app before. The game is fun but do not purchase anything because they are thieves!!!

Addicting game, but the time to complete each level is too short. Obviously they want you to buy extra time and other help items but it gets ridiculous.

Great game. Taxing at times. My only gripe or moan is that you are constantly changing the icon. Surely it would be best and to save time to keep to one and spend more time on levels and charging less for extras.

OMG, give an option to get rid of the timer already. It’s the main thing people hate about this game. It’s really quite enjoyable, but there is not near enough time to solve the puzzle. I don’t want to use options to solve it before the timer goes out, I just want to solve the puzzle!!
SSDP (Same Story, Different Puzzle)
Players, be warned. This puzzle game is just like every other game. So long as you have the “consecutive levels won” boosters, it’s fun. Once you run out, you’ll end up stuck on the same level for DAYS because it is not possible to win without a booster. It is literally the same story with every puzzle game. The coins you get for each successful level are truly pathetic (40 w/o watching an ad, 80 w/ad and cheapest booster is 900). The boosters cost about 25x more coins than you get for one successful level MINIMUM. There’s absolutely no option to watch ads for free coins or boosters. When it comes right down to it, it’s just like every other puzzle game out there. You’ll eventually hit a wall and never be able to win without spending lots of money. *sigh* It would be so nice if just one developer actually listened to their players and made some positive changes. Games just aren’t fun anymore because they’re all like this. 😞

Challenging but could be better
The levels and difficulty of this game are challenging especially if you like puzzle games. I do enjoy playing this game but it can be a fast playing time if you don’t purchase coins, which is unfortunate. There are a few things that could/should be updated to improve this fun challenging game to keep players engaged and be something beyond a cash grab game. 1-its ridiculous that you have to wait 20 minutes for a new life to generate, unless you PAY for coins. 2-cost to purchase coins is too much - if a game if good, entertaining and worth paying I have no problem doing so however, to play on or refill lives the cost is 900 coins, you can purchase 1000 (minimum) for $3 3-Wining coins- the ratio for the amount of coins you win per level (40 coins) and the cost to continue is you lose (900 coins) is ridiculous; you have to win 23 levels to be collect the 900 coins…😳 4-Drop Pass - there is something called a Drop Pass that you can purchase HOWEVER, there is no description, image etc to tell you what a drop pass is; it’s at $12.99 Mystery 5-Bundles cost too much - if the bundles were not so expensive then people who don’t mind paying would do so but, $12.99 for 6000 coins?

You get sucked out of the game because of a stupid timer. Otherwise I’d have fun playing it.
Deceiving
Bought a packet for 9.99 for no ads and I still get ads. Also, as you up the game, the levels become extremely hard even those labeled "easy". So you have two choices at this point, stop playing all together or buy coins or packets to move ahead.
