It is stuck on security verification page… no matters what you program in - it wont change the page.
Love it, but
I love this app, but I have to have a code sent to me every time I have to access it. Sometimes I am very busy and just need to quickly login. I select remember my device, but it does nothing. I have to wait for a code. Very annoyed by this.
Login
EVERY time I log in to my account I press “remember device for future log ins” I’m forced to get a second code instead of just taking the password and it NEVER remembers my device. This isn’t a new concept guys.
Upgrade
With the new upgrade is asking for security questions and it’s not letting put the second question and proceed to the main page. I closed the app and reopened and I still have the same problem. Fix the app please
Forced to use this trash app
Never stays signed in, never lets you actually use Face ID, have to get verification email to log in that sometimes takes hours. Money stays pending for an extended period of time.
Annoying and overpriced
Had this app for 2 of my kids. It's successful in funding their meal accounts however the entire workflow on the app is terrible. The remember my device nor the biometric login ever work and they force you to use 2fa every single time you login. I'm ok with that once in a while but but not every time. Sure there's a remember this device checkbox but it's useless. When you do get in it still lists my student who graduated years ago and forces you to confirm hit the "later" button. No tech support. Just call your district whatever that means. And then there is the cost. $2.25 doesn't sound like much but when it's per transaction just to out money in? Come on. Should be the max it costs and make other transfers a small percentage.
Login frustrating
This app is easy to use to add money but I have to constantly re-enter my password, then get a text code EVERY SINGLE TIME. Banking apps don’t even give you that much grief. It refuses to remember your credentials or offer a way to use a passkey.
Won’t load
App doesn’t work/load anything half the time.
When it wants to work it’s fine
The log in for this app is moody. Half the time it works no problem. The other half it will not register my face as login, it says my password is wrong, and it takes over 20 mins to send a code to change it and it gives an error.
Works great
This app works great, BUT….what is this “program fee” when checking out? Also, if the kids pay with cash for “extras”, it should show “paid with cash” so we as parents know. And it should show payments for the whole year instead of partial.
Glitch
The app never moves beyond the second identity question. I haven’t been able to sign on since I got it.
Runs janky
Runs slow, never remembers device, and constantly having to change password.
App Name is Wrong
If your school district / teacher says that something can be paid for on “My School Bucks” and the app logo says “My School Bucks” and the website is called “My School Bucks” then the app name should not be “MSB Parent, USA”. I tried leaving this feedback directly instead of as a review, but only saw a call in number for support (which usually is a positive in this world so keep it up, just maybe add an inbox option). Once the app name is changed so I can use iOS Spotlight/Search to find “My School Bucks” I can always change my review.
App is worthless
Every time you go to use the app it makes you log in via the www instead so what’s the point in the app at all?! Now customer service AGAIN. Connect the app to this and that…why? What for?!?? We are trying to give them lunch money; why’s it so difficult. Save the $3 charge on worthless app and Send your kid with a check instead.
Meh
This app is so annoying in ways it shouldn’t be considering how simple the concept is. It’s set up to log in via facial recognition for me, but it still requires authentication via a texted code every single time I log in even though I always check the remember this device button. Adding funds to multiple accounts is clunky and time consuming compared to previous apps used by the school and transferring funds between student accounts is limited in really stupid ways.
Needs unlimited transfers
If I have two kids I should be able to transfer $$ back and forth limitless
Bad coding
I am trying to sign up. For the website version, The verification code was never sent to my email. Checked the spam. Also, on the app to sign up, it asked me to pick security questions. Then, the page blanked out. Catch 22. Not able to make it work. Horrible coding. Someone got to fix those obvious errors
Issue
Currently my app is not in sync with the correct data that is on line. I have looked for an update and don’t see one. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still not syncing

Great concept. Bad execution. The app is so buggy.
Outrageously expensive
Each time I recharge a kid‘s meal account - it cost me $3.75. Monthly reload make this a hidden cost $45/yr or $135 for three kids for this ‚free‘ app. This is outrageous. You get charged for the privilege to pay. I do not think so!
