Not User Friendly.
This mobile application is essentially an app wrapper for a an existing web application. However, the user experience is currently lacking. In particular, when attempting to review submitted claims, it can be difficult to determine their progress as the text in the card is all the same color. Additionally, there are issues with the interactive elements within the user interface. In comparison to the original FWD Moments App, the quality of this app is noticeably lower. We kindly request improvements to be made.

I’ve had some back troubles and my coverage includes physio. FWD makes it so easy to claim - I typically do it while booking a next appointment… takes less than a minute and just take a photo of the receipt. No fuss, no hassle. And FWD almost always paying the claim within 24 hours or less.
