Great experience
I am really grateful for my experience with Lizabeth from Skillsta! She helped me out tremendously and grateful this team will go out of their way to help with any problems! That goes a long way! Thankyou again!
Try to cancel
I saw they were charging me $38 and decided it was too much. I tried to cancel my subscription and suddenly there were issues on their end and their email no longer worked. Don’t subscribe. Don’t download.
Great Customer Service
The app itself wasn’t for me but when I couldn’t figure out how to cancel the right way Lisbeth was seriously helpful and prompt. Thank you for your help Lisbeth!
Cobros de mas
No te avisan q cobraran de mas ta q la app cobra y ademas tus cursos pero crees q solo pagas una vez y te cobran dos
It’s Ok
It can use some improvement. Let us be able to tap and hold on the note we need to hear once more instead of making us exit out of the exercise. I have a very difficult time remembering how the note sounds that I’m trying to practice. Other apps are better because they allow the repeat of the note within the exercise.
Review is for support team
Support team member Lisbeth made it easy of me to resolve issues I ran into, even talked to the manager to run my case by them without me having to push for it at all. Appreciated the extra effort she put in to address my concern with best outcome!
Buyer Beware
Stupid app. Doesn’t work well and T&C are predatory. Got a random charge for $122 after not using app for ages. Had to google to determine which shady app I was allegedly subscribed to. Super shady avoid at all costs
Fundamental Skills
Basic fundamental skills good for improving basic emotional intelligence. Ran into a couple questions and Lizbeth from the support team was very quick to respond with kindness and very helpful. Grateful to have support with the app when needed.
Propaganda enganosa
Eu paguei pelo aplicativo, paguei o plano e ele não me deixa usar mostrando constantes links para fechamento de pacote. Impossível usar
Tech support
Lisbeth was super quick and very courteous in resolving my issue. So very thankful
Great Customer Service
Victoriia was great with handling my request when I contacted customer service support. Very thorough in her research and explanation.
ROBBERY!!!!
This app is a scam!!! There are multiple different charges once you download - charges that are not clearly made known to you! I contacted them to stop the charges and they canceled one and left another one open. Billing me $38 a month until discovered. I don’t even remember the lessons from the trial that it was supposed to be so clearly they weren’t that helpful at all.
Support Team
The app looked great but unfortunately current personal issues meant I couldn’t commit to it. I therefore had to end my subscription. I got in a bit of a muddle when doing this and emailed the support team to help sort it out. Lisbeth on the support team dealt with my issue and she was excellent. Her contact was prompt and her instructions concise and understandable. She really put me at ease and resolved the issue quickly. She went the extra mile, in my opinion. Excellent service 🏴
Cobranças indevidas
Conteúdo não é ruim, mas a assinatura é cheia de dark patterns e me cobrou múltiplas vezes com o plano já cancelado.
Promissing App
The App has a great support team.
Good customer serice
Lisbeth was great and helped me with a problem with my subscription.
Slop
It’s subscription slop. You cannot use this app without paying. Absolutely ridiculous and dishonest.
Subscription query
After signing up for what I thought was a weeks trial my bank was showing a pending payment for another plan. When I reported this and requested a refund Lisbeth was very quick to reply and sorted out a refund. The App itself was not what I thought. It is quite misleading when you specify one need and you are presented with something different.
Challenges won’t work
I’m halfway through the very interesting lessons of the creative writing course but my challenges are still blocked which is probably a big but very frustrating because I cannot practice what im learning!
Great customer service
I tried the one month trial but mistakenly signed up for more than I expected. When I raised it, they refunded my money and cancelled my subscription. They were very nice to deal with and very helpful.
Gracias Olha
Im very pleased with your help and understanding in this matter. Thank you for your kindness
SCAM
This app is a scam! I was fraudulently charged over $80 in less than a month that I did not authorize even after canceling the subscription. Their “support” email just gaslights you and sends links that supposedly lead to getting a refund but they were all dead ends. Then they stopped communicating all together. So predatory and criminal! And they’re getting away with it. Do not buy this app!
So fun
If you’re looking to challenge your writing skills, this is a really fun way to do it and I’ve had a blast over the past few months getting to write silly characters and silly little short stories
Not very practical
I tried to apply skills but it felt I wasn’t getting better
Recovery of payment
I purchased a trial offer before going on holiday. So I had not started it and then received another charge which I wasn’t aware of. I contacted the company to cancel the subscription and had the charge dropped. I wanted to find out how good the offer was before making a decision to continue. The support staff were very helpful.
Lisbeth
Lizbeth was very helpful in her customer service role. I appreciate her speed and accuracy in resolving issues!
Not trustworthy
Be aware that they constantly want you to buy an extra program. I couldn't even use it once without interruption. Then I asked for cancellation 3 times with no response. Finally, after three months I succeeded in canceling it. And also realized they are charging me $40 per month. How does Apple allow such an app to even function in their store? It is nothing like what you see in their advertising. A waste of money and time.
Thank you
Skillsta’s team offered a prompt and fair response after a billing mixup. This made me more excited about exploring this take app’s potential! Good people. Gratefully, Rebecca R
Prueba
Amigos como quieren que pague una suscripción si no ha dado ni una muestra de que puedo aprender en la plataforma. Primero denme así sea un curso para yo poder tomar esa decisión…
Unclear
I was following the direction and ready to follow the step when another direction was given. Unclear how to record voice
Wonderful Service
I reached out to cancel my subscription. I had overlooked the auto renewal details. I was expecting an uphill battle to get my money back. However, I was almost immediately surprised to see that they had reached out to me to rectify the error. Lisbeth was wonderful at taking care of me and issuing me a refund and cancellation quickly and kindly. Very happy with the service and understanding!
Scam
Can’t sign in after signing up now being charged $50 through their web app. Please check the reviews online. Apple should remove this app
Customer Service Team
Thanks to the Customer Service team for sorting my refund out promptly. It was greatly appreciated. These days when you send an email for a returned payment you wonder if it will get answered. It did and I am now grateful for your help. Particularly Iris and Olha. Cheers
Disappointed. Don’t waste your money.
This app was helpful at first but I kept running into road blocks where the lessons weren’t complete. I 129.99 for a year subscription and was happy with that. Then I saw there was an update. I thought “great, now I can finally get the rest of these lessons.” Now I’ve lost all my progress, I’d maxed out almost all available lessons, and surprise! I keep being offered a free gift. A 1 year subscription for 69.99. Almost half what I paid. Don’t waste your time. I want my money back.
Great Customer Service
I found the customer service team super helpful and responsive
Subscription
I accidentally subscribed to this and didn’t realize. The whole team was super helpful!! Very nice, very professional, and helped me any time they could. Definitely one of the nicest and most helpful customer service teams I have had the pleasure of talking to lately. These days you get thrown around to computers which usually leads to no help but not here. Thank you guys again! :)))
Poor content
I downloaded this wanting an app to help me with creative writing, paid $20 and was so disappointed. The content was at best generic and was in no way helpful. After a couple of days, I deleted the app. I did not sign up for a subscription, but somehow was charged an additional $50 3 months after the initial purchase. This is not listed in my app subscriptions. I can’t find any way to stop them from charging me $ without having my credit card company stop it. DO NOT USE THIS APP
Good customer service
I enrolled but decided not to do it and they refunded with no issues. I had wanted to enrol through the app and my apple account instead of the website. The support was quick and easy. Thank you.
Would not recommend - technical issues and pretty lame content
The app often shuts down randomly, and I honestly don‘t think you‘ll improve any skills by using it. Might be fun input if it was free, but from a paid plan, I expect more. Lessons are basic and the methodology questionable. For example, in a fake dialog you don‘t type in your „real“ answer to then by analyzed, but you choose from three pre-written options and are then told „actually, the right answer would have been secret option 4“. Save your money
Unsure
I found this app a bit confusing and didn’t pursue it after a few attempts. When asked questions after a given scenario, often time it didn’t give me options that worked for me, causing me to choose options that weren’t true to me, resulting in inaccurate suggestions and conclusions, on their part. I personally felt that the multiple choices were a bit extreme and didn’t not help create my true essence.
A winner!
Skillsta was very helpful and I give them an A+!!!
Scamm app
This is a horrible app they steel my money keep making too much transaction in the same day
Great support
I subscribed and accidentally purchased some extra guide while trying to leave the tab on instagram. It didn’t ask for my Face ID like the subscription, so I didn’t consent to the purchase. As soon as noticed the purchase, I contacted the support and in a couple of hours they refunded me for that extra guide. Although they helped and refunded me in no time, I still didn’t like non-authorized purchase - so that’s something they could improve.
Basic
Basic content needs work and much more detail
Not worth it
Some good information scattered here and there but overall very generic, unhelpful lessons that are frustratingly unrealistic. Also, typos. The entire app feels like it’s created by an AI rather than a real person, and certainly not by anyone with actual expertise in the areas of communication or social skills.
Metálico y empalagoso
Ese olor que me lleva a esa noche.
Not helpful
I’m trying the singing section of the app and finding it incredibly frustrating. The exercises seem well designed, but they play a tone once and expect you to remember it. And I’m not sure that the app is picking up the correct tone that I’m singing. I may be off but it’s indicating I’m way off. But the fact that I can’t replay the tone or sing with a tone is more frustrating than it is helpful.
Great Service
Customer service team was easy to work with. They responded and provided solution very quickly.
Charged money
This app is ok but it doesn’t help me learn at all. I canceled subscription last month however for some reason they still charge me this month without annouce me. So I dont have good experience with it at all.
Review
The functionality of the app is great. Nice and simple. I think asking for a review after lesson 1 is far too early. I haven’t seen enough content to asses how good this app is.
