Very helpful!

I find it very helpful in choosing new supplements to buy, and also scoring the current ones I have, so I can decide if I want to buy them again. It is limited for certain companies, but you can request a report be done, I have done that, but at this point have not seen any updates on if there are/going to be done. Overall I like this app, and like the real scientific testing and articles you read/receive about new research being done.

Can only use 3times a month😂

I was using it to try to improve my rating on my vitamin choices. Accessed it 3 times and after got a prompt to upgrade and pay to continue access it this month. I have to wait a month to use it again for free.😂 Use your 3 times wisely!😳

Don’t even sample a single supplement without consulting this app

I’ve been using supplements for years trusting a family member and chemist to study the aspects in this app independently which is a lot of work. So many supplement companies sponsor the studies on their own products so some results cannot be trusted. This app is based on independent research that actually can be trusted and shows the values on multiple aspects of the supplement itself and the brand. I’m simply never not using this info to stay informed about the value and safety of my health supplements. There are many other offerings through the app I have not tried but would consider at some point. There is so much value in the free version alone!

Mostly accurate

I enjoy using this app! It’s simple and lists most of my supplements. I have to take away 1 star, only because they rated my Liver Detox “very poor”. Which isn’t accurate. I had dangerous enzyme levels showed up on my blood test. So the doc retested my liver 4 days later, where I took the 2 capsules daily in that short time… and my enzyme levels were Perfect! So the “very poor” supplement I used worked great!

Hard to trust

Some products are rated low due to blatantly incorrect or inconsequential information. Hence, I am not sure what I would use this app for.

Don’t let the TrustScore convince you to throw away great supplements.

I downloaded this app because I’m obsessed with researching supplements and wanted another tool to help me build the best stack possible. At first, I thought the TrustScore was exactly what I was looking for… until I started comparing it to products that are widely recommended by doctors and backed by strong clinical research. That’s when I realized the score doesn’t necessarily reflect how effective or evidence-based a supplement is. It appears to heavily weigh things like company transparency, certifications, and publicly available documentation. Those are important, but they’re only part of the picture. A few of my supplements—including ones that are commonly recommended by specialists and have excellent clinical evidence—received surprisingly average scores. If I didn’t already spend a lot of time researching supplements, I might have replaced them based solely on the number. The app has a clean interface and provides useful information, but I think it needs to do a better job explaining what the TrustScore actually represents. Without that context, it’s easy for users to assume a lower score means “bad supplement,” when that isn’t necessarily true. It’s a helpful research tool—but use it as one piece of the puzzle, not the final answer.

Just stated using but amazing so far.

This look to be something that will really helpfully revise my supplement plan and something we will use each week. My only negative which why only 4 stars is you should be able to pick more than 3 goals.

Just what I was looking for

So lately I have been really trying to streamline all the vitamins and supplements that I have been taking. I realized I was taking quite a few and not really sure which ones I truly needed. In addition, I’ve been actually thinking about the quality of the vitamins and supplements I take and are they really the best ones that I could be using. I don’t know if Facebook read my mind or what but this app came up in a Facebook ad and it really truly meets exactly what I have been looking for. Scan all my supplements and vitamin bottles in and it tells me the quality and it also calculates if I really need them or not or what percentages of what vitamins I am truly getting from all these supplements, I was able to get rid of a few and also realize one vitamin that I should be taking a little bit more of. In addition, it helps determine better quality of vitamins and also helps with budgeting as well. It tells you how much you’re spending on vitamins and gives you suggestions for ones that could be just as good but perhaps less expensive. It really is a very well-thought-out app works terrific well done! Update to review as 7/21/26 - an update update came through and now the chat feature button which used to be very prevalent on the app has been removed and replaced with a shop button not a cool change and it feels like this app is going in a may not be happy in. It seems like a focus on Shopping is coming through and to remove a feature. A main reason for my upgrade to the pro version and bury that chat feature somewhere within the rest of the app where it’s very hard to find not a friendly move and not cool and makes I perhaps would not have paid for this so I need to scale back on my glowing review that I had posted earlier

Great UI and features, but the app makes my phone hot

I really like the UI, the features that the app has, and how intuitive it is. My only complaint is that every time I use the app, it makes my phone run hot after a few minutes. I have the iPhone 17 Pro, so I’m not sure what it is about the app that would be taxing on any of the components in the latest iPhone model, but the app causes the battery to start draining slightly quicker. If there is a way to optimize the app for this iPhone model, I’d bump my review from 4 stars to 5!

Canadian

Love the concept and hope to complete my stack but as a Canadian, many of our high quality brands are not listed. Creating new lists using the bar code photograph does not seem to support working for this situation also. This is a very cool app however, just wished it was more Canadian friendly. Michelle

Not Trustworthy

Purchased SuppCo Pro. Many of the supplements that I was taking had not been rated. Also, I noted that the highest rated supplements were by far the most expensive—suspicious, but as they weigh third party testing highly, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Soon, I received a notice that I was invited to the “buyers club.” Here I could purchase the most highly rated supplements and receive 30% credit for subsequent purchases. Sounds good right? Wrong, now SuppCo profits directly from sales. I enquired and the assured me they did not. I was born at night, but not last night. More of the same, another supplement SCAM.

Horrible app/ complete scam

It doesn’t have all the facts when it rates supplements. Like for my melaleuca supplements it rated them 4/10 because it claims it lacks a third party testing. It goes through vigorous testing, including third-party testing. It also says it’s not accredited and it’s accredited by the BBB. Then it rates supplements that you can get from the pharmacy shelves as 9/10. It rated the Orgain plant based protein powder as 9.5 and states that it’s completely safe and free of heavy metals when in actuality it is has toxic levels of lead in it as reported from consumer reports. So this app does not do its research. Do not waste your money because once you sign up they take your money and they will not refund you when you realize that it’s all a scam.
