What people like
- Great live broadcast quality
- Easy to use for basics
- Lots of tournament info available
What they complain about
- Time zones are confusing and wrong
- New design is hard to navigate
- Hard to find women's match results
New design
New design is awful, impossible to understand the logic it follows, hard to navigate and to find results and matches to come. Please do something
How can you NOT show all the results of the day right away???
You go into the app to check in the results from the first or second game of the day, and if they’re already in the 5th or 6th game, it’s impossible to find. Not friendly at all. Useless, even.
Used to love this app
Latest major changes have made me dislike this app. I am not able to see the bracket of the tournaments. I cant see the results of all women matches. The initial animation when I open the app pauses my media. Hope that these are fixes on sight.

The new design
No way to find the next matches, only men and no women at the same page. Impossible to find women matches now. I’m not interested in following anyone but the tournament and now it’s very difficult.
Good but.. .
I think the app is good but would be great if it translate or convert the hour of the matches to the local zone hour you are, cause they play in a lot of different cities that you don’t end up knowing very well what hour the app means
Redesigned to make it less useful
With new design, navigating the events is always harder. Upcoming matches separated, no way to view draws, player list with no search, and so on. The designer only cares about the pretty picture, but not about UX
Video principio
Easy but lacks info
This app is easy to use and to navigate, however many important infos aren’t shown such as the starting times of the matches…you would need to check those online. But overall good app
Times
The time, should be, according your region or country. This si so confusing
Actualizar
Where are the brackets?
Since the new UI I can’t find the brackets round by round. I can see the schedule but not a layout of the knockouts
Improvements
Please include automatic match time according to location. Additionally, the live score screen is very delayed from the actual score.
Programa y horarios
More content, time zone converted schedules
The app is evolving but there are some things that are urgent, namely please convert games schedules to the time zone the user is in, use location services. Also we need more content please, we need interviews with players, more of their life, more backstage action. Look at F1 app and there’s a good example of a fan focused app. Thank you
Nada
Si me gustó
Issues with login
Can’t login with my credentials or create a new account. No access to app completely. Please fix it.
Almost there
We need to have the game schedules, without them we are a bit lost. In the games section, it should be possible to see the details of the games and the players.
Genial PPadel
Still under construction
