Competitive mode in the game
I love this game. I played the original subway surfers back when I was 4 and im now 11. This game is way smoother than the original. But, i do want competitive mode in this game. I feel that the game will have a lot mor sales if there were competitive mode. Bring competitive mode back!!!

New vs Old
So this is like a sequel for the last subway surfers, with more details and more graphics, I really like how they add more boosts and like the devs took a lot of time to make this game but like, I think there’s no point of a sequel honestly! The old one gave nostalgic vibes we all had as kids. But like if they just wanted to test this project I understand, and maybe they could’ve had the bubblegum ability to the original, but over all this game is very great!
Too many changes
Every time i start to like this game a new update comes along and ruins the gameplay. After every update there’s either an gameplay change or something else that changes the dynamics of the entire game which might feel refreshing to the developers but is pretty annoying to most users.

Ok let me talk about how much my friend has been yapping about subway surfer city at first I didn’t think I wanted to dawnload it until on Day I decided to do it immediately I played it I started regretting hey I didn’t download it the minute it came out I was obsessed with it is so much fun and animated which is cool Download it NOW!!!!
New daily system
Please bring back how dailies used to be. You only get 1 chance which is lame. And also, I used to watch ads there for the boxes. Not sure why they would have less ads in the game? Will no longer be playing until daily trails is updated to more than one try per day. Having different levels on each one is frustrating
Amazing, better than original BUT… there’s a problem
The graphics are good, overall seems like a nice sequel to the original game BUT I found it to be somewhat less responsive and has some mis-inputs - like up/down swipes get registered as right/left swipes sometimes. So pls fix that issue.

Better the OG?
It’s slightly better than the original game, but there’s one major issue: every time I finish a run, an ad immediately pops up. It gets frustrating and makes the game less enjoyable. It’s a good game overall, but I’m probably going to stop playing for now. Please fix this issue and remove the ads that appear after every gameplay session. If the ads are reduced or removed, I’d be happy to come back and play again. This would make the game much more enjoyable and playable.

A fun spin on the Surfers formula, but loads of lagging & crashing!
Been a fan of the Subway Surfers franchise for 12 years straight now, and played this game on open BETA. I love the art style, graphics, music, the characters and boards having unique powers, the different districts you can play on, the speed of the game also gives it a more interesting challenge & I do like how it expands on the universe’s “lore”. Overall a nice change of pace of the simple, yet effective formula of Subway Surfers. But the reason I’m making this review is because this game is so unperformative, for instance everytime I try to do a regular run or finish a run the game would either crash or the ad would mute the entire game like it’s some form of a punishment for simply not reviving myself. 85% of the times I’ve played this game it would freeze on me, the game also lags often and it makes the gameplay overall even more frustrating & the frame rate of this game is bad. I also despise the introduction of the player tokens, especially that getting these little tokens come in little chicken nugget boxes of 1-3 of them where to unlock a character you need 100 of them. At least make it a little more fair to get player tokens. I would probably rate this game a little more higher if the guys over SYBO fixes the game’s performance issues.

Dear developer, Can i ask why have we reduced the ticket capacity from 20 -> 5 ? (400% decrease in capacity!) If i don’t have time through the day.. at least at night i can spend some time doing events and weakly.. but now it feels like i am forced to pick up the game every 1 hour if i want any hope of completing the weekly + trials + maps! Past review: 1.Don’t lock new characters behind pay wall: FIXED! Original: Just download and play… it has improved on the subway surfers formula in every aspect..!
Constantly drops frames on iOS
I really like this game; it’s so polished and highly playable. The issue for me is, I have this game on iOS (17 Pro Max) and on Android (Vivo X300 Pro) and the Android experience is far superior. On 17 Pro Max running 26.5.2 the game constantly drops frames - often causing me to crash. I don’t know anyone else has experienced this, but I do hope it improves in the future.

The game itself is fun, but the ads have become extremely annoying. Even when I don’t choose the double reward by watching an ad, the game still forces ads on me. It completely ruins the gameplay experience. Too many unskippable ads make it frustrating to play. Because of this, I’m deleting the game. Please reduce the forced ads. ⭐☆☆☆☆
Addictive and fun
I have personally found this game to be extraordinarily addictive, quite possibly because it’s one of the few F2P games where, given enough time, you can unlock all characters and boards. If a character or a board are behind paywall, then they shall likely become available in the future, as was the case with Georgie, for instance. Some characters are significantly underpowered compared to others, like the signature Jake character, which is underwhelming. Additionally, sometimes apps bombard me after every run ends. Outside of those instances, it’s all good.
Bug with Ads
Dear Dev team, the Google Gemini and Swiggy Instamart together advertisement has issue. They don’t close after granting rewards.

You got the point reading the title. The game is great, i still play the classic even thought i own a top tier gaming pc (rtx5090,9800x3d). I recently found out that this app was latest and gave it a try. Game is great but the progression is entirely ad driven. Unlike in classic where one can collect as many coins or keys and use them and ad is just a alternative here in this game progression is entirely ad driven or waste your time waiting there is no grind and get, there is only either watch the ad or sit idle for next day. I already purchased a random pack to get rid of forced ads but still the game is frustrating and unplayable. I come back to play only 3 min and find my self blocked by the wait for some hours or a day all the time or watch ads!!!

Fix City Run
The game is way better than the first but i have a huge issue with city run, i enjoy the challenges where you need to do certain things, but the challenges that restrict you from moving in one of the four directions are way more of an annoyance than anything fun which makes alot of the levels feel just like things that are in the way when some feel like actually enjoyable gameplay

It’s okay.. I like how you guys changed Lucy and some of the other characters and made them look better, I just wish you had more of the characters from the normal subway surfers. I love how you can play in multiple places! Oh and I almost forgot, it’s too easy. You need to reach level eight to edit your damn profile🙄 and I started playing now and I’m level ten like bruh.if you can fix these things, then five stars, up until then, three stars is all I’m giving you. This was H.V number one jax, tadc hh and hb fan! Bye!
For the long haul! (And then some)
I got into this shortly after playing the OG subway surfers, and I can easily say that this is a second favorite when it comes to my library of games that I currently have. From the revamped/original characters and boards that go with each character to the daily events and other things in between and also all the locations that are lockable while there are only a few, they are definitely diverse from downtown Subway City to the national Park vibe of DeLorean Park to the mysterious underground labyrinth of the undertracks there’s definitely a lot of variety and even though there’s a paywall to quite a few things, the good news is once you make a payment on anything the forced ads are immediately removed, though you will still have to watch ads to get a better rewards also the subway pass for each season while it is a little steep for some. It is reasonably priced with all the stuff that comes with it. This is definitely worth picking up even if you haven’t played Subway surfers before. There’s no excuse to say no at least here. -The Toon critic P.S. A few things I do recommend if the devs Are seeing this 1. Adding more characters from the OG Subway surfers such as Catherine from the rival season as well as the rest of the rivals cast a few others I can think of for Audrey from the Sydney season Tony from New York as well as rain from New York pride month as well as boards to go along with them along with whoever else you can think of 2. Adding more districts here’s a few ideas that I came up with: 1. A skate park to go with the skating theme. 2. An industrial Park with businesses and what not. 3. A transit terminal to go with the subway theme that is abundant in the game. 4. A construction site of some kind of similar to the docks. 5. A historic downtown with a Townhall and such (the Townhall is something you can go into similar to the natural history museum in DeLorean Park) 3. Adding more unique outfits for all the surfers I don’t know of any of the top of my head but if you have any ideas, please make it happen.
Disappointed after update
Thay changed the board charge settings after some time I unlocked the board use my 100 character cards and got bubble gum board but after update they changed bubble gum setting from coin to board charge I’m deleting this game
Good game
I like this game very much a and have installed in almost all phones. The thing I like is that Jake on level 8 we get a free board at the starting of the run. But it is very disheartening that this game said we get to open the piggyback after every 30,000 coins we collect. But it takes some amount of my coins. And when it was filled, it was saying to pay ₹220 to open it.
Please respect hardware mute
I prefer not to blast game sounds in public places so always have my hardware muted - for some reason this game doesn’t care. I turned off all the game sounds so I don’t have to keep turning my video sound down when I want to play but that means I never get game sounds even when home. Just respect my preferences! Otherwise the game shows promise I think. I like that you pretty quickly unlock a lot of surfers, I do think new game modes are rolled out too quickly, I barely understand why I am filling out like 3 different progression tracks at any given time.
Fun but unplayable cause ads
The new mechanics are fun and mix up the game enough without to make it feel fresh but not feel like it went off the rails. However, the fact they give you an option for a free revive if you watch an ad, then still give you an ad after you declined is very greedy and seriously hinders the gaming experience. Do not give an ad with no reward after the player declines an ad with reward.

Dear developer , When the endless run started. The sound is not work for about 4-5 sec , then starts, In previous update, that wont happen, So kindly do the needful
It’s fun but extremely glitchy!
At start the game was fun and I think I’d still be having fun with it if it wasn’t so laggy. It constantly glitches and massive lag spikes ruin the experience. I’ll be at around 100,000 points and then a 12 second long lag spike will happen and when it ends I’m just dead.

There are so many ads every time I end a run I get an ad if I don’t have any soda cans and I wanna revive I have to watch a ad so there’s really nothing you can do
