Well, The Game Could be Great…
I love this game. It’s a fun Harry Potter-esque spin on the Roguelike formula with some unique mechanics. Where’s the problem? Well, there’s a major glitch right now and the last 4 messages I have sent to Support (over the course of a year or more) have gone unanswered. I’m a Customer Service supervisor and I don’t let inquiries go a day without being answered, let alone a year. Rollic should be ashamed of themselves. When you create a game like this but decide to neglect the support end of the operation, it just reeks of greed. Like, “we won’t answer your messages, BUT WE WILL HAPPILY TAKE YOUR MONEY [insert Mr. Krabs meme here.]” I can’t recommend this game until the support issue has been resolved. Once it has been, I will happily change my rating and update my review. This knock-off Hogwarts is one wizard in school that - for now - you should ignore your acceptance letter to.
Glitchy
I like the game but it will not allow me to complete stage 5 now cause it keeps crashing & making me restart the stage all over again & redoing the same stage over & over, so I was hoping this can be fixed, Thank you! :)
Crashes
I downloaded this game and I ain’t going to lie it’s a fun game. But after several minutes of trying to play it. It lagged severally and crashed out on several occasions. These games need its bugs ironed out before downloading
Character Selection Screen Bugged
Would be 5 stars if not for this weird bug
Issues since update.
I love playing the game but since the update 5 days ago in the middle of playing the game will just stop working and take me back to my Home Screen. Each day I come back and play in hopes that the issue has been resolved and it continues to happen. I hope this can be resolved soon.

Great game. I enjoy playing this and the variety of spells my only issue is my farm/pet area. I can’t click on the rocks,eggs etc to get the extra supplies that appear every so often. I can drag and drop my pets but that’s it
Needs help
Game is legitimately fun, but it crashes constantly, lags intensely every time there’s a lot of enemies, and overheats my phone so fast you’d think it was a crypto miner. Maybe it is. They did a huge update with loads more content, but it did nothing for the problems, made them even worse actually. It’s basically unplayable, which is sad.
Lost Rewards
The game is fun. Especially in the beginning. It has a large array of spells and items. However, the rewards, especially the items, seem to vanish and disappear when you check for them, especially the equipment. Which makes it more frustrating, because you get some good loot and then it’s all gone and all you have is gold and the flowers.
Serious issues
Paid to remove adds a few days ago. Worked that session, then the game failed to refresh the counters for 2 days so could not accomplish anything. Updated the game and now says I haven’t purchased anything. Restore purchases button did nothing except turn into contact us button which does absolutely nothing. Really enjoyed playing the game up to this point, but will not continue if purchases are not honored.
Major bugs
I was loving this game, but the last update made a mess and the game is now unplayable.
Dailies won’t reset
The dailies on my app are frozen and won’t reset. Otherwise, the game has been great

The game crashes a lot, and i have an iphone 13 up to date. When a swarm of monsters come in my game crashes and i have to re open the app.

Stick with it
I started playing this and really enjoy the gameplay. It is slow, very slow but steady progress after you get past the first 20 levels. I don’t spend much money. I think I’ve spent 10.00-15.00 dollars so far. I don’t want to spend much at all since there’s not a guide available from outside sources. I’ll keep playing 😊. One suggestion for developers… We have a ‘merge’ function to merge equipment, but it would be amazing to have a ‘deconstruction’ type feature. It would be especially nice to make intentional sets of gear/equipment, like a set of moonweaver, enchanter, druid and phoenix.
Potential but falls short
I really enjoy rogue type games and this game is ok in that genre but it takes a little too long as far as getting new wands and upgrades and the difficulty level spikes up fast compared to the upgrades.

Am I happy the game updated yes. But it keeps crashing in the middle of it. Can’t play a game I enjoy if it keeps this up. Would hate to have to switch to another

Bugs bugs bugs. Invisible walks on levels stop you from moving. Worst is equipment you win on levels don’t get transferred to you after the level.
Great but…
At a point, the game becomes pay to win. That’s okay with me (for now) because I still get my dopamine rush even though it’s repetitive. I have been saving up to upgrade to a better wand. I was on my way there (okay still far away but doing my best), and my fat finger accidentally clicked 10 draw of the chests - which is bought with 2700 gems. It didn’t say “are you sure?” And instead took my hard earned gems - and gave me garbage! Womp womp womp. I think that’s what I would change about this game - confirming large purchases of chests. This is the second time it’s happened and I can imagine rage quitting if my fat fingers cause me to be robbed again. But! The game is fun! I enjoy it a lot. You decide if you watch ads or not, and I love that. Some days I don’t mind and could use the extra bonuses but other times I’m between work calls and want to just do a quick run. Also for some reason dashing doesn’t work when trying to go to the upper left. Could absolutely be my phone, so I have not included that in the Star review.
I’m confused
This game was fun, and I was doing well— slowly, but surely, upgrading things to win levels. Then all of a sudden, every level, every challenge— no matter how much exp I gather, no matter which bosses/elites beaten, I’m not given a SINGLE skill upgrade?? Not one, from the beginning of each level I try. What’s going on??? Fix this now.
Game frozen and bugged
After the game was booted up, and I was on the main screen it will not let me do anything. It won’t let me click on any button. And it’s also saying that I am on level 99 which is not right . Please add the option to report problems in the app .
Latest update
Everything works fine, except I am currently unable to clean up pet area, I can redeem the eggs and upgrade them, but cannot select items inside the fenced area, although it does let me move the pets around. Wanted to give an update.
Update broke the game
I have many hours and money spent into this game. At the moment I can’t play the game. I emailed “support” 5 days ago and didn’t even get a courtesy we received your email and get back to you. Considering the amount of money I spent alone which is in the hundreds it is a slap in the face when no one reaches back out with a simple we are aware of the issue and will get back to you.
Minor issues
When using a lot of abilities and getting over run with monsters the game starts to lag and then I’m losing hearts because of the lag. Another issue that needs resolved is maybe making a setting to where you can turn off damage numbers. There has been countless times I’ll get hit by a monster throwing something and because of all the numbers bombarding the screen I don’t notice it. I don’t need to see how much damage I’m doing honestly
Needs to be fixed
Was really enjoying the game, but apparently the more I play the more broken it becomes. Just reached level twenty and the daily store no longer updates, the daily challenges countdown has been stuck in 16 hours for 4 days, the perks from the great hall don’t work with each other, and every time I try to claim earnings from patrol I get zero. Not to mention that the game will periodically crash for no reason. Probably going to delete but If these issues were fixed great game
Unimpressed
I like to play games to waste time or while I am waiting. This isn’t a good game to play as there’s plenty of paywalls and progress caps. If you could trade gems/gold for stamina more than the amount of skip cards they give you daily it may equal out. I’ve been on for a few weeks and have made some minor purchases. Needless to say, this is a play for 10–15 minute game 2 times daily because you run out of stamina whether you watch all the adds or buy it with gems. Need more stamina regeneration/methods to buy them. Other than only being able to play it 1 or 2 times a day it’s a fun rng survival game. If it wasn’t decent I would have given it a 2

Every time I try to play a round the app crashes and kicks me.

Invisible Walls Issue
Since the latest update, my character randomly runs into invisible walls in the middle of the map. The only way to move past is to dash, but usually hitting the invisible wall makes me get hit by enemies so I lose health. I’ve also noticed that dash isn’t as responsive so sometimes I still get hit because my character doesn’t move when I swipe. Not sure if this is a lag issue. Oh, and please remove the damage numbers. In big crowds, the damage numbers on screen block view of enemies so I can’t see where I need to go or avoid.

Jipped
Purchased the magic mastery card the ad free card and the great wizard card. Game just updated yesterday and and I lost my magic mastery card. And don’t feel the need to pay 5 bucks when it was already purchased. Bummed.
Pretty good but…
Enjoying the game, but there seems to be no explanation for what the objects with the yellow circle around them in each level actually do. It looks like the golden egg quest thing, but I have no idea what to do with the other thing. Doesn’t seem to do anything!
Price doesn’t match quality
It’s a pretty enjoyable Vampire Survivors style game but with magic spells. I’ve been playing for a few days. One thing I noticed is the ridiculous prices for currency. Energy systems in 2024 are already bad enough but one of the S rated characters costs 72000 gems. I look in the store and 10000 gyms are $99. You want me to believe they think this character costs $720 😂😂 Other than the ridiculous get rich quick scheme it’s a fun game. Advice to devs: this isn’t a sustainable model, add better features to at least make the monthly subscription worth it

They stole from me
I had over 100k gems before the latest update - a whole bunch of stuff was wonky after the update and now I only have 12k. To put that into perspective 14k gems costs $99.99... Update: I just logged back in and now I only have 250 gems. So apparently don't leave a negative review or they will screw you over even further.
It's slow and buggy
The game may be fun. But I can't click on most things in menu. I can't go into settings, I can't level up my wand. The game lags really bad in the menu and during gameplay there's huge frame drops too. Like really bad. Sometimes the game won't even detect my taps. Fix this bug. The game is pretty good from what I can tell. Update: so I just got a new iphone 16 plus and the game runs fine now. No frame drops find gameplay nor stuttering in the menu. I was using a iPhone SE 2nd gen. There may be bugs still. But the game runs smooth now. So this game just needs a newer device to run smoothly.
Fun but needs bug and crash fixes before they add more
Very fun game been playing since the start but it is and has been notorious for crashing and losing stuff one of the crashes took about 5,000 gems from me before the crash I had over 11,000 gems and when I opened that game back up I was down to 6,000 and it was just after they added the new wands the first time and they are adding more and that’s good and fun but the game still crashes regularly when the mobs get big enough needs a lot of stability work before they add anymore and with how expensive 5,000 gems are I was very upset about them taking them away since it takes me a long time to build them up

Something is wrong
Something is wrong with my game. Everything reset to “123” and I can’t access anything..not even settings to contact support.
Upgrading
So the game is a lot of fun and challenging, but a little lost on how to get gold gear. I have so many of the same purples..I figured you can make gold but..not sure what’s up? If someone can help me out please.
Decent game
Not a bad game, challenging but fun. The only gripe i have right now it when the game kicks me off and I have to continue the map I was playing, all my upgrades disappear even though everything else about my level stays the same, I’m left with little to no ability to win.
