LIARS! Scammers PLEASE READ
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I Had this app before did fine the longer I played and cashed out they blocked my account could not play or cash out, they updated their app and after a year I redownloaded the app a few days ago played for a few hours and they have now blocked me and told me the decision was final and forever. Pathetic people!! Nothing but LIARS AND SCAMMERS!
Can’t withdrawal
I have play this game for years. Now it says I cant withdraw because of suspicious activity on my account. I have asked for support but can’t get an answer or any help. Do I guess I’ve won all I am supposed to.

Good game if your the lucky few
I have been with this game for several years and it was legit. My wife played as well and she banked some good money. We were hardly with it and advertised to friends and family. Then there was the issue where they had the system failure we couldn’t play for a while. Last month jan 2026 we found it came back online and out balances were still intact. We started playing until my wife was unable to withdraw due to “anti-chit”. About 2 weeks later it happened to me as well. I emailed support and after three emails back and forth they told me that were triggered the anti-chit and they are sorry that there is nothing they can do by policy. It’s unfortunate because the games are fun but if your one of the lucky one that can play cash out often before they steal your earrings. I emailed to ask how we triggered the anti-chit but have but received a response

Play gams and I only way I get any points on app is if I press on. Video for +3000 playing games isn’t giving me anything on this app. Download Sortify Color blast and have been playing it for a hour and got no points so I am deleting it I will download again when I get get points for game play.

I have been utilizing this app for several years, but recently I was informed that I am no longer permitted to use it for what I believe to be an unjust reason. I attempted to reach out to their support team, but they communicated that no changes could be made. Consequently, I felt compelled to write this review and cannot recommend this app to others, as I am quite disappointed with my experience.

Worst ever experience
Splayed for a while earned a little money went to cash out only to find out they locked my cash out and have no explanation why customer support just replied with some b/s Response so it’s a bid waste of time just delete this app if you downloaded
Why did it change?
Cuze used to have a collection of games to play but now it looks like it’s only one game. What’s up with that? The one game is okay-ish, but becomes boring pretty fast, and honestly I prefer having a selection.
User Beware
I used this app for a few months and was able to withdraw actual money. That’s the only reason I’m not giving it a single star. They closed my account due to triggering an “anti-chit” alert. Not quite sure if this means I was cheating, and if so, how one might cheat at playing solitaire. All I can assume is that the developer got sick of paying out and falsely accused me of cheating. So one star is what this app, and all their games, are truly worth. Don’t waste your time.
I am having trouble with this app
I love love love this game, but I do not earn points or earn money and when you buy hints some time it take your money and you can do anything to get it back.I reinstalled and re-insert installed yet thanking thanking it was just a bad app or I did something to it for not working so when I got reinstalled again, it did the same thing it would not give you any points and you would you not earn any money. I spend hours playing the game I just wish I would be able to collect the points and earn the money. There are other games I play and and earn Points in and earn money. That I put more time in I hope The developer will see this message see this so you can fix the problems. Thank you

Can’t withdraw rewards
Hi, it’s a great app with great fun games but lately I’m not able to withdraw my rewards. I’ve contacted support numerous times but no response. When I click on “withdraw rewards” it will say “your rewards are on the way and will be automatically claimed”. This is very frustrating, I used to have no problem with withdrawing my rewards before. Please fix this problem, thanks!
i can’t cash out.
i can’t cash out ever. it always says redeem and shows me a timer but it NEVER shows me the button to ACTUALLY redeem. it’s so annoying and i haven’t heard ANYTHING from the “support” team.
Not working anymore.
It was a good app but all of a sudden my account is locked and they can’t tell me why and that they can’t do anything about it and it’s the final decision. Looking at other comments and other people have locked accounts as well. Don’t waste your time. It worked well until a few months ago when my account got locked and the won’t fix it. Told me I trigged anti-chit whatever that is. And others have too so it’s a game issue and they blamed me.

Don’t See Rewards
Just got the app. Simple interface but complex process. I don’t see the rewards that I’m playing for. Feels like I’m playing for nothing. First impression not impressed . Will try to explore a little more to look for the rewards.

I was enjoying this app it had several games on it but now only has one and it is no longer paying out I had a balance of 2 dollars on it and it disappeared. I contacted customer support and they told me they were aware of the situation and would soon have it fixed well that was two weeks ago and nothing. I even trying uninstalling it and reinstalling but it made no difference

OK, I have updated my stars to -0. I opened my account last week and it said that I had been locked out. I communicated with them. Then I got an email from them that said they canceled my account which couldn’t be undone. That’s OK. I don’t use you much anyway. Just a heads up to those who do download this app to look out don’t expect payment from them all the time and if you do get locked out even if you communicate with them and haven’t done anything wrong, they will cancel your account. JustPlay is much much better. And I haven’t had any issues with them. Also try out Eureka their limit to withdrawal is only $5 as to where Benjamin’s is 20 or 25. I’m not sure. Just trying to save y’all the heartbreak if you wanna call it that. Isn’t that going to be something when they realize their system has been hacked while accusing their followers of what?
