Bad update
Why did u do this bad update when the old one was working well?????
All
The app displays on the front page all private informations which shouldn’t be shown. Moreover, it keeps logging out and would have to re-sign back in each time. It is a bit confusing and not well structured as the old app.

Great app
That is a great app , and better than the old version. However , I am of a person that use to calculate gpa through the application , I see , not to find this feature , secondly if remove the gpa from the home page would be a great idea
Complicated
Very complicated i prefer older app it has simpler options and easy way to get what you looking for.
Login issue
The app itself is fine but there are some consistent problems that are annoying. First of all it doesn’t give you an option to log out after you change your password it just keeps trying the face id and i have to delete the app to log in with my new password. Second theres just general lags where it doesn’t show my absences until i close it and open it up again and similar lags like that too.
My opinion
Much better than previous version. Many new features and services
The new update didn’t fix anything
I know the process of making a new application was hard but the issues are increasing. I updated it and now I can’t use the app, every time I try entering it shows an error and an alert. Please fix it
Some considerations
So the app by far is good but i would like if you don’t show students gpa and make it personal if they want to show it or not other thing i wish if the schedule was more visible and on the top of the app rather than scrolling down to see the schedule and if we can customize what we can see in the front page would be better
Log out every time
It’s my personal phone why do I have to sign in every time I have to use the app ? It’s not convenient
better but not the best
I used to like how simple the old app was however, this has much more features. When I change the password it doesn’t show me that I need to login again but just refuses to log me in by face id and keeps me locked from my account and doesn’t provide any alternative to login! also, the gpa in the home page isn’t the smartest idea.
.
Very bad UX
This is not mobile App but a website open in mobile. Most if the services are not working. No UX was considered.
So far looks better than the old app
The app is much more appealing than the old one. However, putting student personal information such as the GPA in home page must be reconsidered. Another thing i would suggest is putting absence left per course registered along with student schedule. This could be in home page and it will help students keep track of their attendance.
Remove the GPA from the front page pleaseeeee
The GPA is displayed on the front page, which is a bit sensitive for many of us. It's personal information, and I think it should be kept private.
New app
Amazing
Old one was better
Old one had better tools like GPA calculator and would provide professors emails under the course names etc. This app feels more difficult to manage and seems like a downgraded version.
E-service mobile browsing
The app is Amazing so far, but the website should also be convenient to use when it comes to student services, like course browsing and registration to further improve the experience.
uaeu app display
i dont need to see my gpa and id photo first thing when i open the app or give me the freedom to submit a new photo request if u wont remove it and also hide the id sometimes i have to open the app infront of people nobody needs to know.
Great
Better than the old app.
A little messy
The older app was better and more clear, this version is just complicated and too hard to find stuff in
.
Fire whoever build this app
This app is insanely laggy and buggy it equine Face ID for just touching the screen and constantly requesting a verification, not to mention that it doesn’t show no schedule or nothing , it doesn’t show any at all so sorry to bring this up but who ever you paid to build this app has scammed you
worse experience in everyway
the new application is much worse than the old one, even though the old application was very flawed. 99.9% of people use the app to see their schedule and attendance, and this app makes it much harder, less convenient, and less appealing. it feels worse in every way. the schedule feels better suited for vertical scrolling instead of horizontal, and they’ve added many more clicks if you want more information, making the app feel much slower and more sluggish. the functionality the app is trying to offer feels better suited for laptops, as it comes off as more professional rather than fitting the quick-check-and-close behavior that everyone uses it for. also, the buttons for checking the schedule are very small, and the attendance check is only available as a widget. i think it should have its own dedicated buttons and be a much bigger focus, while the current main page should be moved to a secondary page on the bottom like the explore and services tabs.
