The attendance percentage
Overtime the app has improved and I am really happy to see it getting fixed but I was so disappointed that I couldn’t see my attendance percentage, before the new update I could see my attendance percentage and I wish you could add it again because it is so easier to check it from this app more the going to the portal.
Widget
Adding widgets to the app would make it more efficient and easier for users It has some lagging issues sometimes UI needs to be smoother

Awesome app
I’m seeing many features staffs and faculties as well.. kudos to the team!
Useless
Nothing can help you in this application
iPad support
First, I would like to say that the app improved significantly over time, but I believe that proper iPad support needs to be implemented. Especially with many students using them.
Update does not work
I updated the app so that I could register for the annual conference. The update doesn’t terminate. Now I cannot use the app.
Log in problem
Hello, I think there is a problem with the app I can’t login my hct account and there is no new update.

The latest update
After updating, there is difficulty in controlling the options. Is it possible that I find it difficult to search for the study schedule?

Worst Ever Learning Experience
Bad experiences in every area
Doesn’t let me sign in after password expiry
When I had to change my password the app stopped working and I had to delete it and reinstall it and even then it wouldn’t let me sign in and access my schedule. Please add an option where I can change my password if I get an email that the account will expire. I really would like to be dependent on this app and not the website.
Casandra
Nice initiative, useful features. speed and simple
Nothing works
Nothing works on this app it’s been 6 months and it’s just getting worse I can’t look at my schedule sometimes I can look at my attendance and it’s annoying every time I want to use the app I have to log in through uae pass then go back to the app than having the log in saved
Grades
Grade service is not working please update it.
Ji
It’s more than what I expected, more moderate, flexibility, look and feel. Really 5 stars. Thanks HCT
Worst App
Literally the worst app I have ever used in my entire life. Being asked to sign in every single time you open the app is just wild.
Update Grades Sevice
The App is great but you need to update the grades services It keeps taking us out
Easy to use
All priority services are in place
Bad

Ras Alkhaimah portal
Can you fix the Rak portal? It’s showing half of the screen when I launch the website on the phone.
Awsome app
It is a very useful app. It makes our life easy
Logging in
The application refused to open please look into it
Amazing!!
I use this application a lot and it’s very useful, it would be very helpful if we can issue a new ID card instead of the lost one in it too!
Very funny Application
The App seems to only work in UAE not international, not even in Oman. 😄Disappointed really, a student can't register on the website, then tries to download the App without any help! Great job, do better.
